Helpful nice people. Very friendly

My review is based on customer service and their ability to communicate with clients. When I first started out as a client my rep was Gina and she did everything she could to help make sure that enough funding was reached to get me with less out-of-pocket expenses. Fast forward after Gina two more counselors who absolutely refuse to keep communications open and last fall completely dropped the ball when I transferred from Duquesne university to Pitt university. This pushed my graduation forward another year. Now after reporting them to the Harrisburg office in the Philadelphia office nothing has changed. The new rep and office manager have completely wasted my time and energy and literally ended my goal of graduating college. So much for disabled veterans in western Pennsylvania! Because this office will talk in circles and completely waste your time.Lou, Dawn, Kirsten, Barbra, Marty and Peter should all be removed from any form of customer service whatsoever.

Terrible place to rely on I have been waiting for a call from them for four weeks I contacted supervisor he said she will call never called I will be calling region office soon
