When my 2011 27 iMac all of a sudden went dark and wouldnt reboot, I went into panic mode. I am a musician and run Digital Performer as well as managing my own website on it. I also run an accounting program for my Lawncare business from the computer so you can see why I was freaking out. I knew Apple wouldnt service an old computer like mine, so I started searching around and called 2 places before calling CCT repairs. Both would not touch my computer. I was leary of trusting anyone other than Apple anyway, but called CCT and talked to Greg. I brought it in, he diagnosed it and determined it was the graphics card. He ordered one for me, which took awhile to get here from China, but once he installed it, and called me to pick it up, it is back working like a charm. He has that 1 year warranty on his work and told me if I had any problems with it, to call him. He even explained why the card probably failed and how he installed the new one so that might not happen again. Great technician and very polite, patient, and friendly guy. It had a screen protector however, no case. Gregory had fixed my laptop with excellent results two years ago, so when my sons laptop lost the hard drive about six weeks ago I went right back to Gregory. In just a few days he had upgraded the hard drive, checked the general performance, reinstalled software... the whole nine yards. My sons computer runs so well Im thinking about letting Gregory do the same to mine...switching out my mechanical drive for a digital one. My laptop stopped charging. I brought it to CCT Repairs for initial diagnosis. After a couple of days they diagnosed that the battery is dead and gave me a price offer for the replacement battery + fix. The price was absolutely reasonable. The entire process (diagnosis + ordering a replacement battery + replacement) took less than a week and the current battery is performing well.

I asked CCT to do a major upgrade on my Macbook Pro by installing a 2TB solid state drive, replacing the keyboard, and replacing the battery. Gregory advised me on how to purchase the drive and gave me a good deal on installing it as a package with the other items. He was very efficient about the repair when it happened (took about half as long as he estimated). And I felt he was a fair and honest broker with me every step of the way.

Booked an appointment for 11AM and waited till 2:30PM for the owner to show up. He looked at my laptop briefly after we met and said my SSD was dead and he cant help restore the data. So I took my laptop away and went to another shop.The other shop was able to fix my issue, my windows was corrupted - software issue. At the other shop, I realized that CCT didnt plug my battery back in before closing my laptop...Owner was nice to talk to and didnt charge me anything for his diagnosis though, hence the extra star...

I had a cracked macbook pro 2015 screen that was repaired with ease. It took about a week for the new screen to arrive after being ordered, but after that, just about 30 min to install. Prices seem fair and he looks for the least costly option. The finish may not be exactly the same as previous, but doesnt really change the cosmetic or aesthetic appearance of your computer. Would go to again!
