It seems the staff there are extremely rude. They curse in loud voices and attempt to violate peoples rights. Its absolutely amazing that poster 7 is in every post office in America, yet this place had 2 employees act as if they are above the law. As someone who was raised by a mail carrier Im shocked at how your staff acts in your lobby. At least one individual seems to be a serious danger to the public.

Very clean and organize inside as outside. Still mail boxes available also not much of parking lot employees looks like double parking.

Wow!! An employee was 2 seconds from attacking a law abiding citizen.. Whats going on with these people dont they train them on their own rules!! I hope this employee was fired hes a dangerous man!! I cant believe this day and age they dont know what poster 7 is its unbelievable!!

Natalia needs to be FIRED. She is RUDE and has ZERO customer service skills. There is a reason that people avoid the USPS....employees like Natalia.

Most of the front end employees are okay but just dont seem very thrilled. The lady with the short blonde hair though, she needs to be replaced. Cannot believe she has been here for years. Major attitude, speaks down to you, and handles packages with such force. This seems to be even worse if you go in not knowing what you need or need assistance with what you are shipping. I rarely need to ever go here, maybe 2-3 times a year, but if I have to ship things, I will be using UPS from now on.

I purposely bought an item on eBay that was closest to my location. Just had to go from Connecticut to Vermont with Priority Shipping. So what do these guys do? Ship it to Tennessee. Now Im waiting over a week with very few updates on the tracking right before MLK day, when it wont be delivered for something that was expensive and I didnt want shipped all over the country. Super unhappy.

New MilfordUSPS did it again 2nd time. They misplaced another notice i was supposed to receive from State of New York. Such an irresponsible non accountable postal service. A criminal investigation needs to be started because these guys always misplace government notices and lettersUsps misplaced 1 important notice for me from the state of New York. I saw the notification from USPS informed Delivery that showed in daily email that I am soon to recieve a mail from the state on my vehicle registration termination. The mail would have included a refund check as well. I never got the mail. I did an inquiry online, no response yet.USPS is a broken system, i now believe the news on media about mail in balot frauds.

Regarding the postal woman at the new Milford ct branch clerk 12. It takes very little effort to be pleasant. I understand it is a stressful time of year, but understand a lot of us dont speak postal I was unaware that the pre-paid label sent to me by a company that I was returning merchandise was for a specific USPS region something or other box, my mistake. I surely didnt try to dupe the postal system for discounted price (that the business sent to me )to use your packaging and then use a box I had.Your attitude and demeanor was nothing short of disappointing. Its possible your temperament isnt suited for the job this time of year.

Had our mail put on hold. Now I havent received my mail that was supposed to be delivered during that time. Makes me wonder what happensed to my mail....If they just have not properly sent it I will update this rating.

This post office have nice parking space, also I notice they have handicapped parking, so wheelchair must accessible. It is easy to see and easy to get access to.

Even though it was somewhat of a long wait, if they had 1 more person on the counter it would have gone much faster. But the people were very helpful and polite.

Very nice people and on top of their game. I accidentally had my package sent to the wrong address and Kevin was very helpful and thorough and found my package.

I like that post office. but when I went there for help sending a couple packages because my ink was low on my printer . they had to manually type the tracking number in. the blonde postal worker with the european accent was short and rude to me. last time she was fine.? I will caulk it up to the busy holiday season . I will use that post office again but just a different postal worker .

They are fairly slow compared to other local post offices. Very friendly though.
