Ty was extremely professional & cut right to the chase. I was able to get my daughter and I new phones AND lowered my bill and I didn’t need to spend all day there.I will be telling all my friends and family to come to this store, great staff!!! 10/10 would recommend

I went into the store to obtain a hot spot and I had my son with me who was having a bad day. Casey was fast, efficient and got me in and out of the store (at almost no cost which was great) in less than 30 min. He was also very polite to my son. My faith in customer service was restored today.

The representative was knowledgeable and gave me information why my data lags each day in the afternoon. Verizon is upgrading to 5G and this is causing lag on the data stream. Im an unlimited customer so Im paying for 6 hrs a day where I cant use my data. Verizon your very big on trying to sell me garbage why dont you live up to your contract and give me my unlimited data.

Horrible service, will not answer any questions about my overcharged bill because they tell you its confidential information, gave false information regarding sale of the cell phone we purchased, said it got lost in the mail, DONT USE THIS STORE

I had a good salesman that was very kind. However be careful when purchasing a phone and ask a lot of questions. I got charged $50 more for the phone than what was advertised on their website. theres also a lot of hidden fees that they dont tell you about up front until youre signing the final paperwork. A $444 phone ended up costing over $600 when all was said and done. I didnt change plans or anything, just purchase the new phone to replace my old one.

I went into this location within a couple weeks after it opened with the intent to switch to Verizon Wireless. From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell we were not really welcome and we were inconveniencing them. I asked several questions about promotions I seen on their website, nobody was eager to answer my questions. I asked about prices and they acted like they didnt know prices and didnt offer to look them up or find out. It was an awful experience. They met us at the door and walked us back to the door when we left, but we clearly were not welcome or wanted. Needless to say, after this experience we decided to setup service through their website.THREE TIMES we spent hours placing our order online and getting everything just right. All three times we waited on our free two day shipping to arrive only to find out that all three orders were cancelled without an explanation. When we called customer service nobody knew why they were cancelled. We gave up after a terrible experience in their new retail store and three failed attempts to sign up as new customers online.If it is this hard to join them, I cant imagine how hard it would be to leave or deal with issues. Ive never had such a bad experience with any retail or service company in my 40 years of living.

They were friendly they couldnt get me what I needed but they still got a good variety of things to change here if you got a moto Z4 dont plan on getting any screen protectors or any protection for that phone

This is NOT a Verizon corporate store. Prices are high on accessories and Android Devices. Had to go back twice after ordering device into store. I was told one thing when ordering and something different on pickup so I had to go back.

First off, this is not a corporate Verizon store. They are a satellite store with the Verizon logo on their building.I purchased a phone and service from them. The next day I see that the phone I bought was $200 less everywhere else. I even went to the corporate store on Mill Ave and they couldnt believe what I was charged for my phone. I had 14 days to return my phone. I went back to this hack store and was hassled about returning my phone. The manager of this store even told me to just eat the $500. Finally, 7 days after buying this phone they let me return it and this after many trips and countless hours in the store.Now, I get turned in to a collection agency. They are claiming I never returned my phone. Verizon customer service advised me to file a police report.Steer clear of this incompetent rip off place and just go to the legit store on Mill Ave.
