Friendly and knowledgeable staff that took time to listen and acknowledge that all of my concerns were heard and acted upon. The facility not only had the most modern system, tools and latest technology that I have not seen in other dental practices, but more importantly, the expertise of their thoroughly trained efficient staff to utilize the technology to make the overall patient experience the best it can be.I highly recommend!!

Pleasant staff however there was a lack in communication, went in with pain from broken tooth was suggested to do root canal then left in room for several minutes followed by being asked if I was ready to leave without any relief in pain just an evaluation and fee for a cancer check. Although I appreciate the check up It was a waist of taking time off work for such little to no progress for my issue, I was able to get antibiotics offline in just a few hours the day before my appt so all that the staff did besides an updated file was poke and probe around my mouth making the pain worse before sending me on my way

Doctor Francisco and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and helped to ease my anxiety. I had 5 teeth removed which I was nervous about being awake for. Dr Francisco was great! When he was giving me the numbing shots (which no numbing gel was used) he was so gentle I could barely feel a thing. Him and his team did a quick and wonderful job! Best experience ever in a professional office. From the receptionist, to the x-ray tech and interviewer, to the Dr., and finally to the finance/pay to lady. My bottom denture was broken in halve. I went to Aspen Dental and everyone I met there were helpful and very nice. My dentures were repaired in an hour. So thankful!!

I walked into the office with extreme pain and I walked out the same way. That was yesterday and I am still in pain today and still swollen today. But at least I walked out yesterday with good antibiotics an appointment for next week and a game plan for how to fix this lifelong problem Ive had with my teeth. And I feel better about myself than I have in a long time. I appreciate them.

I called this morning because I’ve been having severe tooth pain and they called me back within the hour and let me know I could come in right away. I had to have my tooth extracted, and the owner, Dr.Dickerson came over to assist and was able to extract my tooth in less than a minute it felt like. I did have to wait a little since I’m pregnant and they had to have confirmation from my doctor. The only somewhat bad thing was for my pain medicine they prescribed, I asked them update my pharmacy and we even spoke about the closest one but when I arrived at CVS they told me it was sent to Clearwater and could not be sent to the one on 54 like asked, I’d have to call aspen to have them resend but they were closed already and it was a holiday weekend. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and I will continue to refer everyone over to Aspen! Thank you all!

Everyone were professional and helpful. This is our first visit and was an emergency but we felt so at home with everyone. It was an emergency and our dentist was closed. They took us immediately. Ronyia, Megan and Dr Francisco made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. This put my husband at ease. He was the one with the abscessed tooth and discomfort. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!!

The dental staff was really friendly and informative. I was advised because it had been some time since I had seen a dentist that I should get deep cleaning and I had a tiny bit of swelling. However, when the administrative staff spoke to me about billing they advised I needed a $700+ hygienic cleaning because I haven’t seen a dentist in 2 years. I told them I couldn’t afford that and I would look into upping my dental plan next year so my insurance would cover more. I asked if I could get a basic dental cleaning for the time being since it had been so long and my insurance would cover a basic cleaning at 100% and they flat out REFUSED. Let me repeat: Aspen Dental REFUSED to give me BASIC DENTAL CARE. I did NOT have any active infections or serious issues. I told them I couldn’t suddenly come up with $700 and they wanted me to run my credit and get a credit card thru them. Are you kidding me?! I called my insurance and they were outright appalled by the lack of care and the way I was treated. This was Aspen Dental in Trinity Fl.

I had THE BEST experience with this office!!! I was a HORRIBLE patient...could barely get through the X-rays...they were so patient with me and worked with me through the whole process. I made my emergency appointment online at about 7am, was in their office by 815am and had my extractions the SAME DAY!!! The office was super clean, social distancing was practiced...highly recommend this office. I am going back for more dental work and for routine cleaning...they made a traumatic experience so much easier for me...Dr Francisco was also very quick, precise, and thorough...I was very impressed with his skill...fantastic dentist...

I was told that I was going to get the flexible acrylic partial plate in the dentist off and when they sat me down in the other office to go over cost the lady showed me what I was going to be getting and handed me it. It was not what I got. Than when I got them they were not the ones I paid for. When I finally snapped out of being excited about finally getting my teeth I realized these were not the ones I paid $889.00 for. So I went back the next day they had a girl come out and said the doctor told me I I couldnt get the other ones. So I was basically scammed. Also when I went in to be fitted they tried to charge me another $30 when I had already paid in full. Oh and the teeth arent straight on the plate. Than I went back and they messed up the plate up and its digging in my gum.

I had an excellent experience today and at my first appointment last week. Take it from someone who is scared to death of dentists after a bad experience years ago somewhere else. Everyone at this Trinity Aspen office were very nice and Shannon the hygienist was amazing and highly recommended! Highly recommend this office!

I am so thankful for the entire staff. I am someone who is very nervous going to the dentist for many reasons. Some dentist don’t take the extra time to make sure you feel comfortable and that’s the furthest from the truth with Aspen. Then the money to get dental work is usually not sortable affordable I at aspen they are very fair. Love this place and will continue to go heat for years to come same will bring the whole family because I trust them’

I really tried so hard to make it work with this office, but I highly recommend you do NOT go to this location. This office has managed to either cancel or just forget to schedule not one but TWO of my appointments within just the last 3 months. I even waited on hold for 20 minutes to confirm an appointment (that I paid $500 IN ADVANCE for) that when I showed up had not actually been scheduled. I will say that Amanda (I think her name is?) is the only positive thing about this office. She did her best to rectify all these wrongs, but Im leaving once again in pain with no solution. Steer clear of this office just in case you end up like me. It isnt worth all the time in pain and frustration.

I have a cavity. The first appointment was free but it was two hours where they tried to up-sell me and didn’t fix my tooth. They said they would call me that day to make an appointment and they never did. Once I called them to make an appointment to finally get my tooth fixed the price went from $310 to over $1,000. Now I have to find another dentist and start all over again! What an epic waste of time!!!!

I love the Trinity office. They are not just polite but friendly and always fit me in if I have a special need. Dr. Francisco is the best! He has done a great job carefully and skillfully creating a denture that works well for me.

First off they charged me on my care credit card for work in advance that I havent even had yet. Had 2 teeth extracted 3 weeks ago now...called today to have the dentist check on extraction since it is still a big hole and now have white stuff on inside of cheek that is troubling. Was told they had no availability and were overbooked. Told me to call Tarpon center and they must be booked as well..they dont even answer your calls! Very, very displeased!!! I love Dr. Francisco..but the scheduling and needs of the patient are lacking!

Thats far being a new patient Aspen dental was very friendly from the moment I got there to the dental hygienist being upfront in honest about my treatment and then the doctor coming in and backed up his hygienist assessment. I am going for a second opinion because the dental work is permanent and can be pricey but up until now theyve been great but Ive only been there once. I look forward to doing some of my future treatments with them.

For a bad experience it was pretty good. was there about 5 1/2 hours on an emergency visit. if they could have condensed what they did within like 2 or 3 hours, it would have been great. i have some wicked anxiety, took my meds before going, when i left i was having a full blown panic attack. I will still be going back, the staff was all amazing, super friendly.

This is my dental office and not because it is closer to my house. Ive tried other Aspen locations, but this one is the best. From front desk, office manager, hygienist, dental assistants to Dr. Fransisco, this is by far the most courteous, caring and competent team. I have never, ever had a bad experience here and I hate getting dental work done. At this point, even if I did have one negative experience (which I havent), I wouldnt even care because Ive been enough times to know it would be an isolated incident.

Worst experience! The dental hygienist told me I have huge infections underneath my molars. She said I needed to pull them off and make implants. I just had two root canals done and crowns and she even wanted to pull those out. When I asked why I didn’t have any pain, nor fever if I had such a huge infection down there, her respond was, “that is a good question, and I don’t have an answer for it”I just went there for my year cleaning and I would ended up having 4 of my pieces pull out!!!All they wanted was to sell me implants because they are super expensive. Also they told me they needed to do a $30 cancer screen...why? I have no idea...they put a little light in and said, “no cancer showed” and charged me $30...WORST PLACE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I broke my tooth and while I wasn’t having any pain I was concerned about how bad it was. I called on my way home from work they gave me an option of 2 appts that night. While I was there awhile, they advised me on the phone and when I arrived how long it would be. Staff was amazing. Amanda, Hygenist, Xray, and Dr Francisco were so friendly and made me feel at ease... I am typically terrified of the dentist. They treated me like family❤️

I had a very enjoyable experience having my wisdom teeth extracted at aspen dental and I definitely recommend to any individual who is interested in pursuing this orthopedic as their main dentist location.

I showed up super early (50 minutes) and still had to wait thirty minutes to be called back. Waiting room has a few magazines and a single TV set to Aspen commercials. Once you get called back and get a room, I ended up just waiting more. The TV in that room was not much better. They have another room, the Green Room, which they put you in after youre done. Guess what, more waiting and more Aspen commercials. When I was seen, it was all about services they could add on.

I have only given them two stars because the staff are very kind; however, when I called I specifically explained that my mother was experiencing pain and I needed to be seen on an emergency. I was told to bring her in at 10:15, so I bring her in she gets x-rays and sees a dental hygienist to be given a plan on all the things that need to be done. Nothing was done for the emergency and when asked the dentist told my mother we do not work on new patience this appointment was to get to know her. Not only did they bill my mothers insurance but now possibly taken the chance to see another dentist through her insurance and we will be left to pay out of pocket with someone else.

Took me back promptly. Friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism was so appreciated. Everyone wore masks and complied with covid 19 regulations. Starting with front desk was welcoming and courteous. Xray tech made sure each picture was taken correctly and was taken as painless as could be with missing teeth without my partial it is hard and painful for me to bite down to hold the emplements in place. Hygienist, Stephanie was very knowledgeable and explainable of what she would be doing in the cleaning part of my journey. Megan explained the cost and was very thorough so I would know what each procedure would cost. The dentist, Dr. Francisco listened and did not rush the visit and impressed me to the maximum by suggesting treatment as what he would do for his own mom. I left feeling I will be in good hands. My neighbor used Aspen and he was very pleased. I start first of my treatment this Thursday. Will be so glad to get rid of tooth pain and feel confident from first experience have made right decision. Thank you all for making my first visit so awesome.

Most peoples first thought of a dentist is scary or outright dreadful. However, this dental office and their staff simply amazed me and made me want to return as routinely as I do my neighborhood grocer. The office was clean, organized and well staffed. The staff was friendly, interactive, informative and felt like family from the moment I turned in my paperwork at the start of the visit. By the time I left Id forgotten it was my first time there. Everyone I met with: Jennaca, Chelsea, Doctor Fran, Shannon and Brittany kept me smiling and informed every step of the way. Because of that, I felt comfortable and at ease with my decision to move forward with the necessary procedures Ive scheduled to get my dental hygiene back on track! They even accommodated my 2 sons that had to come with me. You dont find a home dental office like this often. Im thrilled I did! My wisdom tooth broke over the weekend and desperately needed it removed. I called Aspen Dental this morning and I was seen by 12p and my tooth removed by 1:00p. The entire staff was AMAZING!! I am singing their praise and will be telling anyone and everyone that this location is truly phenomenal!

Going to the dentist has never been on anyones top 10 favorite things to do.......however, Aspen has made this process so much more pleasant!!!The staff is not only delightful but extremely competent 👍 They put you at ease from the minute you walk in. My wife Lisa cant speak any higher of the staff at this office from Amanda who set the first appt to Miranda at the front desk who greeted and made her feel welcome to Shannon the Hygenist who put her at ease! I am a physician in the area and wanted to try out a closer Aspen dental, as i have had great experience with them in the past. I called them multiple times expressing that I only have one hour to get my veneer back on, which is a simple placement. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room. I expressed my concern multiple times and Finally I get in the room to be examined. The doctor has no bedside manner at all. She says this is an easy fix and we will get this done. I expressed again that I have patients scheduled and need to leave. She left and never came back for 30 min. I was upset that no one was taking me serious and left. You would think the office manager would ask why I was upset. I left and not one person asked why I was upset or leaving. This office has bad management and needs to get better dentist. I highly recommend you stay away from this office. I will contact upper management. 1 ⭐️

Im usually not one to leave reviews but the staff at this Aspen dental deserve it. They are kind caring patient and very informative. They are up front about costs and will do what they can to help lessen the burden financially. If you need a dentist hygienist or even a check up and some updated X-rays I highly recommend this place.

My experience so far has been GREAT. I went to the Newportrichey office becouse I seen the work they had done on my sisters teeth I was very impressed. PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING ANY KIND OF DECISION ON GETTING YOUR TEETH EVEN EXAMINED BY ASPEN DENTAL!!! First off, I want to say that they only reason that I gave them two stars instead of zero stars is because the staff that answers the phone when you call to make the appointment are very nice and also were the Dental assistants, However that would be the only reason why they would get 2 stars. I called Aspen dental because I had a front tooth that was broken at the top and was very loose at the bottom and knew that once it fully broke it would be an extremely ugly sight. When I called to make the appointment I asked them if they could cap it and would they be able to do the root canal their on site and they told me that they sure could and that they would just have to take a look it at first, but that there were plenty of options to choose from since obviously I was scared to death of leaving there looking like a Jack-o-lantern. Anyways, when I got there every thing seemed to go alright at first, but then they brought me into the patient room and the hygienist which was rather sweet, started going over how she was going to look at my mouth and let me know my options right after, but that I was probably going to need some partial dentures, extractions, crowns with root canals, and probably even a bridge.. I couldnt help but want to throw up, considering I was in there to just to have them look at this one tooth and fix it the best way they could because it was right in the front.. Then the Dentist came in and Ive never even in my whole life had someone exam my teeth as quick as him.. He told me that I need partial dentures on the top and then partial dentures on the bottom, then told me that I was going to need numerous teeth just pulled right out because he felt that fillings didnt work for me and blah.Then added that my bottom jaw bone would probably need to be shaved down to narrow it so maybe he would do a bridge instead and we are talking about putting a bridge in a spot where there was in no way in nees of one or anything even close.The KICKER HERE IS that the tooth that I came in for in the first place, he told me that it really just wasnt a good candidate for a cap because there wasnt enough tooth to hold on to and that I would just be waisting my money because the cap wouldnt last longer than a couple of months... They sent me to the financial assistant and told me that it was going to be over $20,000.00 but because I had dental insurance that, that would bring it down less or of coarse I could always do a finance option with them.LOLOL.... GETS WAY BETTER EVERYONE; I called up the dentist that I used to go to a long time ago and as it turns out she now takes my insurance. I told the receptionist my story and she was able to get me in for the dentist to see whats going on that very same morning. Of coarse when I calles Aspen dental, and asked them to email my x rays, they said that first I would sign a release but even then they would have to get permission from corporate which would take about a week.. Are you kidding? They are my x rays.The receptionist said that shes never heard that before. I get to my appointment and paid for more x-rays which was okay. It wasnt theyre fault. I get back into the room, have the exam and I cried tears of joy. Not only could the broken tooth in the front that was my original problem be capped with no problem, she said that I absolutely do not need a bridge, the extractions I needed where in the way back from broken wisdom teeth only, and then I needed two caps with root canals ans my teeth would be good as new.. Her price was just a little over $5,000.00... If I had stayed with Aspen dental, I would have not only waisted over $15,000.00 but time, embarrassment, and be emotionally stressed to the max... I beg you to go to Ridgemoor Dental Arts and see Dr. Kristin Burch... I will forever be grateful for her honesty, patience, and kindness.... I know this was sooo long, but I think that this was extremely important for this to be written for everyone to read.

Came in with tooth pain. Wouldn’t fix it unless you do there “deep cleaning” first. Also stated I needed a root canal. Told me to take the pain meds and come back for cleaning then we’ll fix the tooth! Went to another dentist same day. And it was just cavity. They just want to take you money. Get a second opinion before you choose them !

I must confess I was a little apprehensive in trying a chain dentist, in a brand new location, but my dad had an emergency so I took him to the new Aspen Dental in New Port Richey. From start to finish the service was top notch!!! First they REALLY do not charge you anything for the initial consultation, so that was a huge plus. No pressure from them about any of it. And when my dad needed an emergency extraction, the quote was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate him almost right away. Dr. Francisco was very nice, patient, and took great care of my dad. But the ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT of our visit was the dental hygenist, Carolina. My dad does not speak English (just Portuguese), and when Carolina heard us she immediately spoke Portuguese to us and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND was she needed to. She made sure my dad understood the situation throughrouly and explained it all, in Portuguese, better than I could ever translate. She was patient with his questions and shes very knowledgeable! She is a HUGE asset for Aspen, and honesty, such a blessing placed there for us!! All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely go back.

Felt like I was being sold to the whole time and the rep acted irritated when I turned stuff down. Wont be back. I went on for a check up which took to long than it should off. I wanted a cleaning nothing else. I was going to bring my daughter in but now for sure I will be seeking another office. Peoples health should not have a sales man attached to it.

My experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease while explaining every step of my tooth extraction. I would highly recommended them.
