Flawless experience with Robert Kim and the entire Friendly Kia staff. Very fair price, excellent incentives and 0% financing! Great service. Service adviser stated it would be a couple of hours for oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades, and 4 campaigns ( Recalls/Update on entertainment center ). I was actually in and out in about an hour and 40 minutes. They have always done a great job. I should have stated in the beginning that this is for the wifes car which she loves. If I liked foreign cars I would probably get one here as well. I am an American Made Car guy myself. But anyway, thanks Friendly Kia.

Coming in, I knew what I was looking for and the budget I was looking at. I made an online inquiry and heard back very quickly, scheduling an appointment for this morning. As soon as I pulled in, Brandan made it very clear that he was working with our best interest in mind and he helped us to walk out with a 2022 Kia Soul by the end of the day, well within our means and our budget. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming and I felt like I was being heard and my needs were being met the entire time that we were there, even when we came back unannounced to pick up our new vehicle after getting access to the last of the paperwork that we needed. Brandan was working with three different customers when we came back and he still went above and beyond to make sure our needs were being met while we waited.
Initially lived up to their name with an Old School customer service outlook. But in recent dealings with them they give a modern day business as usual vibe. A This is the way things are and Every business operates this way today, what can you do about it? attitude. Sad that its true.

I have to honestly say its the best dealer I have ever been to. Joe and Vinny are so nice, showed me a lot of respect, very caring to the customers. I dont normally bother to post a bad review but I purchased my new Kia from them in 2017 and had a great buying experience especially with Anthony. Service dept for the most part has been good the last few years. I tried making an appointment almost 2 weeks out for an oil change and I was immediately told they are booked out into October even for oil changes. I asked if I needed one for an oil change and was quickly told they are not providing service for drive in customers while they are under construction. I just felt the phone call to be a bit dismissive. Funny how I can bring it to a Chrysler dealership under construction with no appointment and be out in 40 minutes. I dont know if I would choose to purchase my next vehicle from here just for that. Again sales was a joy when I went in a few years ago.

What a positive experience. Went to several Kia dealers before this one and I have to say the word friendly is a true statement. The other dealers not so much. Money hungry and not true to their word. Friendly Kia stay true to their word and calmed my anxieties as I was afraid the vehicle I came to buy was going to be sold out from under me like the other dealers. They offered me snacks and drinks and a private room to nurse my infant in. Everyone is courteous and takes time to make sure you get to ask questions and understand the answers. We have traveled in every state and gone to Kia service centers in many locations with the same quality of service. The cars are tough and economical and the service departments keep them safe. We are on our third Kia as of yesterday.
With one exception, the wait for closing, my experience at Friendly Kia was excellent. Both Carl and Bill were very pleasant, professional, not the usual high pressure to buy guys. They answered all my questions with precise and believable answers. Having worked in the car business before I was delighted to see their demeanor working with customers. After closing Bill went with me to my new vehicle and showed me all the “bells and whistles.” I had no idea of the many features. And surprisingly, the sales rep found the exact vehicle model with colors and options that I was searching for. I tried working with five other dealers up the west coast of FL, whose high prices, delivery delays and non-responsiveness to queries had me on edge. Once engaged with Friendly Kia, the search was over and the buying experience was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. I highly recommend Friendly Kia for surpassing expectations.
Brought my car in to be checked for a recall. Asked for an oil change to be done then also. I was asked multiple times if I wanted the car washed and vacuumed. I said yes. After 1 hour my car was done and sat there for 3 hours until I could pick it up. When I arrived the car was not done because it was not washed or vacuumed. I asked for that to please be done so now I had to sit there waiting on the car. The car was not washed. The inside was not wiped or even dusted. They only vacuumed the front drivers side and front passenger side. They did a poor job and didnt even lift the rugs.
Crazy Friendly sales people, no big, just straight to it. In and out fast! And better price than the dealer closer to me! 10/10 will buy here again(in fact, this is our return visit!)

The nice thing is the salesman was nice and friendly but the bad thing is Kia will not help people who has negative equity like their parent company Hyundai of new port Richey. They probably make so much money they only will look at people who has the $$ ready for them. You are lucky that your telluride is #1 selling otherwise I don’t know who will come look at the cars. Because I’m not a fan of Kia cars. I will look at another dealership if they can be more helpful.

BE AWARE- their protection package on a new car will set you back $1,800. They never wanted to help me on price. It’s a greed thing. I understand a few hundred bucks but after paying takes on the $1,800 your knocking the in 2k door. Also when I asked for detail pricing I never received it. Lol smells fishy.

The people at Kia, the salesman it helped us in the beginning to the service manager and his staff, for the most supportive of any.They went out of their way to help us through an accident, filing a claim, getting us transportation, and dealing with the insurance company.We feel strongly that we have found a new family.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!Friendly kia is not so friendly...Be sure to MAKE them shop your interest rate! They push you to go with kia motor credit at ridiculously high rates and will tell you thats the best rate you can get... especially in these covid times, I was told. From the salesman to the general sales manager to the finance guy. Theyre all trying to bend you over as best they can.The whole crew you deal with is working together to get as much money and as high an interest rate they can get from you. They get kickbacks for pretty much everything they try to sell you.Their $1800 protection package, which really isnt anything (Im in the detailing business), is a mandatory fee that they do not negotiate on. They advertise the price before that ridiculous fee, so keep that in mind.Fee after fee like most dealerships, but the blatant disregard for integrity completely turns me off. I will never buy from them again.

On July 31st 2021 my wife and i discovered that the trunk lock on our 2020 kia forte would not unlock. We decided to take the vehicle to friendly KIA to get it serviced. We met with a service tech by the name of, David who answered all our questions and addressed our immediate need (we had a case of Pepsi in the trunk and it was ninety-seven degrees), he proceeded to get our vehicle into a service bay in a timely manner and was very pleasant, professional and courteous. My vehicle was fixed under warranty without any issues. It was fixed right but took 5 days to get the pet in which I don’t blame them for because this took place during a holiday weekend and production of parts are way down due to COVID-19. My only complaint was that they sent me a list of stuff that needed to be done to my vehicle “maintenance wise” but their prices were almost double on some things than I can get at my private mechanic.if it weren’t for that I would have given 5 stars. In addition they put me in a really nice loaner while my car was being fixed.

I was on the hunt for the perfect Telluride, and I found it at Friendly Kia! Bill Sizemore was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He was also patient, yet ensured our transaction was smooth - since I had my one-year-old in tow. He even ensured my lease was taken care of and made a special trip to turn it into the Mazda dealer after I left. In addition, Tony, from finance was also easy to worth with and made our transaction quick and easy. However, my highest praise is that I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase. Its such a breath of fresh air to find a dealership that truly wants to make their customers happy over making a sale. Ordered over the phone and online, service was good overall until my vehicle came in and they added 2k to the invoice price that was agreed upon and to add insult to injury the General manager would insult my integrity and say its for AWD although that was already added and spelt out in emails between myself and the internet salesperson. Typical car dealer deceptive mentality. Then hell say that if I dont want it hell refund me my 1k down-payment. If you have a mark up say so, dont lie and insult your customers.
