The location is perfect! Its truly in walking distance from just about everything. The look is very modern inside the unit. The artwork is very cool. Once you get past that surface level stuff...thats where goes downhill. The amount of hair that my party and I had to clean up around the toilet, on the nightstand, on the table, the sink and couch was absolutely DISGUSTING! There were old lashes stuck to the nightstand. The main bathrooms sink was not working properly and would stop up. When we opened the freezer, the ice would just fall out because there was not a bucket to catch it. The checkout list said run the dishwasher but there was no liquid to do so. We had to hand wash all the dishes. It didnt make any sense! Then they wanted to know if we wanted to pay $100 extra for them to come and clean!? It should have been cleaned BEFORE we arrived. If we had been in a hotel then we would have been upgraded for sure. Find another place.

Great Airbnb experience. It really is as pretty as it looks. They really talk up the front desk, but no one is actually there. They have a virtual concierge on the weekends though. Quiet area but the walls are thin so loud neighbors can be heard perfectly. Overall. I can’t think of a better place to stay if checking out the French Quarter.

We absolutely loved our first stay and we will most certainly be back! Very well kept and clean. Safe and secure with locked doors requiring code for entry pass to enter the property and a personalized entry code for each room. Definitely feels safe. A must stay and very affordable! A+++

Incredible space, amenities, and location for the price. Very modern and up-to-date too. Check-in and check-out all electronic. Even the balcony was great. Lots to do in the lobby as well. Only thing to worry about is downtown noise. Bring earplugs if you arent a heavy sleeper.

Amazing Property! Great Location! Very happy about our stay in New Orleans. This place is in walking distance of everything; Canal Street, Street Cars, Starbucks, Two Chicks Restaurant, Burbon Street, French Market etc..... My husband and I went with friends and this place was beautiful and comfortable. It was a great pizza place two two blocks down near OKeefe street... I am really happy with our stay.

Such a great place to stay when visiting New Orleans. Quick walk to get anywhere and the rooms are beautiful!

Better than expected quality. Good location. Convenient to Bourbon St and downtown areas. Never had to worry about thing like trashbags/dishwasher soap, etc. Felt very safe in the building. I was a little worried because the immediate street vicinity looked questionable, but just a block over youre into cleaner main streets and I never felt unsafe.

Clean, well appointed, quiet. Factors row is within easy walking distance to bourbon street and the world war 2 museum but it is off the beaten path enough that it isnt noisy at all. We stayed 3 days and would have loved to stay longer. The condo we stayed in was clean, modern, it was just really nice. They have a small gym area at the building as well that is sufficient for a traveler. We will definitely look to book again when we are back in New Orleans.

Do not stay here. Several of the rooms are on the side with the Streetcar and this building has basically no sound isolation (it was originally a factory, not a residential building. The streetcar runs 24 hours a day. It sounds like a plane is landing in our bedroom every time it passes. When I asked Sextant for a different room, they didnt do anything to help even though another room was clearly available on their website.

I love this place so modern and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and I loved the view we had. Its also close to everything. Rouse grocery was literally down the st. I will definitely come back. Just make sure you have your room number and your codes before you arrive.

We adored our stay here! Tastefully decorated, private courtyard, secure entry, super comfy beds, immaculate, reasonably priced, and walking distance to the street cats, Canal Street, and the French Quarter.

Perfect stay!! Except for the two male employees that was walking thru my private courtyard...that I said something to and called management about it!!! Other than that it was beautiful and very comfortable. Better than any hotel Ive ever stayed at. Home away from home.

This place was perfect for our stay in New Orleans!!! The apartments are large, clean and just a few blocks from both the French Quarter and canal street. Parking was great too- there is a garage across the street. And having traveled during 2020, I appreciated contactless check-in and check-out. Will definitely be staying here again when Im back in NOLA.

Had the same problem as the other user. Don’t go to this property. There’s no free parking on site. Downtown is loud,. Neighborhood a little ghetto.Worst of all NO refunds, the least they can do is 50% refund. The receptionist Julianna will give you wrong directions, Cancel the hotel and book for other days but when you cancel they don’t want to refund even during this time of covid. We’re giving them business, but just want your hard earned money. They will bleed you dry. OVERPRICED extra $100 ? Are you kidding meI agree that you want to save money find another place in New Orleans. I recommend you think first before you book. The other great reviews are probably close family friends and got good service.

Have you ever been on vacation and felt like you were home? Well, that is if home was the most perfectly decorated, cute exposed brick, spacious apartment with high ceilings and a bed made of clouds. This place far exceeded my expectations and was the foundation of such a wonderful time in this new city for me. Besides the entire building having so much art and aesthetically pleasing décor, the rooms were well stocked with everything I could need and contained the coolest technology that helped me directly connect with local restaurants. Its convenient location helped me forgo ubers and still explore everything I wanted to see and more. Despite all the amazing restaurants and places I visited while in New Orleans, Factors Row by Sextant will always be at the top of my list of recommendations.

I LOVED our stay and the building was beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was nice having a kitchen and a market was within walking distance for stocking up. There were wonderful restaurants within a block as well. For our purposes, we were perfectly located for attending meetings and exploring on our own. My only critique would be investing a little more on softer pull out couches; it was rather hard to sleep on.

Horrible customer service, no desk to sign in at, left waiting for 3 hours, have to call company to check in and nobody will answer the damn phone, don’t waste your time.

This was our first Stay Alfred experience, and it wont be our last. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, and the building had real character. We were here for a wedding, and our daughter and fiance were with us two nights before moving to the Ace Hotel with several other members of the bridal party. They couldnt get back to our place fast enough.A couple of tips to enhance your stay if you are used to renting from private owners; there are only starter sets of hotel-sized shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. The kitchen is bare in terms of staples or basic groceries. No worries though, since there is a fabulous market, Rouses, only a few blocks away. It has everything and then some.The first floor lounge area, courtyard, and mini-gym are very nice - we used them all. We did not require assistance with anything so cannot comment on rapid response, but the staff members we did see were exceptionally nice. Location cant be beat - we walked all over including the French Quarter. Many good restaurants are nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next NOLA trip, and hunt for Stay Alfreds at other travel destinations.

Great place to stay in NOLA! Ideal location, plenty of space in the 2 bedroom, and great to have a kitchen. This is our second stay here and the apartments need a little TLC, showing wear/tear, but overall, much better option than hotel.

Great price, great location. Spacious, clean and easy to access. We loved it. Our only complaint was the outside lights are really bright shining into the bedrooms... not a deal breaker by any means! We’d book again for sure!

We stayed over Easter weekend for a family vacation with our two daughters. We absolutely loved the space. Spacious, quiet, contemporary and close to everything. It has an adorable courtyard and a coffee shop next door. Easy walk to Bourbon and Jackson Square. WE travel to Nola about once or twice a year and I will definitely stay here again. The price and location cannot be beat.

We took a family of 11 to New Orleans and stayed at Stay Alfred at Factors Row. Its always difficult trying to find accommodations for a family of our size but Stay Alfred made it easy and enjoyable! Every aspect from reservations, parking arrangements, check in to check out was easy which made for an amazing vacation. It definitely felt like our home away from home! Our 3 year old was even telling people we lived there by the end of vacation and cried the day we left.

We enjoyed our time at Stay Alfred Factors Row. Our room was beautiful with the high ceilings, brick walls, and the dark wooden floors. The beds were so comfortable. We had one minor problem with water leaking down the wall from the upstairs unit, but the on-sight staff took care of it right away. All repairs were completed while we were out sightseeing. Thank you for making our trip to New Orleans an enjoyable one.😊

Second time staying here. I love how walk-able it is to everything. Great location. The apartments are nice and comfortable and great for groups! I brought my girlfriends this time and they loved it.

My husband, and two of my friends really enjoyed our stay here. It was the easiest booking experience I have had. Fancy apartments close but not too close to NOLA’s action center. Quiet area, easy to get to and from Bourbon street area. Great supermarket close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have a nice public area w TV, gym and a nice outdoor courtyard.

Excellent place to stay.Walking distance to shops,great restaurants, coffee shops,trams and French Quarters.Big apartments,quiet and everything you need to cook in modern kitchen.Make sure you ask for a room were the tram does not go by as its very noisey day and night.Only thing this place needs is darker blinds,l could not sleep with the lights outside and day light in the am so early.

Beautiful room with plenty of space

More than ample space, even for a toddler to expend energy running throughout the place (very safe). Comfortably modern, clean, quiet; walk-in closets, large bathrooms, in-house washer/dryer and kitchen coveniences, nearby grocery store, walking distance from target sight-seeing sites and restaurants. Lobby community relaxation area suitably decorated and has a piano and wide screen TV. A recommended place to stay!

My parents stayed here when they visited. They absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly and very informative. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is great. It is right next to the street car line and walking distance from Canal St. and the French Quarter. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they visit.

Awesome. Great place... Go for it..... You have to understand these are not traditional hotels... Which worked great for us, but I can see more conventional people being weird about it.... Theres little local staff... Its automated emails and texts with instructions... Which worked great for us, but if someone is thinking a hotel with concierge this is not you place.

Loved the large apartment with high ceilings and a full kitchen. We got super lucky and reserved the apartment six months before people realize the Saints were going to be in the playoffs so I feel the apartment was well-priced! It is in a great location and the facilities like the small gym are really nice! We were able to easily walk to the French Quarter and the Garden District right from the apartment and there are plenty of awesome restaurants right around the area too. The sofa bed mattress was horrendous but that is to be expected, there were no dish towels but we just used a small bathroom towel, and the TV could be slightly bigger since the living room was huge but those are nit-picky items. One huge reason I gave it five stars is because the apartment was super quiet at all hours despite being near a busy road and having neighbors. Our apartment was even right next to the elevator and I didnt hear it once! I have stayed elsewhere like in Nashville where I couldnt sleep because it was so loud. Others have complained about the furniture being too firm but we didnt have any issue.

Very nice and comfortavle interior design. However, they could have provided a better quality mattress. The mattress makes noise every time you get on the bed or make any movement. Other than that, this is a great choice for staying in NOLA.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a Girls Trip to the NOLA. The apartment was nice and clean. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Bourbon Street,Restaurants and local stores for any needed amenities. Small issues with water leaking from upstairs apartment...it happened at the end of our stay so we werent too affected.

Beautiful apartments! Well kept facilities. They are really close to everything! Safe and secure! We had an issue with a mattress and when we called the building manager came up immediately and had the mattress replaced. Excellent service!

Third stay here in past few years, each condo was fantastic and service was top notch! Easy to communicate with staff at any time you may need them. The location is perfect, walk everywhere . Very safe area, parking next door was a breeze.

Refused to refund my deposit. My family planned on staying in May 2020 for a family vacation. COVID-19 shut down airlines and all states were on lockdown. There site states they are closed till further notice due to COVID-19. HOW DO I NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND? Stay Alfred is doing wrong by their customers and need to act like adults and do the right thing and refund those affected by the COVID-19. The cancellation was out of our hands it was due to a pandemic around the world.

Great room!

Very clean, very spacious, every amenity you could ask for (other than a pool). Very reasonable price for what we got. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, definitely going above and beyond expectations

At first glance the apartment was spacious and clean but was very disappointed with the clear lack of property management. The bed in the Master Bedroom broke the first night and after peaking under the bed after complete shock this bed had been broken before as one side was being held up with a wooden block on the opposite side. We called the concierge service right away and were called back hours later to be told a handy man would take a peak at the bed and see what could be done as they were fully booked at all of the properties they managed. The bed was not fixed. Additional wooden slacks were added under the bed to even it out. When we called back in complete disbelief we were told there was nothing they could do further and to use the pullout couch ? No compensation once so ever or the option to cancel the booking in its entirety. Additionally the walk out porch was unsafe as a few of the planks had been rotting out and were beginning to break through. WILL NOT BE BACK.

All of the people that came on our trip really enjoyed ourselves. The apartments were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was excellent. The distance to the varies amenities are walkable and close. The only reason I do not give 5 stars was because when we arrived our key wasn’t in our lockbox and that took about 10 min to take care of and the toilet seat was broken in one of the rooms, but with that being said it wasn’t that big of a deal we all loved it and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans at Stay Alfreds Factors Row. The facility is very well kept and the design is top notch. Theyve managed to capture a very modern feel without losing any of the charm that a building that old naturally contains. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing I would like Stay Alfred to add is publicly available carts for luggage. We left early in the morning and couldnt find a cart so we carried everything to the curb.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the superdome and French quarter. Everything worked and the apartment was in great condition. Only complaints were of a smell that seemed to get worse the longer we were there and a leak formed in the ceiling of the master bedroom closet. We called to report these issues. The smell was like pest control and although they tried to help, it never got any better. As for the leak, I reported it twice and no one came. Overall, I’d stay there again. Good place!

From start to finish, the entire rental process with Stay Alfred was top notch! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very informative. Everyone we encountered at the apartment had a smile on their face and answered all of our questions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Close enough, but away from most of the hustle and bustle. You can hear the St Charles streetcar go by, but that didn’t bother us at all and it was convenient to use when we needed it. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Grocery store within easy walking distance. Staff were awesome. Dees coffee shop only a half block away. Very close to the stadium. Great alternative to a hotel. Highly recommend.

Really great, trendy apartments you can rent for a few days. Theyre stylish, warm and inviting and the brick courtyard and accents are super cool. I wouldnt give this place a 5 star, but our apartment wasnt very clean when we checked in. It had hair in the bathtub and the counters and floors were dirty. Overall, thumbs up if you get a clean room.

The Staff at Stay Alfred was the best, especially Isaiah. He was so friendly and helpful. The best customer service ever! The location, great. The apartment/condo, beautiful. The cleaning couldve been a little better, but over all not too bad. Decor in the building, beautiful. Kitchen was fully equiped. Rooms are hugh and comfortable. My sisters and I wanted for nothing. I most definitely would stay again, and will check them out in other cities.

This was a 2 bedroom condo that was literally brand new. I think we were probably the first to rent since it had been renovated. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked correctly, there were towels, extra pillows and blankets, and the location was easy to find and was located near where we wanted to be. The instructions said something about a key for, but we never found one or needed it. I would definitely use Stay Alfred again, and I would stay at this location again as well!

Beautiful place

The photos of this sub par hotel are very misleading the rooms were clean but the employment was not also very rude upon check out a large man burst into my room, At 10:00 a.m. on the. screaming at the top of his lungs for my companions and I to leave immediately or R credit card will be charged for another full day I would never stay here in my life again I would rather stick to sleep on the street. There are too many other wonderful welcoming places in this beautiful city I would not mind to see it go up in flames.

Absolutely loved staying here. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and attractions, with easily accessible public parking lots. (Expect to pay $20-25 a day for parking). Stay Alfred was very attentive and responded to our questions through AirBnB within an hour. The apparently itself was exactly as advertised, clean and well stocked. Look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Factors Row is in a perfect location for exploring New Orleans. You are in the middle of everything. We had a 2 bed/2 bath rental for 3 people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are smaller with large closets for luggage. The main sitting area/kitchen is large and just like the photos and full of natural light. The washer/dryer, wifi worked great. I would say this unit would be best for 4 people, unless you are renting for a close family. The apartment was very clean, quiet (for a big city), and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our second time renting with Stay Alfred and we will continue to seek out their properties when traveling. I would recommend this rental.

Factors Row was perfect for our family and group of 7. All the adults had their own bedroom and the kids crashed on the couch bed. Great location, great facilities and great staff. Would totally stay again!

The location is great if you want to be close to the French Quarter, but not in the middle of it. Pricing was less expensive than local hotels. High quality, clean apartment.

Great location in the heart of NOLA with quick easy access to bourbon St, the trolleys, many food spots and convenience stores. Beds werent the most comfortable but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the big easy.

We stayed here in August. The apartment was beautiful, location was perfect. Unfortunately I was told that the pull out couch had been repaired (something I was concerned about from a previous review) however it was still broken. Also the king size bed headboard was noticeable broken upon arrival. Someone came in to “rig” it temporarily. A partial refund was given. Because the customer service was great and the apartment overall was well taken care of I still gave it 4 stars. Hopefully the couch and bed have been repaired!

We had a family reunion here over the holiday. This place comes highly recommended. We all had 2 bdrm 2 bath accomodations. The rooms were immaculate. I like that each place had a washer drier. The living room had a pullout sofa too. Our location was great because all of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. On site were a gym and a community room too.

The apartments are beautiful. Its one of the nicest places Ive stayed. And the location is great. Its within walking distance of the WW2 museum, the French Quarter, and lots of restaurants and bars.

The condo is beautiful. And great price. Only complaint is 2 smoke detectors needed the batteries changed.. and beeped all night long. Anx whoever was staying above us sounded like they were herding cattle up there ..not the fault of the owner. And other than that. We are very pleased

It was great. Everything was clean and very nice and it was easy access to parking garage. The bed was creaky alot so it must have been old and didnt have a headboard. The cable box would not work properly all weekend. However, the gentleman working the front desk for Thanksgiving weekend was excellent! Thank you for youre hospitality!

Wow! The apartment was not as pictured. I had to scrub the bathroom floor, it was black. The apartment was very dirty. There is all kinds of stuff under the couch and bed including fingernail clippings. The refrigerator is covered in sticky stuff. The window was broken. All the lights were unplugged. Wow! My husband and I both have bites on our lower legs. Hoping they are just spider bites. The apartment definitely does not look like the pictures. Walls were horribly dirty. I was looking forward to a bar and bar chairs like the photo. Im a travel agent for Oasis. Im always looking for apartments with an accurate description along with accurate photos. I probably would not recommend these apartments.  I was told we have a nice courtyard when I initially booked. Bait and switch.... The was is not a private courtyard. Cold water shower for the first two days. We’ve stayed at Stay Alfred in Portland. It was wonderful this apartment does not compare. I thought you should know about my concerns. Great location. Walking distance to French quarter, Superdome and Bourbon Street. Very spacious and clean! The key situation is a bit much for women with nails however, we would stay here again!

This hotel was incredible. Great location, gorgeous rooms, and the service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the first vacation for my boyfriend and I. We both loved it, and Im very glad we chose this location.

Place was very clean, modern and looked just like the pictures featured on site! I went down for Girls Trip so Location was and meant EVERYTHING!My only withdrawal would be for the sofa bed mattress to be replaced! It was unbearably uncomfortable, so it made it kind of difficult to accommodate all 6 of us (for this I gave a 4 star rating, sleep is way to important if only for a few hours).Would definitely come back if this gets taken care of. Also. I had a minor mix up of rooms upon my arrival, customer service via phone was great and handled it promptly! Thank you.

Amazing stay! This apartment was like home but better!! Best location, roomy, clean and comfy! It had everything we could need!!! Television channels worked perfectly, WiFi was speedy, the halls were quiet! I especially appreciate the modern decor in the apartment! We enjoyed our apartment and the location. It was convenient, the information provided was clear and concise and the rates were more than comparable. Even the parking was reasonable compared to the parking at other hotels or parking lots.

Penthouse #501 was even bigger than we thought and the balcony wraps around the entire unit. They should update the mattress since it was so loud when you shifted around. Otherwise. It’s incredible.

This airbnb was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and spacious. I felt very safe here, as there is a lock box outside of the hotel and each room. It was also pleasant because I couldnt hear any guests from any other room. It was about a 20 min walk, or 5 min uber/lift to most destinations, which is perfect! I highly recommend!
