Everybody beat me up.10/10, definitely going to attend classes regularly...On a serious note, everyone was friendly and willing to teach a newbie. Matthias is very nice, patient, and a great instructor. Highly recommend to anyone interested in learning a martial art or sport.

Weve just started taking classes here. So far, so good.

I only go here for eskrima. Did 3 classes this week and the instructor, James Wilson, is great!Although, I wish the schedule for weekdays started earlier. As well as adding more classes for the weekend.

Great place for training...working out...no frills...but when you are working out to your max, who needs frills...

Fantastic facility with even greater staff. I put on 15 pounds in 2 months with a trainer named Scott. Ive tried every gym in New Orleans and this one is easily the best.
