I always use this place. The machines are in clean working order and the free drying is a good marketing idea. Bathroom tends to be clean and staff are usually there if you have questions. Be careful with the vending machines and game cabinet, it will take you $.

Very clean and washing here will save you money. I love the free pick up and drop off service. The dryers will dry your clothes in a short period of time and just the way you like it.

Hok plenty of parking most of the people are very nice they have a cop on site just in case and you can find any food you want prices are too high are Mustangs but not the worst

The man who works here will not leave me alone. This is the most intrusive laundromat. He literally walked over to me, took my debit card from me, said nothing and started walking away.After finishing with the washers he followed me to the dryers. I told him I got it, Im good, please let me do this myself. He moved me out of the way and continued to do his thing... With my clothing. Very frustrating.

Good prices. The big washing machines are about $10 and smallest ones are just under $5. As advertised the drying is free. The employee I’ve met is older and tough to understand, and they don’t actually close at midnight. You’ll find the doors locked at 10pm.

Great place to do laundry. Washing is about $7.50 minimum but drying is free. It’s never been crowded when I’ve gone so I don’t see a reason to go anywhere else. It’s also conveniently located next to stop and shop so you can shop while you wait.

I have nothing but total love and confidence for this laundromat. Its nice, clean, and has terrific service here. The management is great as are the employees who work here.

The new owners are great. Finally have an ATM and there always someone there to help . Also gives free rides .

I have 2 different cards that the washers wont read. Even the scanner wont show that one card has $10 on it. Attendant wants me to buy another card. No. If you cant be honest with these, I go to Howe St.

Says they close at 10pm but they wouldn’t let me start my laundry at 8pm.

Get your laundry done for decent cost and free drying

The machine took my 20 dollars and the manager couldnt reimburse me. He took my name and contact info so that someone would reimburse me. After 5 day, i called and got phone number for manager. I called him and he again got my contact info. No follow up--even after several calls and 4 months. Lesson: Do NOT put more than $5 in the card machine at a time. Even better would be to video your putting money in. Best, go to another laundromat!

Been coming to this laundromat for years. Its very clean the machines work. However, one of the employees are not kid friendly. I was there one night with my kids and my daughter who is autistic was trying to roll one of the carriages with the high handles out of the laundromat and the employee went of to my daughter got in her face pointing her face yelling at her swearing at her. I ended up seeing Billy later that night and telling him what had happened and he didnt even care he told me to call Antbony. I called and spoke to him about what had happened and he didnt take it serious. Yesterday I go back to do my laundry there and I witness that employee doing the same thing to soneone elses kids. Poor management. Not kid friendly at all. 😳😞

I always get picked 5 to 15 minutes and brought home. Its clean and right next to the stop and shop so I can get groceries.

For the right person, doing laundry here gets the job done. Just an fyi it has changed management or ownership cause they give no warning on key changes in day to day operations, That will chase people away.

Every other dryer has been broken for the last 3 months. The guy from the caribbean on Sat and Sundays is RUDE af...and I dont mean in a bad bwoy way. He sweeps over your feet and cleans the dryer vents right over your clean clothes. This place is great for hot water washes but its annoying waiting around for a working dryer.I hope they get this corrected very quickly.Its a convenient locations and always super clean.It was my favorite laundry facility.
