This is a great place to buy tires! I was in a pinch before a long trip north and they got me in with an appointment within two hours and had my tires changed within 15 minutes! I have used Allen and his crew at Precision Tire and Auto for a few years now and I could not be happier. I have used them for everything from tires, mounting and balancing, alignments and just overall general maintenance. Every interaction has been pleasant and they have been extremely knowledgeable in the service that they are providing. I have never felt pushed into any unnecessary add-on services like I have experienced at those franchise type shops. Here you feel like your are getting personal attention to your maintenance needs and they treat you and your vehicle like it is one of their own family members. Allen has always offered me a very fair price and on every occasion has exceeded my expectations on the quality of service. I have no reason to choose any other shop than Precision Tires and Auto and you wont either, let them impress you too and youll be hooked.

I use my car for work and I had a tire blow out. I went to 3 different shops close to my home, no tire available and they are 150$+ with fees for everything. I called precision and they had no appointments and it was almost time to close. I said I would change the tire myself if they could help me today. They said come ASAP and gave me the 5-star experience. The workers are very friendly, fast, and do great work. This is the place for everything. Skip shopping around and just go precision.

Alan and his staff are always there to help. But my recent experience showed me more than just a local place to go for truck service. With a spare tire already on my truck (due to a flat) and another one ready to blow, I made a call to Precision and told me to come right away and theyd bring me right in. Come to find out they showed me another tire that was ready to go. 30min and 3 fresh tires later they had me back on the road with piece of mind. Thank you guys, youve earned a loyal customer rating for sure.

This is the most HONEST place to get service done on your vehicle. These are extremely genuine and hard workers that will always have your best interest in mind. After years of coming due to bad luck from nails on US19, I have always been taken care of. There’s a reason so many reviews on here are saying such wonderful things. My daughter in law highley recommended this place for used tires so I stopped by on a Monday after work. So glad I did. Super friendly staff the tech took me back to the back of the shop where they had the used tires stored to pick out what I wanted. The tires were stored in shipping containers not just sitting out in the elements to get sun beaten or dry rotted. Got 2 tires at a price that was practically a steal with so much tread on them they didnt look used at all. And I was in and out in less than an hour .would definitely recommend this company and absolutely use them again

What an amazing placeI made an appointment and was told it would take an hour or less. From the time I got there and the time I left it was 35 mins for four new tires. Really quick, really friendly service. I brought my car in after picking up a giant bolt that flattened my tire, it was 4:30 in the afternoon and they got right to it. They had the tire I needed on hand and they immediately got my car in the shop and started working. My car was done and back in my hands in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service.

UNFAIR AND NO RESPECT!!! These guys cant install a tire without ruining something and they will eventually break something, hand you the pieces and just say sorry. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you break something then just replace it. This will teach your heavy handed auto-techs to be careful when working on someones car. Why should I have to pay for parts your tech broke? How the heck is that fair

Super fast. Went in to fix a wheel bearing on the passenger side and was literally in and out. Great atmosphere, genuinely nice people, and at the end when they told me the total cost of everything, I was half expecting it to cost me an arm and a leg, but, to my surprise everything came out super cheap. I’m not sure what’s worse at this mechanic shop, the incompetency, untruthfulness, or the eye sore you experience visiting here. The overall atmosphere is terrible. Do not go here! I was sold on the positive reviews, they MUST be fake reviews because it’s far from my experience and many others.

I purchased a set of tires from them For my wife’s car on the 4th I took wheels home and the fitment wasn’t gonna work on the car. So I called the next day after removing the wheels off car so tires could be swapped out since they literally had about a mile driven on them. The shop refused to take the tires back even though they where brand new, which didn’t make sense especially since the tire shop up the road informed me it’s common practice to charge a restocking fee and refund the rest because all they have to do is clean tires put stickers back and send back to their distributor. Instead what they told me was buy another set of our tires for 500 and then leave the other tires with them and they’ll try and sell them and refund the money which pretty much sounds like a shady practice probably do often and the worst part is the lady at the desk when I initially went into store and I explained the size informed that their computer said that size tire would fit which it did not fit and they wouldn’t own up to their mistake I would definitely never recommend this place or go there again and plan on filing complaint with BBB I’m a veteran and this shop pretty much robbed me blind

I chose this place because of the great reviews. But it turned out to be very disappointing. I got 4 used tires from them let me pick them out and they all looked good. I needed these tires so I could go on a road trip, made it to my destination where I woke up the next day with a completely flat tire, took it to a shop and they said apparently the valve stem was broken so my whole trip I was slowly losing air and had no idea, so I ended up ruining the tire with my rim by the time I made it to my destination because I was riding on it flat and my sensor wasn’t working. So there’s one broken tire I paid for. Then a week maybe 2 later I’m on the highway and another vehicle is waving me down saying my tire is low. So I pull off put air in it. Have no idea why it is flat. Wake up next day it’s flat again. So I get it checked out and they say it’s dry rotted so I need a new one. So there’s the 2nd tire I paid for that was not in working condition. Then the tire guy tells me I should replace another one of my tires because it’s also dry rotted and that only my back left tire is good. So that’s 3 tires I paid for and had to replace within 2 weeks of buying them. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure used tires are supposed to last a little longer then 2 weeks, I’d hope. Also I’m pretty sure a tire company selling used tires shouldn’t be keeping dry rotted tires to sell to customers. So I ended up spending 175 and got one tire out of it. I do not plan on trying to get my money back because I was traveling and had no way to bring the tires back with me to show proof and I needed new tires in the state I traveled to for me to get home. If one tire company can tell my tires are dry rotted then this company should of been able to tell. The only thing I can think of is they didn’t care about the troubles it would cause me they just wanted my money or they were to inconsiderate to check for something like that. Really disappointing.

I had a very positive experience at Precision tires and auto recently. I needed to get a front tire for my Ford Escape on rather short notice, and Precision was able to accommodate me very quickly. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. They allowed me to pick out the used tire rather than just giving me any old one. It was mounted and balanced promptly, and I was on my way. From my phone call to Precision, to dealing with the nice lady behind the counter, to technician who mounted and balanced my tire, everyone treated me very nice. I will definitely consider Precision tires and auto when that time comes to replace all four tires on my vehicle.

Was in need of some new tires in a hurry. Tried the wally mart route to save a few dollars and that was a disaster and complete waste of time. Saw this place while on US19 and gave them a call after looking up the place on google and seeing all the good reviews. My review is nothing but good things. They priced what I needed, ordered the tires, and they were more than accommodating to get them changed out working with my schedule. They were also really quick with the work. It was nice to finally spend money somewhere that actually appreciates the value of your time as well. Theres a million repair shops down US19 but Ill definetly make the drive to support this garage again.

Did not have an appointment (which I will be setting in the future to continue to receive the best customer service here), but they carried my size tires where most places typically don’t and had me in and out very quickly. Will be coming here in the future and I recommend others do as well!

They must have fake Google reviews because look at the BBB site. I have been to their shop by the way. They have awful complaints filed against them and have the nerve to insult the people who filed them in a response to the customer complaint. This place rips people off when it comes to auto care. People need to start suing. Their mechanics don’t seem like they really know what they are doing.

Needed to get my stretched tires removed and mounted. i knew this was a hard and time consuming process so i didnt really care if it took awhile. was told to bring the car in at 830 am so they could work on it in between cars and have it done in a couple hours. they got 1 guy on each tire and finished in about 20 minutes. also reduced the estimate price by 60$!! definitely coming here for all my needs in the future and recommend you to aswell
