The barbers at Leo’s are great! I’ve personally used 6 different barbers there and I have been pleased every time. Once the pandemic changed the dynamic from walk-in to setting up an appointment online or over the phone, I’ve stuck with the barber that my lady complimented me the most on. The process is extremely easy.The owner is a great guy, the atmosphere is nice and they’re one of the few places I’ve found that still give you a straight razor shave.

First time going here today. Rob was great and super friendly! My hair always seems to be tricky but he nailed it. Probably the best haircut Ive ever had. Certainly will go back when Im in the area again.

Great hair cuts but the only bad thing is the new by appointment only. It really ruins the ability for busy people that need to get haircuts off the cuff and cant necessarily plan things at an exact time. Best fades in town for sure!

This is an old-time barbershop, where the barbers get to know their clientele, and remember them. For example, my sons favorite barber is Marcella, while my favorite is Deanna. (These are the only female barbers there, by the way ; if you want a male barber, try Jon or Rob.) It doesnt matter who you get, though - the cuts are great, and they can handle cuts as complex as you want.

Im in town, visiting from the Pac NW, and needed my mop cut. Im admittedly spoiled with the hidden gem businesses throughout the Portland area, where I live, but Ive heard great things about the Tampa area. I found Leos via an interwebs search and read the reviews. Now, the review is honestly only as good as the person writing it but I still only take them with a grain of salt. Anyway, I picked Erik simply because I got good vibes from his photo. I was not disappointed. He was pretty danged awesome. Great conversation. AMAZING cut. And from observing the other barbers/stylists, the clients all seemed pretty damned happy. They all appear to be good folks with ample skills. Maybe the negative previews came from negative people?It would seem that I found my barbershop for when Im visiting my Momma in New Port Richey. Go check out Leos, you wont be disappointed.

Don’t call yourself a “barber shop” if you don’t offer hot shaves. In addition, don’t be rude and unprofessional for being questioned about those services. This is literally a chop shop. 15 chairs, rush you in and out. No attention to detail. Several other better barbers in the area. I came because friends recommended, however I shall not return.

I have never had an issue with Leo’s. Multiple people have cut my hair there. Marcella, Rob, Steve, Chris & others. They have all been great. They even managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning as a walk in. I recommend this place to anyone.

Was going to leve my experience but, after reading so many of the same rude experience why bother. I’m sure you get the idea of this place. Can’t fault them for being busy, but I don’t expect them to be rude and insulting. This was a second visit and it was my last!

I attempted to get a haircut here and I sat there and waited for 30 mins but the problem is that they ignored me and served 3 customers that walked in after me and just like me none of them had appointments

Ive been going to Leos for a few years now, and Ive always had a good experience. Ive had several of the barbers cut my hair, but Steve is my favorite. Not only does he do a great job every time, but hes a good guy who is fun to talk to. Id definitely recommend this place!

Went in for a beard trim and head shave. Sat for 20+ mins before someone asked if my buddy and I had appointments. When we told them no, we were told that they are working by appointment only. There was no sign or anything to let the general public know that this was in effect. Although it seemed like a nice place, some better communication with the guest/public would have definitely prevented this.

Eric D has been cutting my hair and beard all i can say is he is meticulous, listens to his clients and does amazing work. Everyone at the shop is very friendly. Makes for a great atmosphere

I have been there a couple of times now and got a decent haircut but they are just too overly difficult to deal with. You cant make an appointment by phone, they force you to use their website and then its impossible to get a late haircut, and by late I mean 5pm ! Like I said, I actually got a decent haircut there but I have also tried to get a haircut there on at least 5- 6 different occasions and couldnt because their limited hours and inconvenient hoops you have to jump through to get an appointment...

Fantastic barber line up. I personally use Erik and he is fantastic with the amount of detail he does. Haircuts are $15 dollars. They are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday is 8am to 4pm, and closed Sunday. The shop has no odors which is nice compared to some places. Really nice group of people that work here.

My 8 and 6 year olds have been growing their hair out since February and the mullets were just too much for me to handle. This was their first time at a barbershop. My 6 year old was extremely nervous beforehand but when he came home he was asking to go back and pick out a new style. Steve cut his hair and he looks all trimmed up. Chris cut my older sons hair and he has not stopped smiling. He told me he loves it. Thank goodness the 80s look is gone.

Not happy with barber Chris. Moved my edge line and really doesnt know how to cut someones hair that grows in different directions. I asked for a all even, fade the sides and the back. I would have to say, he only faded the back correctly. I have a slight bald spot on the top of my head because my hair grows differently. It takes a skilled hand to cut a cowlick hair pattern, and he does NOT have it. Overall, the shop is clean and friendly staff.

My absolute go to in Pasco. Ive been cut/ faded by just about everyone in there and they all do quality work. Marcella is my personal favorite. They always ensure you walk away happy and are very friendly and welcoming. Wait times for walk ins can get lengthy at peak times but thats what quality over quantity gets you.

Very professional place. I tried this out on a whim because I got tired of going all the way to Tampa to get a haircut.Rob cut my hair and did a great job. I was a little nervous because it was a new barber but he gave me just what I wanted. It’s seems like he’s the owner because he’s all over the place but I asked him and he’s not. That guy is a machine, worth like 3 employees all by himself, he’s dealing with walk-ins, cutting hair, putting people into the system and answering phones.

Some of the best barbers in town work here and this has been my regular barber shop for the past several years. The place is clean and prices are very reasonable for the quality of haircut you get. My top two barbers are Mike and Rob but the other barbers do great work too depending on what you’re going for.On the negative side as good as the barbers are I feel as though the ownership lets them down a bit. The barber chairs are extremely worn out and need to be replaced ASAP. Considering that aside from the scissors and clippers (which the barbers buy themselves) the chair is the most important piece of equipment, this just seems like negligence on the owners behalf. Also I would like to see a better assortment of products available upon checkout.

I brought my sons here for the first time Saturday. Let me just start out saying Im a very picky mother when it comes to my sons haircuts. I was a little worried bringing them somewhere new, and I was initially hesitant because the waiting area looked so busy, but figured that should be a good thing. During my wait time I got to really watch each barber do different cuts and I must say I was impressed with everyones haircuts as they left. The wait really didnt seem to take too long and my kids were patient waiting for their numbers to be called. When we did get called both barbers Erik and Marcela did fantastic jobs on my boys. Both boys had a great experience and really liked their haircuts, I will definitely bring my boys back again.

Ive loved Leos for years, great barbers like mike, chris, rob, steve. but its very aggravating when you schedule an appointment and the hairdresser doesn’t acknowledge your appointment. I scheduled an appointment with a woman working and agreed upon 9:40 Am, i showed up early at 9:30 and was waiting at the front. once she wasnt there by 9:50 i decided to head back considering i gave her my phone number for her to call. no call! when i go to visit up front they tell me they called and when i didnt answer because they never called they wrote me as a no show. Now its 10:30 and they tell me their soonest availability is noon. -_-its very disappointing because i have relationships with these barbers and it hurts that it feels like my time is no value to them.

Been going here for a couple years and it is usually a good experience. Everybody is very nice and generally do a great job. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years but prefer a barber cut so was happy to find this place and have been to everybody there and they are all great. My only negative experience came this last Tuesday when I went in and was seen by Brittany. She didnt make much of an effort to understand how I like my hair cut and made no attempt at conversation whatsoever. I have a neurological disorder that causes my muscles to become very tense and when this happened she kept telling me to relax but I cant I have no control over this. When she would stop to change her clipper gaurd i would turn my head to try to stretch and relax my shoulders and when she was ready again i would turn and look back forward but Brittany, I guess noticing my movement stood back to wait for me but would just stand there and stare with a nasty look on her face for a very long and uncomfortable amount of time before proceeding and said nothing. The whole thing made me nervous and uncomfortable and very embarrassed and self conscious. You are supposed to leave the shop feeling great and ready to face the world not feeling ashamed of yourself and sad and this is how she made me feel. There was also a wheelchair-bound man in the chair next to mine and she kept making a big production out of stepping around his chair. When he looked up and said Im sorry (which there was no need for him to do) she just looked at him. The haircut was just OK but not worth the discomfort and awkwardness that this rude woman caused. If she has a problem with people with illness or disability or from different walks of life she needs to find another career. Will be sure to avoid her from now on...

I decided to go to Leos Barber shop because I just moved to the Trinity area. I had done my research on their website and chose Gina to do my hair. As soon as I sat in Ginas chair she had an attitude. She was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Without a greeting she asked.. What do you want? When I told her what I wanted done to my hair she rolled her eyes and scoffed. I asked for a low taper fade (which is pretty basic). She didnt know what it was and continued to give me an attitude. She asked whats that? in a rude manner! Instead of being polite and asking if I had a picture of what I was talking about, she tried to make me feel idiotic by questioning me in the most hostile way. At this point I felt very awkward and uncomfortable because of the bad vibes and tension. I got up, told her to not bother cutting my hair, and left. As I was leaving she yells whos next!? to the other clients. I have never been to a barber shop where someone is this unprofessional. Leos Barber Shop lost a client because of Ginas unprofessionalism. I will be sure to never return and tell all my friends and family never to go there! If you do go there, dont go to Gina.

I would never waste my time at this place again. The man who takes reservations is just plain rude. After he made a mistake on my reservation, he told me to take my business elsewhere. So I will.

After trying a lot of the other barbers in the area, which are really salons and corporate hair cut places, I found Leos. This isnt like your supercut or other discount salon. This is like the old time barber shop, where they cut mens hair and know how to do it right. Reminds me of going with my grandfather as a kid to get our hair cuts. Try a few barbers and find the one that you like.

Nice barbershop, I usually go to Michael for a haircut and he does a good job. But Last time I went in, I ended up getting cut by someone different who claims he has been cutting hair for 30 years. He completely messed up my hair to the point where I had to buzz it all off. I usually never complain about my hair but what’s so hard about getting a 3 on top and a 1 on the sides?

I got my hair cut and a beard trim here for the first time yesterday. The barber took good care of me and I left looking good, made my wife happy. I had a gift certificate that was old and they redeemed it no problem.I plan to make this my new primary location for hair cuts.

Great Cut when you get into a chair! Too often I go there and barbers will just take a break and I understand you have to eat/go to the bathroom/run an errand but the last time I was there, one barber came back with food, two others stopped to eat and another barber sat down and started talking to a customer/friend. There were over 1/2 dozen people waiting and I had been there for 30 minutes so I left and Im sorry that I wont return. Again, when you get into a chair, great cuts but no sense of urgency when customers come in.

Ive gotten the best and the worst haircut at Leos Barber. Usually when I visit Ill wait for one of the barbers whos worked there awhile to be available, Ive never been disappointed with a haircut from a long time employee.During my last visit, however, I let a barber I hadnt seen before cut my hair. It was without a doubt the worst haircut I have ever received. I should have taken a better look before I got out of the chair. My hair was so ridiculously uneven and poorly cut that I was embarrassed to go out with it. The fact that they allow someone who cuts so poorly to work there is baffling. Theres a reason so many customers choose to wait for a specific barber to be available.I cant emphasize enough how awful my hair looked when I got home and took the gel out to see exactly how it looked. Sure, its my fault for leaving without examining it a little more thoroughly, but god forbid I put a little faith in someone whos supposed to know what theyre doing.All that being said, the experienced barbers who work there, the ones that youll notice people waiting for, those guys will give you a phenomenal haircut.

Went there once, had a decent experience. The 2nd time I went I waited for over an HOUR. The owner took me back, I asked his opinion and he wouldn’t give one, and he wouldn’t wait for my mother who was in front to come to the back, he practically threw me out because he had an appointment in 20 mins, and told me I can wait for another barber after waiting more then enough. Will not be going to again!
