So much fun! Did a bachelorette party without the bride and had a blast learning some aerial yoga moves and doing meditation. Adelaide is so nice and accommodating and made this experience amazing!

I booked a 60 minute distance reiki session with Adelaide and it was amazing! It was my first distance session, and I didn’t know what to expect. I definitely did not expect to feel physical sensations during this session, but I did! Most noticeable in the feet and pelvic areas. If you are worried about the quality of a distance reiki session, Adelaide will not let you down!

Adelaide has really transformed my body and mind. I’ve only been with her a month and I’ve lost an inch and can see the tone in my body!

Adelaide is a Master Reiki Teacher. She taught and initiated me for Reiki Level I and II, and her knowledge plus sophistication as an instructor shines through in each lesson. This was the perfect environment to learn and receive attunement in, her studio is a peaceful oasis! Thank you Skye-Yoga!

Adelaide is both an excellent and really fun teacher. She has an extensive professional background in exercise, yoga, pilates, dance, and the healing arts. I recently started pilates with her again after a month break, and its great to be back. I feel more aligned and mentally balanced after each session. She also has a great sense of humor.

Went here for a massage to work on back/shoulder pain (I work as a bartender in the service industry) and the results were nothing short of profound.Not only had we been able to work through some recent pain, but pain Ive been dealing with for over a decade found some relief. Words cant even express how much that meant to me.Of course, there is no magic fix and back issues is a long process but I actually feel like Im on the road to recovery.Beyond that, Ive been inspired to learn more about Reiki work and a whole host of other Eastern traditions that I knew nothing about. This spot opened my mind up a lot, Adelaide is the best!

Had such a great Aerial experience at House of Skye!! The small class size means lots of hands on & verbal assistance! I’m visiting for a few days and plan to take 3 more classes before I leave!

House of Skye is an oasis. Adelaide manages to be tough, no nonsense, and nurturing, all at the same time. The studio has everything, and the classes are small and personal.She offers a 30-minute complimentary Reiki session for new clients, and it was incredible. I dont know what she did with my stress, which was at maximum levels when I walked in, but when I walked out, I was serene and relaxed. And Ive stayed that way for 36 hours. She is a wizard, a true find, and a real asset to the New Orleans and Bywater communities.

My daughter loves the aerial yoga so much. Adelaide is a great teacher and has a special talent in the way that she works with our little one. Highly reccomend the House of Skye Yoga.

I had my first reiki session with her and while not being familiar with the procedure and having a bit of scepticism she made me feel very welcome and provided a safe and comfortable space.
