This review is for Ms. B. Im new to the area and came here to wash some clothes. I had some questions about pricing, the loyalty cards, and the other services, like pickup & wash. The person who runs the front desk is deranged. I got yelled at by the witch for putting a $10 in the change machine (mind you, it accepts $20 bills). She was like well you should have used the bill breaker first. I was like well you should read - the bill breaker says out of currency. Then she kept going on and on, about how the change machine was only for customers (I had bought a washer already - not a cheap one either - needed change for a dryer for said washer, AND was about to go back to my apartment across the street to bring some more laundry over, but needless to say, that was it for me).This should tell you everything: the place was EMPTY when I was there on a weekend afternoon. No wonder... They clearly DONT want customers.

I waited over an hour for my driver to show up. He never did, after calling me twice for DIRECTIONS. I dont understand why this laundry mat doesnt live in the 21st century and give their drivers a form of google maps/GPS to use so they arent one hour late and call their customers repeatedly for directions, its extremely unprofessional. I decided to just go with a different laundromat in the end, as I lost trust in this company after this experience.

Its clean and close to where I live right now and it has plenty of big washers and dryers that you can use but its a little pricey compare to other laundromats I been to.

This laundromat has some great employees like B, but other horrible employees. I washed my clothes at this place for years but eventually stopped going because of how unprofessional this one grumpy obese lady that worked there was.

This place is the worst. The staff is rude and they always close early. Get new employees who want to work.

State of the art laundromat is clean and comfortable. Machines will operate on coins credit cards or debit cards. Self service or wash dry fold available. They will even provide transportation to and from the laundromat if needed.

Cant get my clothes clean in the washers here, regardless of detergent, size of washer, washer setting, clothes Im cleaning, etc. First laundromat to have this issue at.

I was glad to find a laundromat where I could use quarters. They also take personal cards (not a trick card like super saver). My medium load is clean and dry for $7.25

Found a fat cockroach in one of their dryers...gross. Not going back.

This is an awesome local laundromat. the prices are reasonable, there are many sizes of washer and dryers, it is always well maintained and clean, they offer dry cleaning and alteration services, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recently learned of their pick up service where they pick and drop you off if you dont have a car. A perfect service for households without cars. The type of local business I like to support!

Great service! They fixed a few buttons on some of my shirts and did my cleaning and Im a customer for life. Terrific job wont go anywhere else

Really good service and laundry is always done fast and neatly folded, they also have a very good dry cleaning for fancier clothes. Best laundromat in downtown NH, strongly recommended.

Horrible experience. Promise delivery and then they don’t deliver on time. Also, staff is rude and don’t really know the policies, everyone says difference things when you call them. Please don’t use their services!
