Darlene arrived 10 minutes early at my house and took me to appointment at hospital. I dont like riding with anyone but she was a great driver. Ill definitely use this company again. Fair prices.

Your driver Ben just has a straight up bad attitude. If it was a one off thing I mite understand, we all have bad days, but I have driven with him 5 or 6 times and that is how he is. A couple of months ago I moved into a new place and my new roommate also uses your service. We started talking one night and he mentions how much of an A-hole one of the drivers is... said his name is Ben and I couldnt believe it. We shared many similar experiences. No idea how this guy still has a job honestly. I give you 3 stars because other than that your pretty cheap and generally show up on time.

They dont answer the phones and the wait, they dont use meters. Its all done by zones that worked 40 years ago. They need more regulations. This is why uber and lyft dominate

I had to wait over an hour in a half for a car that I was told would arrive in 45 min. Theres an upside the driver...Colin was an extremly professional, respectful man. He was very nice and made sure the ride to and from where I was going was very pleasant. They definitely need to have some of their other drivers take a course in customer service from him.

Terrible Driver was locked out of car at walmart was picked up took home at that time cost was $20. Thought neighbor or house had cash to pay.No cash yet and at this point it was $80 and rising. I asked to use his phone to call son to pay. Driver said no and leaned back to nap. I told him worst service ever. Then he called police on me. Neighbor called my son he arrived same time as police. Officer said he decided to just charge $40. My son tipped $10. So bottom line i was frantic thinking the taxi was unlimited $ i dont have. He was unempathetic, no reasoning, terrible customer service. Terrible

Excellent and very wonderful staff dispatchers & drivers. I and my guide dog Rolf (service animal) were treated kindly by all staff here, they are very good to those with service dogs as I’m visually impaired.. they are very attentive getting us to our destination in a timely manner.. I greatly appreciate it very much as I’ve been a customer of this company for a year now, I’m very happy to be.. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone new to the area. Amazing Service!! Be careful whose cab you get into. Reckless driving this morning, driver of cab #76 this morning nearly caused 3 accidents this morning alone. Cut numerous people off and gave everyone the finger. Most of us Laughed at him. Pathetic and dangerous.

The short, bald, white, middle aged, and male taxi driver who always wears sunglasses ripped me off for 5 dollars. His name is Colin. Ive know him and been a regular for 5 years. I am always a good tipper but I will make sure to never tip Colin again. Lousy attitude and scam artist. 1 out of 5 stars for the driver Colin.

Called on a Saturday to go Palm Harbor ER, our driver was Eric going to and from the ER. Eric was really friendly and professional, he went out of his way to help us.. I would use this service again.
