I was helped by a very nice young man named Tony. He helped me out so much! I’m handicapped and Have a hard time waiting on lines . Tony let me stay seated and bought my paperwork by. I got a nice car and it was totally professional and pretty quick! Thanks Tony!!!

The worst Enterprise car rental Ive ever experiences in my life time rental car. Before pick up a car one day. Staff called me to negotiated the pick up time. When I was there. I was told that I couldnt leave my car there. When the day to return, I got a call what time I will return a car otherwise they will charged me by an hour when I was 3 hours away to get back to a rental car. They made me feel pressure to get back in time otherwise subject penalty. I normally drop of the key and charged by day, never get this kind of the treat before. Never come to this location.

Great customer service to get a car while ours was being repaired

Enterprise in New Milford, CT is the best of the best. Needed a rental for a week that ended up being 3 weeks. Never a problem with a reservation or availability or adjustments to my rental. Ill use Enterprise every time. Great rates. Great people. 100% satisfied.

The service was personable and friendly. My car was delivered to me and I was brought back to pick up my car when it was repaired. However, I never saw a bill for what was charged and I only used the car for one day and t6he agent quickly told me I had the car for two days when he thought it was an insurance company paying for it. Unfortunately, it was me who was paying for it. Still dont know why I dont have a copy of the bill. Will contact the site.

The staff at the Enterprise branch in New Milford, CT, are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to make sure each customer has a positive experience! They were even able to accommodate a last minute request which other agencies would not. I wont use any other agency and highly recommend them to everyone who needs to rent.

Excellent Service. Was able to get an upgrade upon pick up. Extra charge of course even though my reservation stated FREE UPGRADE. That was certainly disappointed. Returning vehicle was easy. My only complaint the car was filthy when we picked it up. Windows were so bad I had to stop and get windex to clean them.

It is so convenient being in the body shop! You drop your car off pick up the rental! Car was clean and well maintained!

I reserved a minivan. I didnt get a minivan. The SUV I received was not big enough for my needs. I needed cargo space not luxury. Also during these trying times, the SUV was dirty, which doesnt give me the comfort needed at this time.

I had a safe, clean post covid -19 car rental pick-up and drop off at the New Milford,CT enterprise. Justin was wonderful during the entire process. I highly recommend this location.

Overcharged tolls, Terrible customer service. Will never deal with these people again

Had a rental due to an accident, rental was covered through the other parties insurance. I drive a sedan and was given an SUV, no biggie to me. I was told I’d have to wait 15 minutes to be picked up, but it took closer to 45, again, no biggie. This SUV had a low tire pressure light, I called and was told to put air in the tire, never offered another vehicle-I had this vehicle for 9 days, so everyday I had to put air in the tire. Again, eh, no biggie, but annoying. Returned the vehicle and went on my way. 4 months later I’m contacted by the insurance company that I owe hundreds of dollars for said rental. Contact enterprise they say I have a $0 balance, okay cool. Days later $475 is debited out of my bank account. No pre notification or communication of the transaction. So, the manager told my body shop and the insurance company that I requested this SUV, never happened. Clearly someone within the office made a mistake? Not sure as a manger how you have the gall to blatantly lie. Due to dishonesty I will never consider enterprise for future rentals.

Great place to rent a car from. Just as pricey as every where else but they go above and beyond to make your experience great. The came and picked me up, now granted thats what enterprise does. But once I dropped off the car they also brought me back home. Really nice people there.

11 months after my rental they charged me a 44.35 charge on my credit card and between the 7 different people I talked to at the site and from corporate, 3 could not even find the charge and the other 4 each gave me a different reason why they thought it happened. At one point they tried to tell me that it was only 44.35 and I should get forget about it. I dont care how much the charge was, this screams of fraud. I had someone from accounting call at the dealership where my car had been fixed, and they told them a completely different story and claimed they were going to refund me. It has been 2 weeks and I am going on 7 hours of everyone telling me that they can do nothing for me. My time was not worth this money, but I am currently listening to We treat our customers the way they deserve to be treated on hold over and over again and I refuse to accept a false charge no matter the amount.

I am absolutely appalled at the practices done at this location. I rented a car through my insurance for 3 weeks. My insurance company was to pay for the entire cost. I was NEVER made aware of any cost to be paid by me. When I returned the car, I had no issues. When it came time for them to refund my $100 deposit, 3 days later, I was told that it was my part to pay approximately $3/day because I upgraded the vehicle. I was NEVER given any other option on a vehicle. So after hearing this news I called back, this was on a Monday 4/13. I was offered a refund of the full amount because it was not disclosed to me about the cost. By Thursday morning, nothing had hit my bank account. I called the facility and was told that the payment was processed Wednesday, 4/15, and that it should be hitting my bank account shortly. By Tuesday, 4/21, the FOLLOWING WEEK, the money was still not in my bank account. So I called New Milford Enterprise and was told that the fees and taxes were my responsibility and that I will not be getting a refund. I was LIED to about the refund being processed that previous WEDNESDAY. When I expressed my concern, I was told that I will be getting my refund. It is now FRIDAY, 4/24, and I still have not received my refund. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to LIE to customers. They received a VERY HEFTY check from my insurance company, there is not need to slam customers with unexpected fees and charges and the LIE!!! I am disgusted with the facility and plan to never return OR use enterprise again.I will be contacting the BBB as well.

Great people and great service. I worked with Dillon and manager Oraine. Both of these gentlemen were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. I was from out of town and in a car accident. They worked well and hard to get me in the right car. I am happy to recommend this office and these men.

Courteous, professional and efficient service.Worked well with my insurance company, too, and had a driver to get me to the garage where the work on my car was being done. Eric, in the New Milford office was particularly helpful.

I have had dealings with Enterprise in New Milford and in Danbury also. I like dealing with them, they have very nice personal. My car was being serviced and I was told I had to leave it over night and I needed a car fast. I lucked out that one of the representive was at the shop and he took me back to his place of business and rented a car. Thank you for being a great place of business. V. P.

I have always had a good experience renting cars from Enterprise in New Milford. Eric and Dan have always been very helpful and have provided excellent customer service. I rent at least once a month for business from Enterprise and I know that I will be treated right. There are other options for renting cars, but I have made Enterprise my choice.

We have used Enterprise multiple times and every time it has been a great experience. The staff is great, courteous and helpful and answered any question we may have. I will definitely rent with Enterprise again.

Courteous and attentive staff. Got the job done at a fair price. I know you are in the office to rent a car and be on your way, but still in all, the waiting area could use some spiffing up.

Fast easy rental. Enterprise coordinated with my insurance company and saved me the time and aggravation of filing forms with them. Car was clean and new. I will definitely go back to Enterprise if I need a car in the future.

I ve been renting a van twice a year to take n pick up my daughters from college for the pass 4years and its ALWAYS no hassle, quick check out, prompt refund on deposit and courteous professional customer service . Do not use this company. We just returned are car we rented from this Enterprise in New Milford, Ct. They never really went over the car before we rented it. When we returned it, they claimed that there was a new ding on the trunk, and that they were putting a claim into our insurance. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau also.

If you want to encounter rude staff that will engage with you in a condescending manner, this is the rental place for you.When upon attempting to rent a car, I failed miserably.Was being helped by staff who then was interrupted by the manager who cut into the transaction and began asking questions in a rude manner as if he was my boss... An argument that was extremely unprofessional ensued.I attempted to contact the head-manager of the office and was informed that he would indeed be getting back to me. What happened next was the best part - I was then told by this gentleman that I had swore at the representatives! I was with several colleagues who certainly wouldnt have tolerated that type of language nor in a million years would I speak like that in public.An attempt to resolve this issue failed with Chris, the head-manager, when he lied and promised to get back to me several times.
