Weve had 2 treatments so far to help with wasps, carpenter bees, and some ants. Both techs were thorough and extremely friendly. And the first who did the inspection explained everything in detail. Clearly know their bugs! Respectful of the property. The owner answering the phone is also incredibly nice and gave detailed information. A scheduling mixup was quickly sorted to satisfaction.

I had to have them come back after the initial spraying and they did at no extra charge. Both men were very nice to deal with.

I had a yellow jacket nest in the ground. The technician did a thorough job and I thought the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them!

This was the only extermination place that would come out to my house right away on a Saturday morning. After calling on a Saturday morning, they were able to be at our house within 3 hours. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and the exterminator was thorough and did a great job. We had 3 treatments total, but after one treatment our pest problem was completely solved, which is very rare from what I hear... Six months later we are still completely pest free and very satisfied with the services we received from Southwest Pest Control. I would definitely reccomend them to someone if they are ever looking for an exterminator.

Have contracted with SW Pest for over 20 years at work. Quick response to emergencies! If I ever have a question or concern I get a return call from the Owner within a few hours and he resolves hands-on to our satisfaction. Have been referring for them for years to both business and personal friends.

I have used thos company twice now and have had fast and friendly service. Both technicians were knowagable, clean, and quick. It was easy to set an appointment and change my appointment over thephone. I wosh i could remember the first guys name because he was hilarious. They are highly recommended and I would definitely would use them again.

Very prompt and great pricing

When you deal with this company get everything in writing. Last year I paid the initial $110.00 and then $85.00 and used them 4 to 5 times and the tech told me that next year I would only have to pay $85.00 for this year. Then Nancy tells me that I have to pay $120.00 and $90.00 for a total of $210.00 and I told her what they told me and she said that tech is no longer with them and that I misunderstood. So be wary of dealing with this company

Called them on a whim by googling Pest control New Lenox to get rid of wasps. Quick to respond, friendly and personable, and reasonable $! Great job. They came back 2x and gaurenteed their product to work. Used them for whole house, interior and exterior applications as well.
