Let me start off by saying that Kim(the gm) was so wonderful, very personable, so kind & answered any and all of my questions. The facility was also very clean, my experience was far more than i expected, having that i have dealt with other facilities before. I will definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who is looking. Thank u again.

Went in yesterday for a unit and Terri was amazing she showed me multiple units and worked with me when it came to deciding on one she was every knowledgeable and welcoming. Her customer service was through the roof she had about four people in office and helped us all in a fast friendly and efficient way

When I went to take my first load shortly after after signing the contract, there was a roach outside of my empty unit. This was surprising b/c the facility looks very new and clean. The Manager immediately came up and sprayed but Id be lying if I didnt have major reservations. Whatever I store there, I will make a point not bring back into my home.

I wanted to take the time to write this review. We all know moving can be a very difficult time.But the general manager made it easy for me. The property is clean, brand new and staff is wonderful. When I rented the general manager was wonderful he made sure the unit was clean and easy accessible. I would recommend this location to family and friends. Keep up the good work!!!

This is a great group of people who are dedicated to their jobs and keeping your belongings safe. Cleveland is terrific, accessible and thoughtful. He was great to work with and I feel very good about my elderly parents items staying safe!

I love Cubesmart Self- Storage! Ive used different storages but Cubesmart is always my go to because of the great customer service that they provide when Im there. I picked this location because close to downtown area and NEW. When arriving to the place I was greeted by Cleveland who helped me pick the right unit. 5 star property nice and very clean which was a big plus for me.
