Great subs and other food. They are so busy its hard to get them to answer the phone
I think they are providing good service. I saw customers coming and being treated respectfully.I was not there for service. I was just watching how the costumers were been treated while I was visiting the office for another purpose
They are horrible in every way imaginable. Uneducated unorganized rude and misinformed. Good luck getting what you need from here unless u literally speak w the person in charge. Good luck
I observed good service. The place is clean. The staff are friendly. I didnt go there to get service but to meet someone.
Attitudes, rude, unprofessional, don’t do their jobs, don’t return phone calls, Don’t check emails, don’t know the answers to any questions, don’t know correct procedure, don’t relay messages or scan paperwork, make everything way more difficult than what it needs to be....all need to go to training again because this place is a joke. I came from Philly and I never had these problems. I absolutely hate that I have to come here and use them. I even called the main number for welfare trying to get help and they claimed they couldn’t do anything, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager at all.
I have had my share of screw ups with my paperwork here but I was fortunate to get it straightened out in a timely fashion. So they are ok. Of course it was my workers fault for this screw up in the first place. Too busy trying to hurry and close up for the day instead of paying any attention to what I was telling her!
My phone call just went well. Very professional. Now lets hope we have a smooth experience.
They switch my daughter to the stupid Delaware healthy childrens program on June 15. Today I got slammed with a $75 bill stating I need to pay June, July and August! When I called and asked them why so many months in advance and if I could just pay for July I was told its not the way it works and that I needed to pay $75 and that she will be not be covered after the end of this month if I dont pay..This is Ridiculous! Good to know how much they care about kids...
I had 2 toddlers with me and the lady calles my name. I approached the desk after filling out the application and she shook her head vigorously. I would have to say she was very judgemental. Its a shame because I now take care of my nephew and feel I have the world on my shoulders and really could use the help as I am not receiving any benifits and have limited resources. Whats even more astonishing is that there is a BIG sign which promotes dignity and respect which I see now they lack. The wait was very long and almost unbearable with my two toddlers and the place was empty. I feel when you seek help from social services they tend to return the favor through purposely making your stay a living hell. My case worker was very sweet. The front desk women- not so much...
Lady at the front desk needs a raise!!! She could run that whole place by herself, Mrs. S. Patrick too!! everyone else mines well get fired 👎🤷♀️
