A+ service from these guys. They did a good job with repairs, and my daughter purchased a car from them that has been a good car. Good value, and they were super easy to deal with. Thanks! Well bring that car in for service in the future from you guys.

DO Yourself A Favor, Do NOT Buy A Car From Here, Avoid This Place At All Costs. The Owner Is A Classic Greedy, Shady, Used Car Salesmen.Long story short, they sold me a giant LEMON with countless problems after telling me that the car had zero issues. Then, they refused to refund me or at least make me whole. The owner, Rob Driscoll Jr, accused me of creating the problems (putting the onus on me) even though I only had the car in my possession for FOUR HOURS before immediately texting(screenshot captured) them that the car had something seriously wrong with it. Additionally, the problems were not possible for me to create as they involved shocks, ball joints, bushings, and other internal mechanisms. These are the kinds of problems that are long-term and easily hidden by a shady mechanic/dealership. They spent over a month allegedly “attempting” to repair the car but could not get the faults to go away. Eventually, I told them I did not want to own a lemon and politely asked them to do the right thing and issue me a full refund. They refused and instead took advantage of me by “purchasing” the car back at a price less than what I paid for it. I lost $2000 here and over a month of stress, anxiety and turmoil. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Rob Driscoll Jr. doesn’t know how to speak the truth and is willing to do and say whatever it takes to ensure you get screwed. Trust me, STAY AWAY.

Do not buy a car from here. They sold me a car that they claimed was running fine, but immediately (as in driving the car home) had engine problems. They strung me along for months before refusing to pay for the necessary engine repair. This is the most dishonest business Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

The technicians are also very intelligent and have a lot of experience. If you have a sports car this is the place to go!

Took an old Triumph there for simple repairs. 3 and a half MONTHS later.. the car is in worse shape then when it went in. Car was treated like junk and was only worked on between EVERY other customer. Made to feel like my business was not worthy. Car was removed and sent to a different garage where it is now being fixed by a competent mechanic and treated no differently than the 15 million dollar Ferrari it sits next to. Shame I have to pay twice for work. Paid these guys almost $3K and nothing to show for itrepairs were paid for but not completed..such as installing exhaust.I was also spoken down to and lied to. I have all emails to prove it.Maybe its a good shop if you own a BMW... but not for anything else.My Triumph went into the shop with clean shiny paint..comes back dull and faded..mold in the interior .. gas cap left not screwed down. Going to cost me even more money to fix all the damage they caused.

Brought my 2006 BMW X5 in after my usual garage said I needed new transmission and about $1,500 of work in miscellaneous areas. Dealt with Jeff and after a couple of visits and problem solving I spent roughly $400 instead of over $6,000 the other guys wanted to charge. Customer for life!

DO NOT BUY OR FIX YOUR CAR HERE!!!! These people are greasier and slimier then the oil in your car and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. I bought a 2003 325xi from these rats with the promise it would require very little maintenance because the car only has 70,000 miles on it. When I purchased the car it had brand new Cooper tires on it and I paid extra to have them replaced with my own snow tires and keep the ones that came with the car. When I went to pick it up they told me that my tires had disappeared and gave me old, used, nearly bald tires instead. In addition to having to paint half of the car that was discolored and full of scratches with chipped paint, I have replaced thousands on dollars worth of parts, some twice, within less than 4 months of owning the car.The key to start the car stopped working after 2 weeks of owning the car, which cost $300 to replace. I have needed to change all of my headlights and tail lights (some multiple times) and once instead of charging me $15 for a headlight, they charged me $150 and it took almost a month to get my money back from this mistake charge. After only 6 months of owning the car and needing it towed twice, it completely died. The carfax I was given was not true to the condition of the car and none of the parts I was promised would be replaced or fixed before taking the car were. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY BY BUYING A RELIABLE CAR FROM RELIABLE PEOPLE

I brought my car in to have it serviced and my experience was great! These guys are very knowledgable and were honest with what could be possible issues in the future for my car. I also was able to get a great deal and opinion on the lowering kit + exhaust I got for my car as well. Auto Technic is a great place to establish a relationship with trust worthy people to work on/service my car.

I understand this place has mostly good reviews, so maybe this is only my experience, but personally i recommend you dont buy a used car from here. Never went here to get anything fixed so i cant say anything about their repair services, but what i can say is these con artists sold me a very unreliable BMW about a year ago that had multiple issues needed for fixing, and is still breaking down to this day. I know theyre used cars and are obviously going to need its maintenance, but it seems like the previous owners just did not take care of it, and instead auto technic sold it off leaving me to deal with the issues that they did not inform me about.

I recently was having brake trouble with my 2006 BMW. I called the dealer and it was ridiculous trying to get an appointment. I asked a friend, who also drives a BMW, where he gets his car serviced. He highly recommended Auto Technic. Not only was the quote much less I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Had a CV axle installed by them. The install only took an hour (less than quoted) and I was happy to pay it. They recognized the passion I have for my car and actually let me drive it out of the garage so the mechanic didnt get grease all over the place. They even gave my car a once over and brought some problems to my attention. Over all I had a great experience with them and I will continue to bring my car to them in the future. If you have a modified BMW, this is the place for you!

Wish I could say something good about a small buisness but I really cant. They may do good work on some cars, but they charge too much as well as lie about the products going into your car. I brought my mini cooper to then with a broken axle and payed well over $400 to get an OEM axle and got a remanufactured axle (I went to mini cooper and had them tell me if it was OEM and was told it was a reman and not a OEM company) and a week later it broke. At that point I had them do clutch and the axles which cost me $2700. A month later the axle broke. I was told it was because i was doing burnouts and jumping the car, which is definetly not true. I had to pay over $400 to get it fixed. Now 2 months later my axle, is broken again. I asked for a refund and was told that I could get the axle warrantied and pay for labor which is soppose to be for 30 minutes, yet I paid $400 the last time. I will not return here and I must say, beware that not every mechanic is the same. Safe the time and money and go somewhere else. Unless your willing to pay over and over and over for low quality work, I would recommend staying away from autotechnic.

Best in class! Auto Technic is a repair shop that stands out from the crowd because they are intelligently passionate about cars. My 2002 Mini Cooper CVT transmission failed after 125,000 miles and 11 years. If you know the Mini Cooper CVT (continuously variable transmission) then you may know that its failure is a big deal. The dealer quoted me a high four-figure price that was more than the book value of my car...ouch! Other shops around the NYC area offered to try rebuilding the CVT for less, but they would not quote a firm price in advance. The difficulty of repair and high cost of replacing the CVT is a serious dilemma faced by Mini Cooper CVT owners. Auto Technic worked with me and offered me some alternatives. I finally decided to have them install a ZF factory remanufactured CVT with a nice warranty. It wasnt the cheapest alternative but since I want to keep the car it made the most sense. Auto Technic gave me a much better price than the dealer and did a top-notch job. Since they have all of the BMW / Mini Cooper computer diagnostic and tuning systems they returned the car to me running better and shifting better than it has in years.Even though Auto Technic is a long hours drive from my house, I have already brought the car back to them for another, unrelated, repair, with good results. I plan to make them my first choice for Mini Cooper service going forward. If you are stuck with a dead Mini Cooper CVT transmission, youre in a tough spot, but consider going with a factory remanufactured CVT and having Auto Technic do the work. Im glad I did --- my Mini is old and has a lot of miles, but it drives like a new car.
