Disgusted with this Hertz location. No one there when I came to pick up car. Had to drive, in rush-hour traffic, to a Hertz 30 minutes away. I should have been notified that I couldn’t pick up the car at the time I specified. Checked website before I returned the car at the end of the rental period, and it said open until 5:00. I called, and they’d closed at noon. No way to run a business. The ONLY positive was that it was cheaper than other car rentals.

Google says they close at 5pm, but I went there at 3:30pm on Monday and they were closed. Hertz here seems to share an office with another company and their rep said Hertz closes at noon.

Just spoke to an absolute RETARD. No help, Attention span of a 90 yr old on thorzene. just totally out of it. Probably a good idea to review your hiring process guys. Never again hertz. 👋🏻
