This guy was a hero! My refrigerator broke, the meat was melting, my baby’s were crying. I thought I had to buy a new refrigerator but Tony the Great showed up in the wee hours of the night, fixed the problem like a boss. The meat is frozen, the kids a-sleeping. Called about a leaking washer. Tony was able to come right over and assess the issue. Turned out to be hoses and not washer but asked him about our ice maker in the fridge not working. He went and looked at it right then and assessed that it needed to be replaced, which is what we suspected. He was able to order the part and can Saturday morning to replace it. He’s very professional and pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend this business! With a freshly stocked freezer, we had a GE refrigerator stop working at 5:30 pm. The compressor would kick on for 15 seconds then stop. I knew it was a start relay, because we had one go out 3 years ago. I called at 6:25 and Tony called back at 6:50. He showed up at 7:45 and a half hour later, it was fixed! Tony is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided the cost to fix upfront. Will definitely call again if I need an appliance repair!

When our refrigerator stopped suddenly, we began calling appliance repair companies. Tony, from Fixer LLC responded promptly. He came and inspected the unit and replaced a fuse. He left and the refrigerator worked for two days. Then it stopped working again. He came right over that same night and inspected the refrigerator a little deeper. He determined the ice maker was causing the fuses to blow and shutting down the refrigerator. He could have just replaced the fuse again and we could have done this a few times. But he was honest and told us what the cause was. Weve replaced the ice maker and the refrigerator has been working fine since then. We most definitely will call Tony again if we have any other appliances that need repair and would recommend him and his company to anyone who wants a qualified, excellent repairman.

Tony came out to my mothers house today. The oven didnt work. It ended up only being a reset issue. Didnt charge them which of course, does not happen in todays world. In addition, a couple of weeks ago, we had an oven issue. Scheduled an appointment on line over the weekend for a Monday. Tony was even a few minutes early. Great experience, after initially hiring someone else. Diagnosed the problem quickly and then did not charge us for coming out. I would recommend Appliance Fixer to anyone.

Tony knows his stuff and hes honest. Had another guy in the day before who said I needed a new compressor for my freezer. The charge would have been over a thousand dollars and it would take a week and a half to get the compressor. Charged me $75 bucks for his visit. Called Tony the next day, told him I was told I needed a new compressor. He said he had one in stock. When he got here, he spent a half hour testing pressure in the system and said I didnt need a compressor.Turns out there was a couple restricted areas in the tiny capillary pipe. He replaced and freezer is running like it should. Oh and the cost was less than half a new compressor. Very happy I decided not to use the other references I got from Homeadvisor. Only one other got back to me and told me theyd charge the same as the the first guy. What they should have said was it might not be a compressor, let us check it out.Tony was not listed by Homeadvisor. I pulled him off the internet because he was close to me. Read his reviews and took a chance. Dont hire someone before you let Tony see what you got. Oh and he does free estimates. If I had to say anything of a critical nature is he said hed be here at 10 am. He was here by 11. He should have called to update me on his schedule.

Tony from My Fixer, LLC was great, Tony called and could arrive earlier than planned Tony took the time to fully troubleshoot the problem to make sure he did the repair right. It turned out my refrigerator needed a new control board but Tony took the time to defrost the freezer coils and clean up the water before replacing and testing. I had scheduled a Saturday (even more awesome as he had Saturday and Sunday appointments), and had to move it to Monday first thing. He was able to work with me on timing. I contacted Tony on a Sunday afternoon about my Samsung stove that had a cracked in the glass cooktop. Tony was the only person willing to help me over the phone without charging me a diagnosis fee first. My stove was less than a year old so I chose to repair it instead of buy a new one. I gave him the serial number which he helped me find then he told me how much it would cost to repair. A little pricey but that is because the part itself was pricey I researched that in advance. Tony was able to get it installed Wednesday afternoon and checked to make sure it was working before leaving. I would definitely recommend him. Tony from appliance fixer deserves a 10 star. I had an issue with my maytag dryer not drying my clothes. I called another company first that wasnt punctual to begin with, charged me a $75 service fee to diagnose. When he finally showed up he told me my vent needed cleaned out which it didnt because my ex husband just did it. He then said I needed a new sensor. He ordered the part, came back out installed it and insisted that was the problem. I wrote him a check for another $135.40 to find out it still wasnt fixed. So I did more research and liked the results from appliance fixer. I called and talked to Tony who first of all waived the service fee for me, came out at 7:30 pm within my time frame and diagnose it as not being the sensor at all. It needed a control panel which he said it would cost around $500, parts and installation cost. He told my ex husband a way to use the dryer without spending the $500. The dryer is now drying my clothes. Tony was very honest and didnt rip me off. Truely a guy I would call back for service. You really need to do your homework when it comes to trusting someone in Florida and knows their business. Thank you so very much Tony. Hats and thumbs up for you.
