I had a large repair....Took about a week. but was taken care of very well. Eddy was my service rep. he explained well...Gave great detail with the estimate for repair. and made me feel confident to return if there is any other problems
Service department or service school? I brought my truck here to get an oil leak fixed. Probably the rear main seal. They had my truck nearly two weeks. I picked it up yesterday, drove it home, and noticed it had an exhaust system leak. I decided I was going to fix it myself when I had time. Later that night I hit the road to go somewhere and I passed up a vehicle on the highway. Right after I passed them I looked back in my rear view mirror, and couldn’t see the vehicles headlights. My truck was smoking like crazy. Pulled over and oil was sprayed all over the undercarriage again as though they hadn’t fixed anything. I opened the hood to check and add oil an noticed the air intake wasn’t connected to the engine. I don’t know where these “certified technicians” earn their titles but they’re far from certified. Now here I am at the same dealership service center to notify them about the issue. I spoke to the service manager Pat France and he assured me that he would verify everything was correctly resolved this time around and didn’t allow me to leave until he had me a loaner vehicle to use for the time being. Customer service was great. Hopefully the vehicle service is just as good this go round.
Do you not buy a car from this place . If I could leave a negative number of stars review, I would. I saw a car online that I like I called the dealership I spoke to a sales guy and ask him about the car. I understand how used car dealers are they all the same but I told him that I was a single mother with two small children and I needed him to be honest with me, is this a car that you would let your daughter or your mother Drive, I have to have have a reliable vehicle. yes he told me. So I drove 2 hours to pick up this car. On the way home from the dealership that air conditioner would not turn off in this car. It blows constantly and on high and theres no way to turn it off so I called him the next day and told him this. he said that they had replaced that part and its under warranty so I took it to a local dealership. The local dealership said that the part was after market, that they couldnt fix it, plus they found numerous other things wrong that were recalls with the vehicle that should have been fixed before they sold it to be. So now Im stuck paying for this after market part that they claimed was warrantied. This dealership only cares about selling a car not the safety of it are the safety of the customers that they sold it to. they lie and then lied some more. Not an ethical business and I would never recommend this place
I traded in my vehicle with Mossy Motors and had a better experience with Mossy than any dealership Ive used before. Willie Irons was the salesman who assisted me and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and quality experience. Kirk Gundorf, the used car sales manager, also made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of and that I had the best possible customer service. I received above my asking price for my trade in and paid a more than fair price for the vehicle I purchased. Financing was quick and easy and I have enjoyed my vehicle with no problems since. I would absolutely recommend going to Mossy Motors and plan to give them my familys business as often as I can.

I always come to your dealership for service but since my car is paid for and I got an extended warranty thru Car Shield Im very upset because I was looking to pay my deductible by which Car Shield wouldnt honor the warranty. If I knew Car Shield was a rip off I wouldnt have never invested my money in a fraud warranty
Was mess over had transmission problem. Was told drive my vehicle 500 to 1500 miles. Bring it back then. Good thing I follow my own mind. Brought it to a capable dealer that knew I had transmission problems. SUV was fixes wasn’t mess over like I was at Mossy Motors On Board Street. Never has a issue before good services. Until I had transmission problems. Was very unprofessional in the services department.Will not put thier names. But it was 2 Services Men.
Would not recommend. Was completely screwed over! Purchased a used vehicle from them with multiple problems nothing major! Salesman I had claimed to be new and nervous but serious about the sale so I was promised that whatever problems there were would be taken care of! I then purchased and was told to set up an appointment with service to see when I would be able to take the vehicle in! I called and left several messages and never got a returned call. Here I am months later with the engine knocking! Poor customer service
Daryl was professional and upfront about my truck and worked with me to get the deal done. I am overall very happy about my purchase. I dont know if I will use the service department, as I live 70 miles away, which was worth the effort. The finance officer was communicated professionally with my credit union and looked out for me on some charges that would not benefit me and explained why. For sales i was working with jared and montrell. These guys were amazing, friendly, a d professional. They made sure to get my tires changed because they were dry rotted and changed the brakes and the trunk shocks. They are also ordering a couple of small parts for me that are need to make the vehicle whole. Gave me a great price on the vehicle. Mike the financing guy really made it work for us because we had low credit and he is great as well. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

I went to this dealership Friday June 11th 2021. I had my check from the bank to purchase the vehicle. I was told that I could not go on the bridge and go at least 60 mph. Who buys used cars with over 50k miles and don’t see how the car drives while on the interstate. I was told to take my money else where by several salesman AND THE BRANCH MANAGER. These people must be doing astronomical numbers and our money isn’t needed. Take your business else where people. No I didn’t try to go 80 mph I told the sales rep I wanted to take the car on the bridge. I was told that mossy gives a COMPLIMENTARY test drive around the block.
This was my first visit to Mossy Motors for two recalls and an oil change and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the first call for service, to the drop off and pick up I got the best treatment. Made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Received an email confirmation same day and a reminder email the day before the appointment. Showed up 12 minutes early and was told that there were no technician available to perform the service. Told the rep that I had an appointment. The rep then asked me if I made the appointment online. I was then told that the online appointment doesn’t register with their system and they can reschedule me. What’s the point of offering the option to reserve an appointment via online if it doesn’t route to their system? Needless to say that I wasted my time going to Mossy Motors of New Orleans. I opted to leave and take my business elsewhere.
Our experience with the Sales and Finance Department at Mossy was very pleasant. The Service Department team is always kind and very accommodating. I like that I do not have to wait an extended amount of time for an appointment.. very often one is given the very next day. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Mossy dealership!
The customer service was mediocre. Salesman was ok. Going back to the finance manager, he seemed to be very new at his job . Took days to get all the paperwork correct. 21 days later, entire screen in the Escalade I purchased went out. Now they won’t answer or return any calls.
I didnt appreciate the salesmanship and took my business to crown Buick to Mr.Donald ( known as Duck) where I was respected and was able to negotiate without wanting it all for me and none for him as I was previously accused of doing.Do not go here if you have done your homework and want to negotiate for a fair price(especially as a woman)!
Mr. Eddie Adler (service advisor) informed me that if a service manager looked at your vehicle that mossy will not allow customers to take a drive with a the service tech or the service manager to see if the customer can provide more indepth details about the issue the customer is having. I know that to be incorrect but didnt want to csuse a scene, so Ill just do the review and maybe next time eddie wouldnt be so lazy giving better customer service, which may I add is his job. I was just surprised that I recorded the whole interaction with my phone as proof.

Bought a new vehicle, 2 weeks later we start to have transmission issues which are fully covered by warranty, however, even after speaking with the GM, Mike, was told make an appointment with service and we could coordinate a loaner vehicle while they fixed ours. Get to the service department and told they don’t even have loaners. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! Worst customer service ever!
Michael Jourdan is a straight up guy. He will definitely tell you what your status is and give you options on certain services when purchasing a vehicle. He wont force you to do anything but he will tell you everything you need to know and be straight up with you.

I was sold a certified used mercedes gl 450 with previous flood damage that was undisclosed to me. I have been quoted a repair cost that is 2.5k more than the price of the cae I am now out of a car and my down payment and no one is returning my emails or texts.
To start with Eddie Adler I may not spell his last name right, but anyway, He’s the best service manager or service guy I’ve ever known in life, he’s just a down to earth, up front, for real person who just will tell you like it is, friendly, courteous and hospitable, and I came in one day and he was on vacation and as customers came in while I was waiting on a oil change, At least two or three people came in with the same Question ( WHERE’S EDDIE 😃) and that about sums up my experience at your dealership!!!!!!!

I would like to offer an apology to the staff of Mossy Motors, especially Darryl Eckert. In the heat of the moment last Friday, I posted a scorching review of Mossy and Eckert. While an error was certainly made, Mike Gonzalez the GM, reached out to me and explained that Eckert was not at fault, that the mistake was above him. Turns out Eckert was perhaps my biggest ally, but sadly he was also “the communicator.” By both giving a little, we were able to get the deal right. IMO, a dealership (nor salesman) should be judged solely off its mistakes; but more so by how they react to mistakes. For this, I give Gonzalez and Eckert an A+.
Easiest car buying experience ever. This alone is worth a trip to Mossy. But in addition, our sales guy, Jared, knew everything there was to know about our new gmc. There are tons of bells and whistles and he was the perfect guy to explain them all, spending as long as it took until we caught on. And so patient!!Go here! I was told my vehicle was done. When I went to Pick it up they had a clear run line from the paint and a rock in the paint. Also the lights had wax on them still and a part was not working properly. I came back 5 days later to get it and a piece inside the truck is still taken apart and the front grill is still not lined up properly.

The service was good and everyone was friendly. The problem I had was that I had to pay for an Uber, because a defective gasket could not be changed the same day. It was a 15 minute job. They were out of loaners and I just purchased this 2020 Sierra in February.

Found a vehicle online that I had been searching for, and requested to be contacted. I immediately received multiple email responses as well as a text from Eric Porter. He advised the 2010 4Runner had just arrived on the lot and remained in the service department, but should be done soon. After almost 2 weeks of back and forth, where the dealer never initiated contact other than via spam emails, my family drove over an hour to view and test drive. The 4Runner was not only full of rust, the interior was not cleaned at all. The drivers seat had questionable substances on it and the entire vehicle was filthy. I could not bring myself to touch anything inside the vehicle or sit for a test drive. We left thoroughly dissatisfied with the sales department and everything about this dealership and vehicle. Dont waste your time here.

Buying truck was fine, but Carfax said Mossy did a maintenance inspection, and they later serviced the vehicle. The air filter was dirty along with half a bird in the air filter compartment. They also said they “did the brakes” but front left caliper was locked and rotor was warped. I bought a high mileage vehicle, so understandable. But doing the brakes and not checking that stuff is not great. 3 stars. Love the truck, though. Swapped rotors and caliper myself.How did a bird get in the air filter compartment?
Drove there to look at a used car that I was very seriously considering. After being shown the car & it wouldnt meet what I needed the salesman told us to look around. He left and NEVER returned! We was left looking in the HEAT! We realized he didnt want to work with us so we got in our car and left. Without any doubt I cannot recommend this place.

I scheduled a service, but arrived to find it was not honored- it was first come, first served. The service department was overbooked with a 3 hour wait with nowhere to sit. Transportation was not even offered. I left without the service, even though I had an appointment and indicated that I would wait.
I was talking with sales person through text and emails he informed me that he could get me a truck but had to get it from another dealership so I made appointment to meet him when I got there they reneged on the deal and tryed to sell me a truck almost twice the price id advise anyone interested in a GMC truck go to Crown GMC

I had same experience as TD. The salesman say the bosses are motivated to make deals but then you don’t see a boss and because credit is difficult they throw you away instead of honest feedback. They didnt talk to me to see what I was working with. They just stopped talking to me. Premier Dodge earned my business and got me in a vehicle I liked.
We have a 2006 Lucerne with 27,000 miles that we keep in the family for sentimental reasons, but its a great car for road trips around the U.S. We had been looking for a good, dependable Buick dealer for a long time since moving the car from its origin, Galveston, Texas, to New Orleans. As the car stays garaged for long periods, Mossy has helped us catch up on needed maintenance at fair pricing, things that were truly needed. After many years, today the battery went out. Thanks to the kind and professionalism of Pat Oliver, it was replaced and we were out in 30 minutes. A great dealer, professional, caring and knowledgeable staff. I would not hesitate to recommend their service!!

Buyer Beware!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEYI purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango (a lemon) from this dealership on July 21st. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I drove from Pascagoula, MS under the impression that the cosmetic damage was fixed. It is only right to assume that I was lied to in order to get me there, because there’s a review on this page stating a similar experience.When I arrived to test drive the vehicle I immediately noticed the damage. Eric, the salesman I spoke with over the phone, told me he thought I was calling about a Ram although I specifically said a BLACK 2015 DODGE DURANGO that is showing cosmetic damage on front bumper on the CarFax report. The sales manager, Kirk, promised to fix the bumper and to touch up anything else on the vehicle. I made him aware of the tail light having a small crack in it. He stated that the crack was nothing to worry about because water wouldn’t get in it. That turned out to be a lie! It rained the very next day and the light filled up with water!When I took my vehicle back (keep in mind that I live in Mississippi) to have the damage fixed I was assured that it would be completed in 2 days. Well 2 days actually turned into 9! I was patient due to the weather conditions and still holding onto hope that I vehicle that I paid over $10k cash for would be in excellent condition once the dealership was done with everything.I was wrong again!!! Not only did they have my truck for a total of 9 days, but they simply spray painted (no exaggeration) over the cosmetic damage! The scrapes and scratches were still very very noticeable!The tail light still had water in it! After bringing this to their attention I was told that the service guy replaced only the cracked side. That made zero sense if both sides had water in them! A nice salesman by the name of Keenan offered to take my truck back to service and to have them “fix” the light. Couldn’t get any worse right? Think again...the truck is actually a lemon. It is stalling after only 2 weeks of having it and the check engine light has miraculously came on. I now will have to wait until next week before the Dodge dealership in my area can service it.SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I believe they have some nice vehicles but they also have lemons and will not hesitate to take your money for one.

Met with a very good salesman who got me in the dealership. Told him what I was working with walking in. Looking at a Wrangler that was somewhat overpriced because of miles but still liked because it was my daughters favorite color. Test drove vehicle and found issue with at least one tire and brakes are starting to squeal. Sat down started process. I left because of time they were taking. Salesman attempted to call me back and I was unavailable but upon talking to him, he said wait until Monday when Finance manager could work through things.This morning my salesman contacted me like a new customer about another vehicle like he forgot he was already working with me on Wrangler. I reached out and was pretty much just told about necessary down payment without conversation. I never met or talked to sales manager and never had a chance to even try to negotiate. Ive done alot of work to rebuild credit and not ever bureau is showing but I was never even looked at as a viable customer based on assumptions and not reality.Sad thing is I chose first salesman who contacted me over the one who actually followed up on questions I had.

This is a terrible place to bring your vehicle! I thought that having my vehicle serviced by a dealership would be a good decision. WRONG. I have been charged thousands each year for service of my engine only to have a 9 year old car have complete engine failure despite having had the engine serviced only a few months prior.Follow up: Mike offered to waive the final $57 diagnostic fee (that I already had to pay to get my car released to a salvage yard). This was my original request before posting the above review! Mossy would be better suited to have Mike reach out to people who have voiced dissatisfaction before they are motivated to post online.

Brought my car in to check the alternator/starter after a 2 day old battery died. Was charged $95 and told the new battery was faulty.Got that battery replaced and the car doesnt start again after 2 days. The third battery in a week to die. Was told yet, again its the battery.If a free test at autozone is able to produce the obvious answer to why 3 batteries have died in a week, which is there is an issue with my alternator. Why did I pay $95?And this is the 5th battery this car has had in 5 years. Everytime I bring my car here, Im over charged and left unsatisfied with the service provided. Truly the epitome of a crooked dealership.

Bought a used car from here back in March.. also turned out that the engine needed to be replaced.. (yay for also getting a warranty).. after a few hurdles with my warranty they got my car back to new again! They were absolutely wonderful throughout this whole process! They took every step to make me happy and satisfied, including me using a loaner car from their dealership throughout the whole time my car was being serviced. We purchase a new 2020 vehicle from Mossy the next day the navigation system stop working brought vehicle back to dealership waiting 3 hours for them to fix it as they say. I got ready to pull out the parking lot and the navigation system come back on saying not working again I turn around in the parking lot to return the vehicle back to them just for them to tell me I have to bring it back to them on another day I ask for a loaner vehicle and was told due to corona virus they couldnt give me one nor drop me off but yall was able to sell me a $60,000 vehicle not fair. This is the second 2020 vehicle $57,000 we purchase and had problems with.

Both were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. I never felt pressured and we got the deal done quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from Mossy Motors again.
