I was very disappointed with our experience of A-1 Repair. I contacted them after reading the positive reviews. I was told I needed a new part, a deposit was given, and the part ordered. The new part was installed two days later and I was told my washer was fine. After Jim left, I ran a load of laundry and the original problem was still there.I called for him to come back and he did the next day. He told my husband that there was not a problem, but he would refund our money for the service call or the part (over $200.00), he would send a check.I have called several times requesting that the check be sent, but to date NO Check! Original service call was 10/18/19 and today is 12/2/19.I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service. Fair price. Jim was very professional and on time. Did exactly as he said he would. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! I had just bought a new washer from a local retailer and the warranty was not included-after several uses the washer was not spinning or rinsing. Well i thought it was a factory problem and thought i lost my money. Well i called A1 appliance and when the gentleman came he was able to fix my washer with a minimum fee. I was shocked. He could have told me the washer needed a huge repair. He was in and out and the washer is working like new again! Thanks so much to A1 appliance and the repair man who helped me out! I will be referring the company to all my friends and family!
