All of the agents that I have spoken with since I started my insurance policy at Carbo Insurance have been helpful and delightful to deal with. They have offered, not forced any extra coverage upon me and have notified me of various ways to lower my insurance rates. I like to stay local when I can and I will recommend this agency to anyone who asks.

I switched from my agent who represented State Farm a little over a year ago. OMG, I am so happy with my decision. Morgan took my policies from State Farm and made our new policies cover exactly what was in the old policy. When you switch you usually are just looking to save a little money. Well we did actually save quite a bit. But the real appreciation I have for Carbo Insurance is when we flooded a few weeks back (both cars, 2 scooters and the house) I sent an email to Morgan asking her to get in touch with me because I had to enter several claims. I really didn’t expect to hear back for several days since so many people in New Orleans had flooded. She called me back within an hour, submitted all the claims and made arrangements with Enterprise to get rental cars. All of the adjustors were great. We did not have to fight anyone to get the proper amount of money from the insurance. It was very smooth. What a relief. I am so grateful for Morgan and the entire group at Carbo Insurance. From my experience they represent very reputable companies and they are extremely professional and competent in their jobs.

Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. Support never gets back to you. You have to call and email them multiple times. They even held up our refund check for months. Increased rates on us a few times. Did nothing to try and keep our business. Don’t waste your time with this company
