The best and an honest mechanic. We had an all wheel drive issue, wasnt working. Instead of telling us it was a part. They found under the car tucked up in rear drivetrain it was unplugged from connection. Also fixed power window and removed the tape residue completely. They are always honest and professional. We wont take our cars anywhere else!!

Robert is an honest business man and always does his best to, not only keep his customers happy with his services, but to finish each job in a timely fashion. Roberts Auto has been the only place I bring my vehicles since I began driving almost 20 years ago. I highly recommend to everyone else to make the same choice.

After having numerous bad experiences with mechanics in the area I recently brought my car in for a variety of items it needed to Roberts. What a great decision. They were friendly, communicative and did a great job.Will absolutely be using Roberts going forward.

I called Robert’s Auto trying to get an estimate for needed transmission repair; thanks to an OBD-II reader I have, I gave the code and the most likely issue to the secretary and was told I would be called back. I wasn’t. A family member called them back for me while I was at work, and once again Roberts Auto said they would call back within a few hours with an estimate. We were not called back. I don’t know if they don’t feel like bothering because they can’t rip me off (thanks to the self-diagnostics) or because they don’t have the time to give quotes to the people that need it, but I don’t think they’ll be getting my business because too much time has been wasted on this estimate

I cant recommend Roberts enough. Rob himself has called me before to talk through repair options and Darlene in the office is the best at communicating with me. Before finding Roberts Ive had such negative experiences at dealerships. Rob actually saved me about $1K in repairs that a dealership wanted to charge me one time. Roberts is honest, fast and great at communicating with you. If you need anything done with your car take it to these guys and theyll help you!

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Roberts Auto due to a very noticeable leak in the front of the engine compartment. They diagnosed it and found it to be the condenser for the transmission coolant. Instead of just doing the work, they asked if the car had been in an accident. When I replied it had, they called the body shop who did the accident work and found this was covered by my insurance. They are professional, ethical, and certainly trustworthy. I will only take our cars to Roberts for repairs.
