Made an appointment here yesterday for an oil change at 11am. When I showed up they told me (rudely) that it would be done at 3 or 3:30. I thought that was a long time for an oil change but left my truck there anyways.At 3:30 I called to ask the status and was told it would be done by 5pm. I showed up at 4:50 and they hadnt moved it from where I parked it or looked at it. It wasnt done until 5:40. Thats over 6 1/2 hours for an oil change you can get done in 15 minutes down the street.I gave them an additional pitty star for giving me an very small discount for my trouble. My time is worth more than that.The staff was rude, and one of the men wouldnt answer the phone when other customers were calling because he was talking to his friend. Just let it ring and ring and ring...

Terrible customer service from the first guy.. why have an 11 an appt when it can’t be honored? Called they said truck wouldn’t be done until 3. My husband showed up at 4:30 and they hadn’t even put it on the lift yet. Second guy seemed to care more and gave my husband $25 off for the wait, which is cool but we were scheduled to leave town and couldn’t depart on time because of an all day oil change. If you’re on any type of time restraint this place is not for you… go somewhere else where appt times are honored on time not at the end of the day.

Brought my car in for an alignment, took them 2 hours and the steering wheel wasn’t straight. Brought it right back in and they said another car was already getting an alignment and recommended I reschedule. Rescheduled and came back in a day later. This time it took 3 hours and the car still doesn’t drive straight. Wasted two days. One of advisors didn’t even have his mask on when greeting customers. He spent half the time I was there on the phone with someone and it sounded like a personal call. Won’t be returning

Mr. Charlie and the other guys are very good. They were willing to help me through this pandemic, Im a nurse and its hard to get in places like this for services like oil change and tired change without spending hours! They got me in and out!👍

Dropped truck off for 4 new tires, go to pick it up and there is grease EVERYWHERE!! Inside the truck and all down the side . Then look around and 2 brand new center caps are banged up and the wheels where gouged down to bare metal !!

Good work but they take forever to do an alignment.

I was one on the 1st cars their at 7am and my car was not ready until almost 3pm. I went in for a tire change. Not only did I wait a long time but my car was unlocked when I went back for it. Once the guy change my tire he parked my car upfront and left the keys in the car. I went to lock my door and found the keys sitting in the cup holder. I will not be returning!

Its a joke, 5 hours for 4 tires, bad customer service wouldnt refer no one to go there.

They forgot my appointment and didnt offer any sort of compensation or apology. Absolute waste of time.

At the moment, all appears well. The technicians are very friendly and thorough. It appears they truly care about the customer and his/her vehicle. I had to leave it for repairs. I pray to our Heavenly Father I dont go through what I went through with pepboys. THATS ANOTHER STORY.

We made an appointment more than a day in advance but when we came at the scheduled time, they said they could not take us until the next day. What is the point of scheduling an appointment then?? Very poor customer service. At least they couldve called to alert us of the delay so we didnt waste our time.

The tires I had ordered from their website yesterday were discontinued today, the guy at their front desk seemed confused by the idea that everything he asked me was already in their system, and somehow there were all kinds of things under my cars front end that needed to be fixed, even though they didnt seem to have any effect on the car. A bit of advice, gents: if a crucial part is leaking oil there should be oil where I park the car. There isnt. Nice try.

Well I been doing my own oil change for maybe the last 10 years, only due to time I had to visit here. The price was $51 I felt that was high and its a bunch of charges that adds up, that just didnt sit well me. Like I said myabe its me. The guy at counter been working there so long he kinda gives off this vibe like, pay or leave. He told me an hour for an oil change saying it was cars in front of me. But 5 min later my truck was being worked on. An hour wait I decided to schedule a Lyft to get back home which was not to for away. But of course I canceled bc it was done in 20 min.

This firestone has the worst service! The guy kept quoting me multiple prices and come to find out they did the brake service but did nothing with the rotors. If your paying for service, make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Poor service and poor customer satisfaction. Don’t go here!

We were actually at Walmart down the road and after waiting two and a half hours for one tire to get put on a rim, my husband called Firestone. We explained that our son was stuck in a parking lot in NOLA and time was wasting on his pay to park ticket. The manager told us to come on over and in less than 15 minutes, the tire was on the rim and we were on our way! I am SO thankful for the manager, who actually put our tire on himself and then loaded it into our trunk while my husband paid. If you need tires, please go here! Customer service is so much more important than bargain prices any day!!! Thanks again for your wonderful service!

The worst experience ever I went for a alinement and they said nothing was wrong 5 days later my car came up with problems it never had, the service is bad. I went back to see whats wrong with it and they came up with more problems and charged me 500 for labor and to fix everything it was 3,000. And I told them to go ahead a fix something on it . They told me it would be done the next day. I called them to call it off because I found someone cheaper and they wanted to charge me for the labor that they never started doing 550. And they told me it would be done that day and they never started till the next day. So theyve just been holding my car for 3 days. And I went to pick it up and the guy there said there just starting to wrap it up. Worst place ever I dont advise no one to come here. They charge to much for poor quality work. You can find someone with better service at cheaper prices.

Vehicle went in after a breakdown. Pulleys had failed. They had me back up and running in one day. Good team with polite and friendly service.

Careless. They don’t seem to have answers for my questions. When new tires were purchased, they didn’t check the tire sensor. Literally had no idea how to do it. Ignored me when I asked questions. They emptied out my glovebox and threw contents on the floor, no clean up. No reasoning behind it, just ignored me.

Poor workmanship and honoring of their service, happened 2x on 2 separate occasions. The amateur worker didnt know how to print out a diagnostic worksheet of my moms car alignment and made my mom wait another 1.5 hours more after the promised time to pick up. Manager had to apologize from beginning to end, and tried to dish out freebies (which my mom didnt take because we arent beggars, and youre just insulting us more after trying to insult us on our knowledge that we know you are trying to take advantage of our ignorance). Worker was clearly improperly trained because she could see through the windows that the dude elevated and lowered and then elevated the SUV in order to get the diagnostic sheets and had to realign the SUV after having said that it was approved and ok for my mom to pick up. The other regular customers were wondering why my mom made a fuss, mom explained to them, and they started to question the workmanship of the manager and his workers on the spot. Slackers. This also happened to my little sister too, made her wait another 1.5 hrs for her car after the promised time to pick up. Sad.
