If you are looking for a responsible, dependable company, avoid this one! Waiting for over 4 1/2 hours with a no show, no phone call, I had to call them to find out when they will arrive. My answer was they werent. The next appointment made, again, waiting and a no show. Finally giving up, I insisted on a refund since they require a $297.00 paid credit card. It has taken 9 times for a confirmation email from them on my card being credited and to date...you guessed it, NO email. Talk about frustrated and disappointed.
