The man working yesterday was so nice and helpful! Great experience

This is hands down the best UPS. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. This is the only store I’ll go to now.

Because it’s in the convention center there are very expensive service fees to shiphere. Even with prepaid labels or a ups account you can expect $7-$50 fees per package. Consider the nearby Fedex store instead.

I went to this location to drop off an overnight envelope that was already made out and ready to go. They proceeded to tell me they were a non traditional UPS store and that the fee to drop an overnight envelope in their outgoing was $5.00! I left and said they could stick their non traditional 5.00 fee right up their A$$!

Answering the phone would have been great. I called the location over 16 time in a row and no one answered. what a Bad service

Left the phone ringing on hold for over 30 minutes twice and never got a pickup. No option to leave a message.

Would at least be nice if they answered their phone. Unprofessional to say the least.

Horrible. Have been multiple times to get things shipped for business and they say they cant accept packages. Said I have to go to Downman Rd. Why are they there? Couldnt ship a pack of pencils if you needed them to.

Not only do they have free parking for the UPS store at the Convention Center, but both of the employees were extremely helpful.

Store doesnt actually have a notary shop like the website says.
