Estimate that was provided was detailed and used throughout job for additions and deletions. (Initial cost of project was about $100k.)Quality of work was excellent, all sub-contractors were professional and courteous. Many, many, compliments on my house since they completed the job. The quality of work was outstanding. The workers were fantastic. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up when they left. The bathroom is gorgeous. Every tile is lined up perfectly. You cannot tell that the sheetrock in the laundry room was patched. I would highly recommend them. They are also A+ rating with the BBB.

BEWARE!!I would not recommend this company. Especially for an insurance claim job if they were referred by your insurance company which is the case in my situation.Rich (their estimator) came out to look at the job and build their estimate. While on site he told me how busy they were and that it would be a few weeks before they could begin, which I had no issue with.Once he left my property, communication with this company and the estimator was terrible. Every time I called to speak with the estimator, I was told he was off site and to call his cell and leave a message, which I did, only to have to wait 4-5 days for a returned phone call.Once I did get a call back to discuss possible changes to the scope of work, I again was told how busy they were but he would review the estimate and resend a quote. Several days later I finally received the quote and called him the same day to discuss but again had to leave a message that to this day has still not been returned.After waiting another 5 days with no response (over a month now since beginning of process), I called the insurance company for an update to be told this contractor reached out to them and said they could not agree on a price with me for the change in the scope of the work so they withdrew. The issue with that is that they spoke to the insurance company and withdrew 2 days before they even sent me the revised estimate!They obviously did not want to do the work and are using our discussion about a possible change in scope to back out of the job. That or they submitted a low ball offer to the insurance company but once it came time to do the actual work, they were not interested in completing it for that price.Extremely poor business practice and very shady in my opinion.I recommend you look for a company that will communicate honestly with you, give you a quote and stand behind it.

Anclote just completed a remodel of our master bathroom. We had put it off for so long because finding a reliable contractor is just plain hard. Everyone showed up on time (or earlier) and got the job done. The entire crew was friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. The project was completed very quickly and we are very pleased. We would definitely use Anclote in the future.

All baseboards, cabinets and custom closet was redone. They did a superior job. Their cabinet guy Bryan was very good at meeting our expectations and did the job to make us happy. Im in the business on the commercial side but never could find a capable residential contractor. I had a roof leak and my insurance company directed me to Mark at Anclote. Wow - outstanding contractor, great guy, honest service. They do it the old fashioned way - hard work and integrity. Cant recommend highly enough, if you are shopping, your decision is made.

We were out of town for a month. When we got back the condo upstairs did some pluming work. Every time they showered it came down to our place. We had lots of mold. Anclote was here the next day. They got rid of all the wet and molded drywall. Did mold treatment, replaced drywall, tile in shower, molding, and so on. They were the best. The crew were very polite and clean. I would refer them to anyone. GREAT customer services.

We searched long and hard for a contractor after Hurricane Irma ripped the flat roof off our house and flooded the interior. They were a local company and we were looking for a third opinion, not being overly happy with the first two we called. Mark came out and was very friendly and helpful. We even have property near each other in North Carolina. Mark and Mikes insurance background really appealed to us and they worked from the adjusters estimate. Having additional damage until we could get the roof back on the house they took care of the insurance supplement for us. Diane was very nice to work with and dealt with the mortgage company which to that point was a complete nightmare. They started very quickly and there were no delays. We were surprised considering how many were affected by the storm. If a problem was noted Mike was usually there within fifteen minutes to take care of our concerns. Their work was of exceptional quality and they did not cut any corners anywhere. If there was a hint of water damage they did not try to repair or patch it, they replaced it. This is a great company and we highly recommend them.

I can not say enough great things about Mike and the team at Anclote restoration. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and had fought with the insurance company for quite some time, they had rejected several estimates from other contractors and many companies I called did not even want to come and give me a bid. I reached out to Anclote and their office manager, Dianne, sent out Rich who use to be a claims adjuster himself and he basically did the work for my insurance company and was not only able to get the estimate approved for our bathroom but also for all our hardwood floors to be replaced as well since part of them had been damaged.Once the work started, they were courteous and explained the steps in detail. When Mike found that we had a small leak on our roof in the process he made the repairs quickly since we were out of town during the renovations. Mike communicated with us each evening and told us what was happening with the repairs. We came home to the job being completed as they promised.

Was very happy with what Anclote did in our kitchen. Because of a water leak we had to replace sections of walls and all of our cabinets. The job was quoted to be finished in a little over 2 weeks but was done in 2 weeks. It also came in slightly under budget. There were a couple of minor issues that the team fixed immediately. You will not go wrong in hiring Anclote Restoration.

Anclote came in and did repair to our home following a fire. The sub-contractors were excellent in their workmanship. There was good communication with times and coordination of repairs. Diane, from the office, was excellent, very prompt in follow up. They made a challenging situation bearable. I more then highly recommend them.

Anclote Restoration repaired my condo after water damage. They coordinated everything with my insurance company and handled everything necessary with the adjuster. They were very professional and immediately responded when issues arose. I am very pleased with my new wood floors and bathroom tile. The wall and baseboard repairs were finished beautifully; you would never know they were damaged. We had anclote remodel our master bath and part of our kitchen.....installing a wolf range and vented range hood......they did exceptional work and all the people that work for them are extremely professional.....Dan was awesome with scheduling everything that was done. We are happy with the bathroom remodel that Anclote performed after we had some water damage immediately after moving into our house. They also directly communicated with our homeowners insurance company to make sure that we didnt have to come out of pocket more than our deductible. Only criticism I can give is that the job took 7 weeks to complete which I felt was a bit long. Some of this can be attributed to our homeowners insurance delaying payment. Overall good company to work with and I would recommend to others.

I did a huge remodel 2300sq ft. Of tile floors new kitchen, bilt ins in the family room. Extremely happy with all the work that was done. Anclote Restoration is just a great company. My condo flooded immediately after I moved in. Mark Byrne was there immediately to determine what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and was so far above my expectations! Mark Byrne, Mike Byrne, and Bill were wonderful to work with and everything looks beautiful! I cannot thank them enough and HIGHLY recommend them!

Had a water supply line break and flood 90% of my condo over in Pinellas. Called them at about 3 p.m., they were there with their clean up equipment by 8:30 p.m. Very loud but very effective. over the next couple days had to tear out all the carpet, strip mouldings and drill vent holes in walls and replace bad tile and bath vanity. I thought the response was super fast considering you want to dry out the place asap.Spent 5 days drying the place out. Place was a mess.They worked well with the insurance co. Did a darn good job on the replacement and restoration well within budget after dryout. Wanted a specific carpet and pad so it took a couple days longer than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. Owner Mike checked on it every couple days, guy is a real quality contractor. Co. is legit, licensed and insured, gave me a 1 yr. guarantee on labor and materials. No games- stuck to his estimated price. Reliable bunch when disaster strikes, at least for me.

I found out about Anclote Restoration when my house flooded last summer. At the time, I was completely overwhelmed by the flood damage. The walls, floors and kitchen cabinets of my home had to be removed and replaced. I met with several contractors and heard different opinions about what needed to be done and what flood insurance would cover. When I met with Mark Byrne, one of the owners of Anclote, he was like the voice of reason in a total nightmare. He carefully explained what I needed to do, why I needed to do it and how much insurance would cover. I felt he was honest and straight-forward and gave him the job. When the work started, it was supervised by Mike Byrne, who is Mark’s brother and also an owner of Anclote. He was very hands on and stopped by, telephoned and texted me frequently with updates. Each and every crew that worked on my house was professional, courteous, and hard-working. They did excellent work and they always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Many of them were Anclote employees. Now that all the work is complete, I feel my house is better than before. If I ever have another disaster I know I will call Anclote Restoration.
