Recently had the pleasure of dealing with this store and was informed they are moving and can be of absolute no help!! I would simply have to call the customer service number, which I had already done leading me to the store in the first place. While trying to explain this I was talked over then told again “well I can’t help you” with the most pleasant of attitudes.

I am so sick of being price gouged by Spectrum & getting terrible unreliable service. We never had these constant issues with Time Warner.
If I can give it no stars I would. Internet never works you call customer service its the same thing every time please unplug your modem count to 30 and plug it back in. Well that didnt work never does. Everything looks fine on our end. You owe a bill though theyll call you seven times a day to get their money. The bill gets raised every time it gets sent out what should have been a $60 internet is now $90. Oh and my favorite is whenever its not working because you need an upgrade your stuff is just outdated which means more money for faster internet.

This company is a mess. Their Spectrum Mobile offers peaked my interested, but 6 hours later (THE SAME DAY) I was quickly reminded of the dysfunction within their departments and terminated my service. Transferred multiple times, different departments, all assuring my issues could be handled by the next person. I wish another company would offer our area services. #dontdoit

Picking up free remote, the TV went up for my mom, you would think Senior Citizens would get a discount, or people who had the paper over 25 yes or more but dont, it went up to $180.00 a month,to high for my mom.

HR people are horrible. They dont communicate with the local stores. They try to get you to pay money that you already did. The girls at the New Philadelphia store are awesome. They did amazing jobs helping us and also the other customers when the store got really busy. Jessica, if youre reading this, thank you so so so much for your amazing service.
Waiting lines are terribly long...Ive waited 45 minutes just to pay my bill...and not only once...many times. They usually have 2 employess waiting on people..and at least 5 in line..then the people get there and start talking about things other then why they are there...Im ready to pull my hair out!
Worst experience ever! They removed the drop box for your payments. So you have to go inside to drop off your payments. The line inside filled the lobby. So I tried to leave my payment at the desk to be told they would not accept it and would just mail it back to me. After waiting in line for 35 minutes to hand Dustin my payment, which was a check for the full amount due, $194.78 for one month, he was very rude. My New Years resolution is to CUT THE CABLE! Just not worth it! I would have shut it off today, but they no longer prorate the bill I would have to pay for January, another $194.78. So January 24, 2020 I will no longer deal with Spectrum! Beware

Have had connection problems for over 2 years, internet goes in and out. Last year a service tech said there was a bad cable down the road a ways and would put a work order in for it. Nothing has been done since. We still have the same problem. We stopped calling because they dont do anything about it. Looking for a different provider now.
Worse cable company around. Asked for a payment plan due to no work because of the pandemic. Was told they couldnt help because they dont have a heart. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Spectrum store takes care of customers in the order they arrived. The representatives are polite and nice and they do their best to satisfy new and existing customers. I have been there several times over time and they have always been very helpful.

I been paid $80 for high speed internet and I can’t connect more that one computer if connected one computer and try to connect the iPad or what ever it will not work!!! Continually upping price on internet services, cites whitewash reasons for it. Just waiting for them to announce data caps. Will switch as soon as something else that actually works comes through.

Horrible. The parking is rotten, have to pull in and back out onto a very busy street, they only have two people working, and the line to pay a bill today was out the door, into the mini parking area. Boo!! Never again.

An irate customer was there. The employee handled it well. It wasnt Spectrums fault she was unhappy. But the customer service representative remained calm.
Called them several times over internet issues. We went to the their store got new everything and still the same. They sent someone out to look at the lines both inside and out. He claims to have fixed them still the same issue. Internet is WAY SLOWER then what we are forced to pay, drops all the times. Cant even watch youtube. We need more options in this area other than dish and they know this so they dont care as they rake in the cash.
I was unhappy when I had confirmed a reservation on a Thursday, but it was inputted into the spectrum system as on a Saturday. I had drive 1/2 our to the residence to meet the technician, who didnt show up because it was scheduled incorrectly. Spectrum didnt try to fix this mistake and made no effort to accommodate.
Would rate 0 if i could. keeps raising the internet bill up due to monopoly and corporate GREED. Speeds dont live up to what they state either. Hopefully something better comes along so they get left in the dust.

Parking is litterally the worst here. Can only really come in from one direction which is up Tuscarawas heading towards dover. The parking spots are angled. Spectrum on other hand good customer service. Like the staff and have never done me wrong. Fair prices and better then frontier.
Your place is way to small you definitely dont have enough parking i had to keep going around spectrum 6 times befor i could park a lot of angry people was waiting for ever and on top of that only two people working !!!!!!! Bad bussiness ethics to serve the public i think you need to change a lot of things if you want happy customers
Patience patience patience. People are afraid or intimidated by change which is what charter has brought and plans on bringing. Most of this change is just to catch us up to the rest of our advanced and ever changing world. Most of these negative reviews are from people who have had 1 bad experience or who had twc for a decade or more years and have not replaced there cable wires or equipment .My advice would be to call in with any problems and or schedule a service call.This company will take us farther into our data and communications needs than any other local communications company!

Never talk to David in Spectrum customer service. He will not listen to you. He is not interested in providing service to you. He is only there for a paycheck and nothing else. I am try trying to get service to my business and he hung up on me after telling me it would cost millions of dollars to get service here and they are not going to do that. I have Spectrum internet at home but because of David I need to look for another provider. I dont deal well with rude people and the company they work for.
Stopped by and was tenth in line. There was no one behind the counter helping people, nor were there customers waiting at the counter being helped, just people waiting in line to be called up. I didnt wait around. Tou could tell people were irritated.

These boxes that they’re requiring you to get are absurd! They’re huge & unsightly, with today’s technology I can’t believe this is all they could come up with. We decided to return the boxes so we’re not charged every month & got a Roku. Well, after waiting in line an hour & 10 minutes 😡 I was told it’s a requirement that we have at least one box.... spectrum is a total scam. The 2 people helping customers were great and I feel bad that they get the brunt of people’s anger because of frustration over the ridiculous long wait & scam of a service...
Rude customer service. Don’t listen or really even care what the customer wants .. I now pay more and can only watch tv on two out of the five I was able to use now they want more money for each tv so I’m stuck paying more and using less TVs ... highly considering changing to dish .. Would not recommend spectrum at all !

Customer service good, service great. Were a house of online gamers we get great speeds, never lose connection, or lag out, not even walking to drink macines do we lose signal! Thankful to be in a TWC/Spectrum service area again!

They are very slow. And you do not get what they say you do also when they price quote you it ends up being more than quoted. If you pay bill early you end up getting billed again and then they say you are late. It has happened twice and I lost over 100 dollars every time they do this. Not really happy but without them I get nothing on my TV.
Poor service high prices. I am constantly losing phone service for days. Cable is a crapshoot some days it works sometimes it doesnt. If this is the future of cable companies its a failure.

If there was a better internet option I would never use this company. The service sucks and they charge you a ridiculous amount since they have no competition and will up your bill on you constantly. They also have little ways to keep you from benefitting from any promotions they have going on. They don’t care about keeping customers happy after they established them.

Cable companies are what they are. But at least at this payment center they do seem to care. Ive never had any major issues here other than the sheer amount of time even the simplest of things take. Could use some more seating too. Either way there are charge ports tvs to watch and you can even try out the services if you need some wifi. The place is usually clean, rarely packed but still time consuming. Every time Im there my issues are resolved and I go about my day. Still better than Comcast or att. And I should know I worked for both of them.

Spotty, unreliable internet service. Unnecessary “upgrades” to the box.Massive hikes in the prices.And we have had people or to my mom house three or four times this year for problems with her service- twice in just the last month.Yesterday the tech declared that he did everything he could to clear up the cracking scratchy disruption on the phone but that the problem was related to “EMF” issues because of our Bluetooth and electronic devices.Today, the phone is only ringing 1-2 times and disconnecting the caller before the answering machine picks up and it also is no longer displaying the caller Id info. I am not tech illiterate, the settings are all right. We have no idea why this problem is happening.

Ordered service, just cable and internet, when they came to install they gave me a phone box which i didnt ask for. I called to ask to take it back they said it would cost $70 to cancel something i didnt ask for.. Sounds to me it happens alot. Nothing worse than a scam with good commercials
Use a phone recording app for quality purposes because not everybody at spectrum/TWC is a rocket scientist, and they use words that are very similar to vebatem sales techniques (mistakingly said) as opposed to their solid policy in quotations.CAUTION!!!Never allow them to manipulate you into a money back disguised as a free trialThe rocket scientist on the phone will tell you free trial but actually means money back guarantee if you dont like the cable intern rendering you an actual bill that must be paid in order to be reimbursed hence The Good Old Time Warner trick free trial.I will recommend the internet service in the new Phila area tell them no to everything else and just enjoy fast internet speeds with a little bill every month and go get you a Roku or a fire stick and chill back without having to spend a $$Gajillion dollars on their bundles

Better customer service than TWC, faster internet service, too. However, it didnt seem as fast as claimed and it seemed to give us sporadic lost connections with WiFi a few times a day that we didnt have with TWC.
Went there for work, so I liked it.
Prices keep going up internet slows down despite I pay for higher speeds cable boxes constantly need rebooted now dropping bunch channels and raised my bill . Have to have cable box to get the high definition channels . And some channels not premium like hbo . Channels freeze up pixilated . My phone to be unlisted pay extra yet low and behold my number listed . Gave me very dirty remotes had dried food on them . Go in perosn and takes forever to do anything there call and get passsed round all over who has time for that, they have even stopped my modem from comminacting their devices so I had pay rental feee for while and yes approved modem . This company has gotten way worse . Wish I could give negative stars .
Switching to direct tv we have exchanged 6 boxes in less then a month because they stop working the dvr box always shuts off out of nowhere remote doesnt even wanna work we pay for higher speed internet and its worse then it was before it and our bill is almost 300$ and we have nothing but problems with them they suck there services need expired so sick of them and everyone that works with for them so slow so rude parking is ridiculous
Its nice to know that the name changed but the same terrible service remains. For no reason, we had no phone, internet or cable. We called for times about the problem, they have yet to fix it. They said tomorrow in the evening, maybe if they can fit us in. Truly unacceptable customer service, especially their supervisor who when I was giving her the business about how slow and shite the internet was, muted me and pretended like I had been disconnected. Very mature. Dont get anything from them, terrible service and slow internet.

Time Warner was near excellent compared to Spectrum. The customer service at this location is still near excellent. You usually have to wait in a line before you get seen.
Worst place on the face of the earth. This is the second day trying to return equipment. There are lines out the doors. Security “guards” are telling customers to wait in line closer together. If they didn’t have a monopoly in Dover I would cancel internet service and be done with this company completely.
Around 70 a month but the moment my wife watches a video on her phone I can just forget playing games. Downloaded peak at 1.9 mbps and for the price of service thats some very slow dl speeds.all my friends who have them have the same complaints as well. Just to slow for what we pay (edit) the past week Ive actually peaked at 1.1 mbps. It dropped bad and many times is in the kilobytes. This is rediculous and Im considering the much faster smart way for similar prices if this slow spell persists...well slower...theyve been slow for awhile now and Im not sure why. It started good but has progressively gotten worse despite several call with them about fixing it over the years.
Frequent channel freezes, Channel 56 has sound but colored stripes on screen, and abruptly EWTN is gone. High rates slow WiFi, and less channels. Very much has us looking for something else.

Internet connection is horrible the kids try to play online and cant because it shuts down on them they say its the best but it is not even got a new wifi router and that did not work turned in old phone and internet router also this did not help either phone has been acting up also family and work cant even get threw because of this because we have to check line all the time my Xbox one cant even play multiplayer because of bad internet connection. And the TV freezes and pixelates also asked for help got none its bad for business when half of the time you call tech support is rude and act like you dont even know what you are talking about. We pay for the best and dont even get that.
