My car was involved in a bad hit and run and this is where my car was towed. The staff here was very friendly and very accommodating. I called yesterday morning to let them know my insurance company was coming to pick up my car and requested for them to get a few items from the car for me. They got those items PLUS more that I didnt even mention. They packed up anything that looked remotely important which I really appreciate since there were some things I didnt even remember were in the car. When I get another car in the future and need work done, Ill definitely be coming back here as first choice, from attitude alone. I can tell these guys will really take care of you.

When I moved to this town someone recommended Shaes and Im so happy they did. They always take care of me and honestly try to help people. This last weekend they even stayed late to finish up my Jeep. My husband and I have never had an issue. Wonderful, wonderful.

Great work to fix a rusted area on my truck bed. Quote was $400 less than another body shop and final bill was even less than the original quote. More than satisfied!

They replaced some interior parts to my car that my dog had chewed up three years ago. They allowed me bring recyled parts they work with, which allowed me to even have this work done. auto shop, which made having this done. They even did one small extra job at a parts cost of $4.95, which was something Ive been trying to get fixed for a year. I was so grateful! I think they only did it because it was kind of a crucial part, otherwise, I might have questioned them doing work without asking. I had a question about the charge which was not that cheap but once I walked out with mechanic and went through it it was well worth the price so I highly recommend them

2 weeks for quote on a simple bumper fix. Still nothing. Going elsewhere. Dont waste your time.
