I received a delivery today and the driver was very rude, not professional or courteous . When he pull up in front of my neighbor driveway I ask him to pull up to my driveway, He didnt and told me to move out of his way . He then got the pallet out of the truck to my driveway sat the pallet down I told him I needed the pallet closer to my garage door so it wouldnt block my walkway to my back door so with an attitude he told me to sign the deliver receipt and I ask him to put it closer to the door then I went to my office to sign the receipt . When I came back he didnt move it at all so I ask again to move the pallet closer, all he told me to hand him the sing receipt so told him no and ask him again to put the pallet where i need it to be . He went back to his truck sitting in it so i went back out side telling him to just move the pallet closer to the door then he can have the sign receipt, Nope he left . Beside all of this, theirs a hole in the box so the merchandise may be damage . I will call YRC Freight main off with a complaint and VIDEO that took place . I will hold YRC Freight responsible if there any action this driver will do to my property or myself after this complaint .

I was called on a Friday to confirm my delivery time for Monday. They do not offer lift gate service for my over-weight order, so a forklift had to be rented. Order never arrived on Monday. No one could tell me why my order was on the trailer but not shipped. Manager and delivery scheduler are not in today. $235 forklift rental down the drain.

WHAT A JOKE! They advertise to get it there quicker to save your business time and money.... Well my delivery should have been here Wednesday. Called and was told it would be delivered Thursday before noon. 2:00 Thursday NO delivery, called again and was told its still sitting in the trailer that hasnt been unloaded! I cant even go get pick it up myself! WILL NOT USE EVER!

Very Rude . These folks need to change the Name of there company To EXCUSE FREIGHT THEY HAVE EVERY REASON THEY CAN NOT DO SOMETHING THEY ARE AMERICANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go some where else run away as fast as you can. The Employees could care less about the customer or the ones who really pay them. Guess the Think the are Entitled to there Pay Check.

These guys are the best. worked with me to move a shipment from a monday to 3 days earlier on friday. now thats service. will definitely be giving them a call next time.
