I am giving it 4 stars because the kids had a blast and the party was very nice. The only downside was that the staff was so unorganized and didnt know what was going on. They double booked our party room when they had 3 empty rooms sitting there. Also, we did all of the setting up and serving ourselves. Still turned out to be a nice day but was pretty chaotic in there.

Nice place for young kids. Its easy to spend 1-2 hours where the kiddo is enjoying and burning energy.

Sunday 11-29-2020. For two kids for two hours came up to like 60 something bucks. A bit pricey. The kids enjoyed theirself for the first 45 minutes after that they were kind of over it. A few of the objects were broken. We got there as soon as they open and stayed for two hours, they were only allowing a certain amount of people in there at a time so there were not many people while we were there. I saw someone walking around wiping down objects with cleaning supplies most of the time I was there which is a good thing. Overall I would return just not for two hours.

My teen daughter has been working for this company since June 14 2021. She still has not received all of her pay. The GM is barely at work. She barley answers her phone. There is no corporate number to follow the chain of command. They do not like to pay teenagers.

Today we had our kids summer camp field trip here, the manager said there is no soap till next week and they serve food! They charged us $40 to fill up 8 pitchers of faucet water, very sad this place went down after new owners. I used to enjoy it! Do not recommend this place!

It was still fun but half of it was closed due mostly to short staff. Still full price and they don’t tell you about sections being closed prior to payingAlso no free 1 month unlimited jumps like they used to offer

If i could give this place a 0 i would. A year ago this place was amazing i went in about 2 weeks ago for a birthday party and when i tell you pure chaos. The birthday party line was long but i had great service with them but once you get to the park, the workers look dead. No interaction with my kids, no one enforcing rules. This place has all new faces even the management staff. I guess it was the new General Manager walking around she looks not friendly and i heard her talking to one of the customers with pure disrespect. The place was dirty and disgusting. Not the same park i went to a year ago and it is a shame because my kids loved this place. We will not be back for a while.

My experience started at the door. There was something sticky on the handle to open the door and no sanitizer available. Proceeded to wait in line placed my order to be told “go sign the wavers.” Sign the wavers, walk back to purchase tickets. The employees here are so rude and look absolutely miserable. The kid checking us out didn’t even tell me what the total was just “cash or card?” I then proceed to the lockers, set my code and lock. Go to get my stuff and can’t open the thing! The employee comes with a key to open it and says “I can show you how to use it.” There are clear instructions above the lockers. I’m not dumb and I didn’t like the way she said it, very rude. The place was dirty and I did not feel it was sanitary at all. Do better! I will stick to Sky zone

My kids love this place and so do I... they are always adding new things. This is one of my favorites out of all the trampoline parks we have been to

Always a nice experience. The workers are kind and patient with the kids while still making sure they stay safe.

It was fun but I wish there was more employees because I feel that they were stretching everyone thin so there would be only like one employee that would monitor an activity rather than just having several employees monitor every activity.

It was okay. i honestly thought it was bigger. there’s not much “activities” to participate in except just the trampolines. it was really crowded, and didn’t really have food left. it’s a good experience if you’ve never been but the other trampoline parks (Skyzone, Surge) are better and way more interactive. your kids will have fun though. so I recommend!

We had a good time. It wasn’t a long wait and we enjoyed the workout! They needed to do more cleaning though.

Although my kids really enjoyed themselves, I marked lower because of the cleanliness of the building. The trash was overflowing and on the floor throughout the building. There was also drinks spilled in multiple places including the play area where food and drinks were not allowed.

I would like to say we had a good experience here for my son’s birthday party but we didn’t. My party host was not excited about hosting our party and didn’t seem to care to be at work at all. I paid for the mega party package and didn’t receive some things from that package like party favors for the kids, the shirt for the birthday boy, etc. It’s also a rip off because after the 2 hours of play time you can’t go back and play after eating. The kids were done their food and cake so we were just sitting there the remainder of the time. $495 and that’s the price after the “20%” discount, gone to waste!

I liked this place much better when it was Sector 6. Since taken over by Defy, the prices are higher and more effort can be put into maintaining the place. The joust bar thingy is torn badly and it looks awful. I do like the fact that they have a snack area (with pizza/nachos, etc.). Not that I plan on using it, but it is a “nice to have.” The staff on the floor were nonchalant and didn’t handle things as they did when it was Sector 6. I noticed that kids were allowed to either jump down onto the big bag or swing down into the pit before the previous child had gotten out of the way. It seems like an accident waiting to happen. With that said, I’m not 100% sure whether I’ll return or try another trampoline park in the area.

Had my 2yr olds birthday party here this past Saturday and it was great. The pizza was good, the kids had a blast jumping, and the staff was very helpful/accommodating

Worst party weve ever had. Party host didnt do a single thing. I had to ask the front desk for a knife to cut my cake and for drink refills. I had to track my party kids down to come get cake bc there was no announcement or anything. She didnt help set up or serve the kids. It was a waste of money. The worst part was the bathrooms that were worse than a port-o-potty at Mardi gras. My guests parents were telling me how disgusted they were. How embarrassing! PLEASE bring your family anywhere else.

Pricing is high for birthday party but well worth it. Kids were able to play well past the time we paid for and staff never said anything. My daughter had a wonderful birthday!

Some of the play stations were closed. The bathrooms are in need of some attention. Place needs a little work.

This place is a great outlet for your kids to get out of the house and release that pent up energy. Prices are reasonable for a indoor park. Memberships are available to save money if you frequent it.Only negative thing I can say is for management to regulate your staff a little closer as to giving everyone a chance or a turn. You have all ages of children lumped into one big playground per se and sometimes the little ones may not have the confidence to ask the bigger kids for the chance to enjoy the activity. Just something I observed as a parent. Everyone pays the same price and every child should be given the same opportunity. Definitely will return in the future.

Great place to burn off that extra energy with the kids. Surprisingly good for toddlers. I thought they’d be too small for most of the activities but they can participate in almost all of it. Everyone in the family wants to keep coming back.

The kids had a blast like they do everytime but 5 minutes into jumping and it feels like 1000 degrees and we are all sweating already. They had both front doors open, even though it was blazing hot outside, no fans on and also no other way to get water unless you buy a $4 bottle which took 15 minutes to get. If they would just shut the doors and put the air conditioner on so people wouldn’t overheat while having to wear a mask it would of been perfect. PLEASE

I’m not usually a complainer but we went to defy today and at the time we went they understaffed, two of the kiosks were down to fill out waivers..leaving only one avail.. the air wasn’t working properly and the ladies bathroom was disgusting and smelled aweful! It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned or mopped in awhile..kids walk in there with sock feet and drag that stuff all over the trampolines ? it was just gross.. Other than that the staff was very kind and friendly. The kids had a great time but the housekeeping should be definitely be addressed.

One of the better trampoline parks I’ve been to. Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday afternoon and no one was there but the place seemed very clean, with lots of space, and tons of activities. The staff was not good or bad, they all seemed to lack personalities (or like they’d never been taught to smile), but they were all teenagers so.... Prices are a bit high, but at least the lockers are free. There were a couple things that weren’t open (probably because there weren’t enough “flyers”, but when you are paying those prices and the staff is just walking around, they could periodically open the more challenging things up for the people who are interested.Don’t want this to sound like a complaint, it was a great time! We had tons if fun! Will definitely return!

Was great for the kids, they loved every minute. The mask policy wasnt always followed by guest but the staff did wear their masks.

Only had the trapeze swing open for about 10 minutes of the hour we were there due to staffing. Also, no Puglia sticks for the jousting because they were broken.

We came with our 3 year old for her birthday on a weekday and it was perfect. Not crowded, friendly and helpful staff and lots of fun to do! She had a blast and didn’t want to leave.

My kid loves this place. We always have a blast when we go. Its even more fun when the parents jump with there kids.

Today was my first time going to DEFY and I had a blast, Im 34yrs old and I was like a big kid all over again lol I did everything they had to do there and I really enjoyed all of it. Yu better be in shape though because you will get out of breath fast lol good times and I will definitely be back!

Great place for the kiddies to burn off a little extra energy; and an even better place for adult to have a WOOOOOO-SAAAA moment.Jumping is in 30 minute increments & these time limits are kept in place by colored wrist bands. The time keepers are nearby to NICELY enforce the time constraints once your time expires.Cubby holes are for street shoes as only skid-resistant “sector 6” socks are allowed in the jumping area. Good thing is, as long as your “sector 6 purchased” skid-resistant socks are in good condition, you can use them OVER & OVER again.Foam block pit... trampoline basketball area... Zip lines... there’s even this spider man like wall that you can sort of cling to in mid air.Pricing is nominal and the kids and adults like this place, for different reasons though.Signing a waiver is MANDATORY, even if you’re only coming to chaperone; the rules are the rules.Open many major holidays and late nights. This place is way cool.Ooooooooooooh and there are party rooms available for hosting birthday parties and the like.

Kids had a great time! Place was big, but they didnt have a working a/c, not all kids were wearing masks, and not enough employees watching each station for the safety of the kids. Overall, we had a good experience, just needs to get a few kinks worked out.

The only issues we had were that not all attractions were open. The zip line rope needed to be untangled and no one was by the trapeze or high jump area. Everything should be open and operational with the price you pay.

Nice place, went my 7 year old and had lots of fun, we used a Groupon so it was a good deal, again is a nice place to have fun with your kids

The crew is very friendly and helpful. during this hard time they are doing an amazing job social distancing and making sure everyone wears a mask.

DEFY N.O. is a very fun place to enjoy not only for your kids but for adults too. Its a very clean and friendly environment with reasonable prices! My daughter and I will be back again!

Went in there tonight and WOW, you would never know there was a pandemic going on. There were hundreds of kids EVERYWHERE, many running around with no masks on. I didnt notice any extra sanitizing precautions being practiced. Im shocked and disappointed that they are not limiting the amount of people allowed in. And if they are, there was still too many people in an enclosed space. We ended up leaving.

I was forced to pay for two hours even though I only wanted one hour due to the fact that they would be closed and I wouldn’t be able to get two hours in. There was only one person working at the counter service was horrible I waited in line more then I actually played

When we got there to jump and do all that it was funny . This one lady who should amazingggg customer service . But this guy named Trent he was horrible . Slow at his job just bad I’m sorry . If he was working that day I would walk right back out but besides that I had a nice time

It’s a very fun place to bring your family to. I like the different selections of trampolines and much more. The staff was kind and polite to make sure everyone stayed safe and within boundaries. Water bottles highly recommended. Had a fund time and will definitely come back. Me and family enjoyed the grips socks and just had a great time.

The place was great and very organized. Our helper was perfect. It was a great birthday and would recommend to anyone. The only issue I had was booking the party. I tried twice on the website and the website as down. It took twice calling before it was able to be booked due to website issues.

This was a really enjoyable night for my son. I was late to the birthday party I booked because of a flat they didn’t take the time away and everything was set up reallllly nice. My party host Candice was very Courteous, Kind, helpful sweet, engaging, and concerned. This is a very family friendly environment. Everyone from management to team members had great customer service! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!!!
