These people lied to me and I left. Wouldnt recommend going here. First time and last, I left without them touching my hair with color. No way! Very unprofessional.

The place was filthy. Hadnt been dusted in a long time layers of dust on the shelves. There were no customers when we arrived but there was hair from previous cuts still all over the floor at two stations. I asked the girl about hair treatments and prices and instead of trying to sell me on a service which I was clearly interested in, she just said yes, we have a lot and never answered my question or followed through and then walked away. Also the price clearly states shampoo, cut, and blow-dry. Neither of our haircuts were blow dried. One of the girls even left to go to the grocery store next door while on the clock! Service all together was very very poor! Never go here!

Manager Madelyn is fantastic. She goes out of her way to please and accomm odate my husband and I .

My hair stylist, Reagan is a joy!! I love my hair color. She does a great job! She is so easy to talk to and is very professional. Love it!

It was a good first visit to this fantastic sams. Had a new girl named Brianna, she did a great job on my hair, listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be going again un the future.

Worst haircut ever. I think that the style she gave me is the only one she knows. Ryans haircut sounds similar. Does she even have a license? She couldnt be cutting hair that long. I am so sorry I walked in there.

Customer service at this location is very poor and they over charge for no reason.. I tried to give them a second chance and today I been there and left completely in-satisfied. I had just a touch up hair color done where the stylist ONLY colored the roots nothing else in my hair was touched and she charged me for the full price! I gave her the coupon and I was told the length of my hair.. Which she never touched and they didn’t dry my hair..Poorest place I’ve ever been to.. NEVER again..I called the regional office to make a complaint and I was promised owner of the place will contact me.. the 2 days later and I didn’t receive any calls not what so ever.When I walked in to the place I was told by the stylist I will be a bit of a wait as she has a hair cut coming. I was like sure.. NP.. She checks me in and sits down on her styling chair waiting for the cut to come in.. first I thought they are in the way but 10 minutes later someone asks her not to wait and to start on my hair; she mixed the colors, colors my hair and put me under dryer and the hair cut didn’t show up..Very poorly managed

I took my best friend there today for help. She had been sick recently and having a really hard time lately. She had the worst knots built up in her hair and 6 other salons turned her away when asked for help. We came to fantastic Sams expecting then to cut out the huge bird nest knots. Nope.. Jodi said let her try to work them out. Jodi and 2 other stylists between customers helped. They did it!!! It was a miracle!! Onlt charged 25$. Incredible!!! Thank you ladies for helping my best friend when she needed it the most.. This is exactly why we will be back. Incredible ladies, incredible service.. the other 6 salons??? Go suck a kite. Your review is coming...

I have been to all the Fantastic Sams in my area and this one is above the rest. Not only in appearance, but in their professionalism and how they work together. I was able to get exactly what I requested. Would highly recommended.

We have been going to Fantastic Sams because of Madelyn. We drive from Hudson because we love our hairstylist. The atmosphere is very nice and they have free coffee!

Great experience! I called ahead and was there in 15 minutes. I waited no longer than 2 minutes to be in the chair. Megan was my stylist. I had very specific things that I wanted. She was so respectful and careful not to go chop crazy. She is a very good listener and ended up giving me a way cuter and more youthful cut than I expected. The manager was also very sweet. They were both wonderful. I definately will go back to have Megan cut my hair again. I have heard nice things about this place and l loved my experience today. Five Star!

I was really excited to come in today and left very unimpressed. My fiance and I have engagement photos tonight. Im a mom of 4 and never take care of myself so he set up an appointment for a cut, wash, and blow dry. I was the first one in the door, greeted nicely by one stylist but mine never introduced herself. I gave 2 stars because she did cut my hair well, but once she heard her next appointment was there I felt very, very rushed. Once she cut my hair she walked me straight to the cash register and I couldnt bring myself to even ask about the wash. I saw her ticket that she hung in front of me that her next appointment was at 10 but arrived at 9:20.. she rushed me out instead of letting them wait.. The woman who I overheard say she was the manager was talking personal business about the company with her client very loudly. How shes been with the company for 9 years but only 3 with the new owner so she doesnt think he will approve more vacation time. She verbatim said mike only cares about the numbers... not professional at all. I was in tears in my car because this day was set up for pampering and I didnt get the slightest bit of that here. Will not be returning.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Gabrielle does an amazing job with my hair. I never knew my hair could look so good. She really understands hair, color and styling and is able to get what I want and make recommendations that surpass my hopes every time I come.

Holly did and always does an excellent job. Shes super accommodating and ultra friendly. She even goes out of her way to do tea tree and hot towel, not many other stylists so. Love Holly!

This was hands down the worst experience !! My daughter had her homecoming last Saturday. We Called to set up an appointment and specifically asked if somebody there did braiding. They said yes and the appointment was set. When my daughter sat down for the appointment the lady stated braiding wasnt her forte. Needless to say it lasted for less than an hour and looked terrible before it fell. I had to take her somewhere else and spend more money to have someone redo it

My mother received a perm excellent curl and Greg trimmed my hair exactly how I requested!! That has failed to happen elsewhere! Two winners in a row!! I highly recommend this salon!

Had a great experience today. Called last minute to have my sons hair cut. We went straight in and only paid $10 for two kids cuts due to promotion. Was very impressed!

Ask for Michelle, she has been cutting my hair for years. She now manages this salon. She definitely makes you think higher about a fantastic sams.

Taylor S. is the most amazing colorist I know. I have long blonde hair and she has been able to lighten it without a ton of damage and has helped me maintain the length that’s so important to me. If your looking for color, especially fantasy or blonde, she is your girl.

Cut my hair way to short. I ask for below my shoulders and its so much shorter . Layers are chunky. Styled it almost like an afro. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. The woman was shaking the entire time. Now for the long process of growing my hair out.

My experience sucked i was told to wait a half hour at thier understaffed store on a saturaday afternoon and after being skipped over and 45 mins had passed i was told my hair was too processed to be permed ....... so i went to the REAL salon in the same plaza and was told that is untrue and made an appointment to have it done by a real proffesional which sam,s apperentlly doesnt have if they didnt want to do it they should have just said so .... well at least they didnt go ahead with it showing the same attention they showed when i arrived fu++ing it all up leaving me to curse them for the next 5 monthes THANX FOR NOTHING

Good place for an inexpensive but Good Haircut

It was our first time coming here. My son went to get his haircut before his Spring Pictures. He got less then a 5 min haircut and sadly we were unimpressed on how it looked. My husband tried to fix it but ended up having to shave his head.
