I have never dealt with an ISP like Centurylink. Everything weve done as far as customizing the services provided, has been a battle. I spent over a week arguing with them about their modem being in pass through mode. Finally got a technician that was able to make this simple request a reality. If the only ISP that I could get was Centurylink, Id go off the grid!
