Absolutely the worst company to have taxes done by. Dont even waste your time. If I could leave no stars I would!

This place is a joke! The girls upfront wont even call you back for simple questions and are very unprofessional!

I’ve had my Tax Returns Prepared at The ATM Bottom Line for several years. They always do a great job for me. The tax preparer that I’ve always had do mine is Kelly. She does a excellent job on my tax returns. John Travis, Manager, and his staff, are all courteous. When my return was completed, I spoke to Vicky, she very courteous! There was an omission which was their mistake in filing. They promised to file an amendment but have not returned calls or replied to multiple emails. No ownership or sense of urgency. Not a good business to trust your finances to. Needless to say, we never used them again.
