Above and beyond customer service today. After reading great reviews mostly about Candace I decided to stop in and inquire about weekly blowouts. Candace greeted me right away and I booked my first 1 pm appointment for today. I arrived exactly on time and after waiting 30 minutes I decided to quietly leave as I could see they were both busy. On my way home Candace called and apologized numerous times and asked me to come back. My immediate response was not anger at all. I was so impressed that I got off the next exit and drove back to New City. Candace and Anna greeted me with their over the top apologies and I left with an amazing blow out. Thank you Candace for your amazing recovery process and Anna for your great blow out.

When in for a cut today Candace was great, she had me laughing the whole time. She even told me my dad jokes were funny! Any way, cut looks fresh and the service was great, the girls in there are so sweet!

I met Candace during covid when SuperCuts reopened. She’s funny, considerate and accommodating. Oh, and by the way does terrific color and cut!!! The best stylist I’ve had! It’s always a lot of fun to see her.

Never in my life has a haircut taken nearly an hour and a half until I went here. My brother and I made appointments for 1:30 and arrived on time. We weren’t even seated until 2 and then my brother’s stylist left in the middle of his cut to go shampoo someone else’s hair for half an hour. The salon was not busy at the time in the slightest so there was no excuse for service this slow.

Came a bit early for my appointment which was at 230 only for the hair stylist to take the person who came in way after me.

They are now taking appointments. They made me feel safe and the haircut was good. No rush. No hassle. Seamless in these terrible time.

The staff were so helpful and kind. I got an amazing haircut for an affordable price! I am definitely going there again for my next haircut.

I had a terrible experience here, I asked for a little trim on top and they cut almost all my hair off. Terrible place I reccomend not going here

Was here a few years ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had, but recently heard it was under new management and thought I’d give them another chance.....SO MUCH BETTER with new management.Seems like they really “cleaned house”, new staff is fantastic and so is the customer service. The salon is immaculate and to top it all off it’s the BEST haircut I’ve had in years, so glad I gave it another try!

Under new ownership, apparently by an absentee owner who has jacked up prices (at least for me) by 30 percent and cut staff. Overpriced and long waits even if you check in online. Inconvenience. Only one person working on Sundays. No real reason to go here instead of one of the other salons in the area.

I got my worst haircut ever from Supercuts at Stony Point NY. However, this pertains to all Supercuts. I have been a supercuts customer for many years. I have a card filled with employee signatures that entitles me to a free haircut. There is no expiration on it but no supercuts in my area will accept it. I tried calling customer service and it was like talking to a wall. Even the supervisor Roxy was useless and just parroted what everyone else said, we no longer accept that card. They could have exchanged this for a gift card, but refused. It didnt matter that I am a long time customer that they were about to lose. As a result I will no longer be using any supercuts anywhere and will be posting this review every where possible. I hope it was worth it, Supercuts.
