Mistratas is simply the best. From beginning to end, the process of getting an estimate to scheduling my appointment was effortless. My car was backed into, which resulted in some scratches and paint coming off of several areas of the back bumper. Tony did an amazing job with repairing it - cant even tell there was an issue. Will definitely be back if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Super nice people! I am all about the small business mom/pop shops and this place was amazing! I went in for a scuff mark that I thought had to be repainted and Tony was able to take it off with a liquid remover. Took him 5 minutes and did not take a penny from me. Tony at CARSTAR Mistratas Collision Service did a great job. You cant even tell the areas that were damaged. I selected his shop because it wasnt part of a chain, its a local shop, and the estimator and repair guy (Tony) were one and the same. The other shops have someone take photos and send them to their centralized repair guys so the repair people dont see the vehicle until theyre ready to work on it. I also found that because of this, they bid the job much higher than a shop like Tonys. I hope that I never have a need to go back there, but if I did, I wouldnt hesitate to go there again. They worked directly with my Insurance Company and the car rental company so it was a very pain free experience.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The work performed was superb. My car looked like new including the interior even though the shop worked on just the outside. My car was shiny and spotless inside and out. I recommend this business 100% no question.

We needed to have the fuel door on our car replaced. After purchasing the door itself from the dealer and receiving it unpainted, Mistratas was recommended to us. The staff was very nice and helpful, giving me a quote to paint the door over the phone. My husband called again later to set up a time to drop it off, and forgot to ask about having it installed. When we brought it in, we were estimated a 2 day turnaround time, and sure enough, 2 days later we got the call it was ready. When we went to pick it up, the door had been installed, and they had even washed the car for us! You couldnt even tell the fuel door wasnt the original - it looks perfect! The service as fast, the price very reasonable, and the staff we interacted with was very nice. If we should ever need more paint work, we will definitely be back!

They were fantastic in their workmanship on my Jeep after I was rear ended. My Jeep looks like brand new and they had it done 2 days earlier than expected. Would definitely be recommending this shop.

We had a medical emergency in my family just as I was getting ready to bring the car in for repair. They were so very patient and understanding with my time frame issues. Car star was able to fix the car in a few days which help me immensely. The work on my vehicle is perfect. The car looks good as new.

Got several quotes in town and Mistrata’s was the lowest. A competitor who quoted me over $300 higher called back to match their price but I appreciated that Mistrata’s gave me their best price from the start so I stayed with Mistrata’s. They got it in right away for the repair, it was ready on time, and it looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. I definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Absolutely incredible craftsmanship. Brought my Ram in after we had an incident with a tree into the tailgate. Walked in and spoke with Tony who was very kind and helpful, gave me a quote which beat out all the competition in the area. Did such a nice job that I missed parts the vehicle I forgot were even damaged. Paint was blended perfectly and body work fixed seamlessly.
