Awsome. Very professional every step of the way from beginning to end. They helped sort out the insurance matters and make sure everything went smoothly. Repairs were done perfectly.

I bought a new-to-me car and it had some imperfections. It had a dent, smelled like smoke, and a door did not open from the inside. They took care of EVERYTHING with friendliness, and professionalism. They are honest and treat you like family. My car is in better condition than I bought it.

I came to Probst for repairs after a collision and this shop was GREAT. They helped me navigate all insurance claim/rental paperwork, and helped explain my options. The girls up front were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and literally made the process of getting rear-ended a breeze. Although I hope not to get into another accident, I feel good knowing I have a spot at Probst and I know I will be taken care of. Repairs were much quicker than expected, prices were very reasonable and customer service is top notch. I cant recommend this place enough. Run, dont walk over to Probst for any car/collision needs.

We stopped by to get a quote on a scrape on my front bumper. Everyone there was great. They considered it minor and fixed it on the spot. They were extremely pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Our car was hit by a hit & run driver in a food store parking lot. Probst repaired all damage according to GM specs. They did it in a timely & professional manor. This is a family owned business that did impeccable work on our car. I highly reccomend Probst if your car was in an accident. We were very impressed with the work they did. This review could be lengthy as i was shocked by the service i received. I have not needed body work of any type in many years so i wasnt sure where to go. I first had an estimate at a franchise type of business and i wasnt impressed by how i was treated. I always like to shop local and support my town and local businesses and am i glad i looked around.Team Probst went beyond my expectations. NOTHING to say bad about them 100% great experience. I was so impressed with the job Probst did on my 2011 CTS. It needed a new hood, grill, front fender...the works. Not only did I get my car back in pristine condition, they actually wiped down the inside!!! The communication was excellent. They did a few other things for me that I had asked for. Truly they went above and beyond! You will not be disappointed and I know if I ever need collision work again I will be going to them! Excellent workmanship and service!!

This body shop recently did some work on my new car that had some paint chips and swirl marks from the factory. They touched up the spots and spent several days making my car as perfect as possible for black. They also had to deal with me (the perfectionist) and did so in a professional manner which deserves 5 stars. I would definitely use them again.

After an accident had left dents, chips, scraps etc all over my drivers side car I was anxious to get it repaired. After dealing with my claims team I was not happy at all. Probst not only made this experience a little less stressful, they even made me feel relieved. The staff was beyond excellent, in all aspects. When I couldnt get a hold of them through the telephone they emailed me right away. My brand new car was fixed after four days, and I could not even tell the difference. It is as good as new! I am a very satisfied customer and I would recommend anyone I know to go here.

Someone (on their cell phone) pulled out in front of me. Smashed the front end of my truck good. Probst took care of it. Dealt with the other insurance agent and I received OEM replacement parts when they were quoting aftermarket parts . Truck looked new when I got it back. Like it got a face lift. Great people all the way around.

Bought a new car from a local dealership that had some paint defects, this place was used to paint and fix the car, all they did was paint over the chips, you can see them still, I would not recommend this place for your car at all .
