If I could give Valvoline negative stars I would. This store ran great and I recommended it to all of my friends and colleagues . Word in town is they fired the manager. The only competent person in there. I can see New Phila Valvoline tanking rapidly. The employees there dont stand a chance without a strong leader. It was apperent.who kept them afloat.

Great service! Everyone was very nice and cool! I recommend them if you dont have time to do an oil change yourself. Also it was quick and cheap. Id rather go to them rather than a big shop.

This is my go to place for an oil change. You are in and out usually no more than 10 minutes. They never try to up sale me either. So convenient. All the guys are always super friendly and answer any questions and concerns I have.

Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff always friendly. They dont make me feel like a girl who knows nothing about cars...which I am! Good prices. Always offer to change filters and windshield wipers and such and I am never sure if its actually needed because they do it every time! Guessing its part of their pitch.Quick, friendly and will return.

I pulled my car up. The boss did not speak to me at all. He just looked up my vehicle and serviced it without seeing what I wanted first. (I wanted a service convenience check..youre allowed once per oil change. I didnt need my oil changed!) I understand it was a hot day, but even the young boys working there didnt say A WORD. I had to initiate everything. Thankfully I got discounted a few dollars. Will go else where.

The oil change was expensive. However, the courteous and efficient staff gave me a $5.00 discount because I had a long wait.

My experience today was very good. The people that worked on my car was very knowledgeable of their tasks. They worked together very effectively. Therefore, everything moved along smoothly, an in a timely matter. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Time lapse between pulling into the stall and leaving the stall: 16 minutes. Couldnt be happier. Really friendly, low pressure employees. Thumbs up.

Theyve come a long way since I used them 20 years ago. Back then it didnt seem like a very organized thing but now, no matter where you go or which shop you use, they are extremely consistent and organized. Im impressed with them now and honestly I feel they do a better job than my dealership...and much faster too so thats a bonus.

They did good with my oil change. The only problem I have with them is that they said my battery was bad, which is weird for a car a little over a month old (but I know its not unheard of). Took it to my dealer and no issues. Will not be going back.

I took my daughters car there today, because we thought she had an oil leak. They looked everything over and decided it was just the filter. They replaced the filter, cleaned up the engine and topped off her fluids. I couldnt be more pleased with the service we received today. The guys were awesome!!

I have a Honda Civic and an odyssey I Take it to the shop and it cost me less than $35 for an oil change I took my 2020 Kia to Valvoline oil change and it was $73 for an oil change bit pricey

Great service and fast, so would recommend, but I paid almost $90 for synthetic oil change, which was expensive, so will go elsewhere on the next oil to shop for a better price.

Was out of town and needed and oil change with them to kill. I go to Valvoline all the time and this one was the best ever. They were fast courteous and not pushy on upgrades. I wish this one was on my home area.

Ive taken my car here for every oil change, but one, since we moved to town two years ago. The staff is kind, thorough, respectful, professional, and efficient. They always take the time to answer my kids (many) questions. Once, my three-year-old asked for a sticker. (Apparently, we go to enough places that hand out stickers that he thinks he is entitled to them everywhere.) I told him that this wasnt a place with stickers, and furthermore, he shouldnt ask everyone for stickers anyway. But, the employee who printed the reminder sticker for my windshield printed him an extra one. He LOVED it. Last time, they had Transformers coloring books (a movie tie-in for The Last Night), and they made sure each of my boys got one. Best oil change ever!The staff always make sure you know what services are recommended for your car, but they dont pressure you into anything. Ive been talked down to by guys in garages a lot, because Im a short woman who apparently looks like she couldnt possibly know anything about cars. (I need an estimate for a new alternator. Do you even know what an alternator is? - that sort of thing.) Ive never had even a hint of condecension here, which is a nice bonus on top of top-notch work.

I pulled up thinking that my oil change would cost $25. In fact, I only had $25! I asked how much the oil change would cost for good measure and when the employee said that it would be $45, I was ready to go. However, they offered me a hefty discount and I was able to get my oil change. I was more than pleased with how kind the staff was!! Ive only had good experiences previously as wel as today.

This place is great! Its the kind of oil change place where they let you stay in the car! My favorite. They do such a good job and talk you through exactly what theyre doing and everything you need to know about your vehicle. Super friendly service and I cant believe it took less than six minutes to get in and out. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

False advertising. I told them EXACTLY what kind of oil my truck takes (0-W40) and the child (kids) that worked there proceeded to tell me- AFTER THEY DRAINED MY OIL, that they do not carry the kind my truck required. Even though I explicitly told them before they drained it what kind of oil my truck requires.Apparently they thought I was ignorant, because not only did the boys try to belittle me, but they also tried to undermind me. Even though Im a woman* I assure you if I wasnt pressed on time that day I would have just changed it myself.They also tried to say it was not acommon type of oil because they had NEVER heard of it🤦‍♀️. Really? Freaking really🤦‍♀️! WOW. 🤷‍♀️

I have never been treated so fair and good anywhere in my life. Having the security that these men will help anytime is amazing. They are so so honest. So many times I have stopped just for even a tire question and they always help and direct me. I bought a Honda Pilot and am clueless of all the alerts and lights they always teach me as well as service my pilot and they might cost a little more but they truely care and are so so fast and honest and friendly. Everytime I go in I need a new belt because it has cracks in it and a new belt there is 90 dollars. I went to a different place for an oil change they didnt say anything about. So I said something and there response was there was cracks in but there so small wouldnt worry about it for now. And when I go to this place for an oil change I always need my tires rotated. Last time I went I had bald tires and they wanted me to rotate them. Whats the point of me spending more money there when Im about to get new tires and be no point for a tire rotation.

Only rating 2 stars because of the price, and thats what Google considers disliked it. I had a fantastic experience.. very nice and sociable employees, overall easy transaction. Very obvious they are well trained, sorted out employees. They tried to upsell other services, great training! Very satisfied with my experience visiting a VIOC. However, paying $104.51 for a 5qt synthetic oil change is outrageous. I previously owned a BMW that took 7qts of synthetic, and the DEALERSHIP only charged $89.95.. and they performed an inspection and washed it. I consider myself an educated consumer and genuinely feel I overpaid. I didnt reject or complain about my bill as I already knew there was not much that could be done considering the oil had already been changed. Very disappointed with the pricing and can assure you that was my first and last oil change at a VIOC.
