Good service and a good price. The place is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Too much junk like a junk chair in the bay.

They were quick and they’re not too busy so there’s plenty of openings to get in and there’s no appointments needed. Staff is friendly and the price is very affordable. Support local business!

These guys used to be lackluster at best, but their performance and customer service have improved drastically since all of these bad reviews were written. They must be under new management because I’m genuinely impressed with the change in customer service and quality of work.

Friendly staff. Did the oil change quickly. The bathroom did need some cleaning though otherwise would be five stars. Recommend using this business.

I brought to the technicians attention that I thought I might be having a transmission leak and asked him politely to check the transmission levels as they do for most oil changes. I asked another technician again when I was paying if he checked the levels he said yes hesitantly. The report I got said my transmission levels were full, but I thought something was weird. I went home and checked for myself, and my transmission levels were bone dry.

Service was fast, employees were kind, prices were cheaper than other auto centers.

Had my oil changed a week ago. Oil filter was not on right lost 5 quarts of oil and almost ruined my engine. Not the first bad experience here, don’t know why I gave them another chance! NEVER AGAIN! 2018 Jeep.

Pulled up at 12:45 on a Saturday. Greeted immediately by someone explaining they were closing early for the holiday. Hours say they are open to 3pm and the holiday is in two days. Grease Lighting in Mokena got me right in and they will have my business going forward.

Excellent! I was in and out in a matter of about 20 minutes. I went in for an oil and filter change (basic $39) but left with full service (fluids topped off, caps cleaned, filters changed and tires filled) at no additional cost. They checked my filters and gauges and were able to inform me of an air filter issue that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Highly recommend if you are looking for fast, professional, friendly and relatively cheap car service.

Very disappointed!!!I have gone here for years, my wife - daughter & myself .The last 3 jobs — overpriced and very rude service.Especially if you ask them a question on something that seems odd .I asked for owner to discuss the bad service .They gave me a false name and location of where I might reach the owner ... once again would love to keep it local, they shot themselves in the foot with attitude.... good luck .

Theyre always quick to get in,even w/o. An appt! Theyre very thorough,they check all your fluids(fill them if needed) and they even fill the tires if needed as well. They are a nice bunch of guys/staff and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ultra Care( its situated behind/next to the corner car wash.

This place stripped my oil plug, and then the owner had the nerve to tell me that it’s normal wear and tear. The same guy owns Roberts on Maple in New Lenox. Oil all over my driveway after I came home from oil change. Spoke with the owner about the issue and he told me I should be happy that I got two oil changes for the price of one and a stripped oil plug is normal wear and tear. Horrible customer service. I’m just glad that I got off with a minor issue. I will never go back. Go at your own risk.

The guys who helped me today are clearly, and genuinely, enthusiastic about their day and profession! Even let me come over to watch him do my oil change to better answer my questions and explained everything. Nice touch, keep up the great work fellas!

Sign says they are open until 6:00. Husband got there at 5:40, they sent him away. Told him they were closing and not do any more oil changes. If youre open til 6:00 then stay open til 6. Three cars in my household, three that will not go there again!

While in an out of the way location, this place has done well for my vehiclea since I started going here. While the people change, the service has always been good for me.

Have always received quick oil changes with no issues. Gone here many times over the years. Recommend to my friends and family. Not sure about other services.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Avalon in for a oil change and a tire rotation. I was told they were too busy to do the tire rotation even though there were 5 mechanics in the floor and only two cars in the shop. When I pointed this out to them i was told my tires were too worn to rotate. The car had 20,000 miles on it. They were just too lazy to do the extra work. I am now taking my car back to the dealer where they will be happy to take my money.

For just an oil change from Groupon, it was fast, and good.

$43.00 for basic oil change. Asked them to check tire pressure because low pressure light was on and they never touched the tires. Left greasy hand prints on two door handles. Also if you have a handicap vehicle with a lift dont bother going here. Got mini van stuck on lift and had to use a pry bar to get it off. I gave them one star because that is the only way I could write a review. And they didnt rest the change oil sensor.

Went to get an oil change on a Saturday ( 2-16-19) morning. Got to the store at 8:15, 15 minutes after the store was supposed to be open and there was no one thereThere were two customers ahead of me. We all waited another 15 minutes and still no workerswere there! This is unacceptableIf you are 5 or 10 minutes late, that’s one thing. But to be a half hour late on a Saturday morning ( and this was not the first time) is not the way to run a business or keep customers.The three of us then left. I for one will not be back, and I’m not sure the other two customers will be back either.Show up!!! Not hard to do!

Can exactly remember how much they charge me 45 or 49 for an oil change 4 quarts of oil and a filter are you kidding me how many how much do they pay you an hour he said send me $10 just ask yourself how much does 4 quarts of oil and a filter cost so I change my own oil now for the same vehicle Im going to put synthetic oil mobile one with A Mobil 1 filter and it didnt even cost me $50 I think it was like $39 for all I needed to do it myself it took me 15 minutes to do the car what a rip off and I checked with other people they told me this place is too expensive I dont know how they stay in business

Ive been fine with the service I receive there. Im a regular customer. Do know that if they tell you about something that they suggest you replace, the price can be negotiable if you ask.

Gone here for an oil change quiet a few times, and they always get me in and out quickly.

Never again will I take my cars here again. I paid 80$ for an oil change and new air filter. You would think they would top of my fluids instead I find my engine coolant dangerously low not to mention oil around the oil cap . The workers also gave off a weird creepy vibe after my service was done. Stay away from this place its not worth it.

Went there for a coolant flush and all they did was drain, and then refill not actually flush it. The car started to overheat afterwords so I checked in the radiator cap and overflow, and there was still junk floating in the fluid. They did not flush it at all. Went to a Mechanic I trust, and he was shocked with how bad the service was for $70. Never going back again,complete garbage.
