Project Managers Chris Treat and Michael Perryman did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. Michaels, work crew and Supervisor - Robert brought their A-game every single day and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional from the start and it showed the entire project. His team of craftsman (Randall, Jerry, Norman, Terry, and Nino) were very detailed and made sure we were happy with the end result for each phase of the project. Also want to make sure to include on this well-managed and coordinated team the office support of Amy and Angie. They reached out to ensure I know when the work crew were scheduled to show up. There was never any surprises. All around fantastic job...great leadership from the top down. Cant thank you enough for a job well done!

Building Restoration Services is nothing short of amazing! In November 2019, we discovered a mold issue in our family room. James Gribble immediately sent out his team who cordoned off our family room from the rest of the house and installed dehumidifiers and Hepa air scrubbers. By January 2020, we had a completely remodeled family room that is beyond beautiful with great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gio Galarza was the Project Manager who helped fulfill my vision. They did such a great job that my husband said to have them remodel our kitchen. My kitchen is 99% finished, and is beautiful and functional enough to be on the Food Network or HGTV! We built our home in 1975, so I have many future projects. These guys know how to turn my vision into a reality!

Have nothing bad to say about Building Restoration Services. Had them out to replace two doors and reinforce the flooring on one. Took maybe a week to receive the doors and two days of work to complete. Very happy with how it turned out and how well it has held up. Their employees were very professional and hard working. I will always refer them to anyone and everyone I know.

Gio was helpful and assisted me through the whole process. From mold remediation in Dec through coordinating with the three different insurance adjusters to get my claim situated in April! The delays in the process due to the insurance company were more than made up for with the speed in which the remodel was started and completed once approval was received. Gio was my advocate with the insurance company and I would highly recommend calling on Building Restoration Services, more specifically Gio, at the beginning of the process!

I highly recommend Building Restoration Services. They are the most professional, responsive contractors, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were involved with gutting and restoring our master bathroom due to water damage. The interaction with the insurer was tortuous but this organization performed admirably. Later when we encountered a problem with part of the work performed, they came back and repaired it quickly and correctly at no charge to us. Great organization and people.

Hired this contractor to repair water damage in my home through an insurance claim. I was told by the service technician Chris to pay my insurance deductible and my change order fee and I would go into “production” so I paid both. I am also 9 months pregnant and with the pandemic very much was hoping to have all work completed before baby’s arrival and was told this would be possible. I was then called by Amy to say she had no idea why I was told I would go into production and Chris should not have told me that. She said she would speak to the owner but never called me back. The next week I received a called from Aja saying she has a check from my insurance company. I asked her for status on the work because Amy never called me back. Then I received a call from Chris followed by a call from the owner. Both apologized. The owner said to “make this right” he could put a rush on everything and have it done in a week, I only have one week left until my due date, originally told they needed at 2 weeks to finish. But first in addition to what I have already paid he now needs a release to speak to my mortgage company. No one mentioned this before. He also said it’s needed because he had other customers in the past that owed back pay on their mortgage so they took the insurance check to cover the mortgage. Well,I am not other customers and I am not late on my mortgage. I am now waiting for my refund and release so hopefully after the baby arrives our home can be repaired by a different company.

Building restoration services did a great job on our house. We we using them for a remodel, when we discovered an unknown hidden mold problem. They immediately knew what to do, and how to handle. The workmanship, and professionalism from everyone was second known. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

James and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with. They recently renovated our master bathroom, which required moving underground plumbing pipes and major electrical upgrades. Thanks to Building Restoration Services opening up a wall and installing beautiful french doors to create a larger access area to a bedroom, we can now bring home our loved one from the hospital to be with us!As always from office personnel to Norm and Mark whom came out and performed the work (quickly I might add), everyone was helpful in our urgent situation. Norm and Mark did a beautiful job, cleaning up after themselves constantly and made every attempt to keep any drywall dust under control. We will be calling Building Restoration again in the near future!

When we first met him, we thought that this was going to be another night mare. He quickly began to listen to us, answered our questions with precise answers and truly knowledgeable. I had water damage caused by a leak as a result of an anomaly in a repair performed by a great plumbing company. They immediately assumed responsibility for the damages and reached out to their contracted vendor, Building Restoration Services, to remediate the damage. What a fabulous company! Every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable, skilled, professional, responsive, focused, and concerned about remediating my damage and ensuring I was totally satisfied. The coordinator of my repair work, Gio, was singularly dedicated to ensuring the repairs were done right and to my satisfaction. Jarron, Lester, and Norm each completed various parts of the restoration and were all exceptional in everything they did. Amy the office manager ensured I was continually informed of the status of scheduled repairs and immediately responsive to my requests. I would rate every employee of this Company I interacted with in the top 1% of all service personnel I have ever dealt with and I would rate this Company at the top of all service providers I have ever encountered. House flooded. Referred to building restoration services and they went above and beyond all expectations. Helped me throughout the whole process. I would recommend to friends and family with no hesitation.

Attempted to get bids together for a remodeling job after a water leak damaged 2/3s of our house. Building restoration wouldnt do a preliminary bid without our signing on immediately. I am not signing anything without knowing what they are going to do or how much they think will need to done. They were the only one out of the 5 companies we contacted who refused to do a bid. The guy who came out was really arrogant and condescending and just expected us to sign up for them to do the job without knowing or questioning the outcome. The house was built in the late 70s and I truly believe he was going to keep it there! So easy to show them the door and refuse to do business with them!

The work they did was excellent.My parents who are in there 80s had to have extra time spent with them explaining the bill and services and they took the time to break down everything in a understandable way.There honest dependable and very reasonable.Thanks
