They seemed ticked I only wanted regular polish. Pedi ok except cuticles. Polish on nails bubbled and smeared before I even got to dryer. Said it was my fault, dont know how, I never touched anything. Polish didnt go to cuticles, so after only 2 days, it looks like Im going to need a redo soon. The heat at the dryers did not work. They used the same tools on every client with no sanitizing between. Horrible, nasty, unclean

Went there at 4:00pm and was third in line for a gel manicure on my real nails . When it was my turn the man told me he could not do real nails just acrylic . Which was fine, a woman came in with an appointment at 4 so she was placed in front of me which was also fine which meant I was after her ! But waited until 5:20 and they took two woman who I was clearly before in line so I gave my opinion to one of the workers and left out . Very unorganized establishment will spend my money else where .

Had an appointment with Andy but ended up seeing John instead, anyways... John did the an amazing job!!! Both Andy and John were professional, pleasant, patient, fast and skillful. I only gave 4 starts because I want to see if theyre consistent. I will definitely be returning to see John🤩

3.5 StarsI normally try to do my nails at home but my UV light broke. Its my first time here, I did wait for 48 minutes after my appointed time even though I arrived early. I asked if she could sheer out the color to make it more jelly like but she didnt. She didnt push back or clean my cuticles. On my right thumb she didnt make a seamless transition from the cuticle to the rest of the nail so it looks bulky, my thumbs for some odd reason tend to grow faster than the others so I might have to refill it at home with polygel instead. It was overall an ok experience could be better maybe the next tome when Im in a pinch I might come here since its close to home and the designs that other women walked out with looks good.

I went in that nail salon once so I couldnt get to the people I usually go to I got my feets done I gets home the nail tech didnt put anything on my feets I gets home my feets are crusty bad business then the other tech forgot my design again bad business she didnt rub no lotion on my hands I will neverrrrrr go back period

Tiffany is amazing! Her work is beautiful, she is quick, and so kind! I accidentally broke a nail (my fault) and when I reached out to her she fit me in right away! I am picky with my nails and I love nails with a lot of detail. She did incredible... I found my new nail tech! ♥️

* Waxing was POORLY done* I wouldnt advise anyone to get their mustache waxed at this establishment. I expressed to the woman numerous times that my mustache was spotty and there were many hairs left. She kindly expressed she didnt want to burn my skin, but I left the nail salon with my mustache looking like a Cynthia doll from the Rugrats. Now I have to go home and finish the service she failed to complete.  Save your $5 and go somewhere else.

Started going to this salon 4 months ago and have since gone religiously every 2 weeks. They are fast, professional and work with what you want done. Their prices are beyond reasonable and my nails usually last the whole two weeks even though I have a very hands on job.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I asked the lady sitting at desk number 5 over and over again to fix my nails because of the many different lengths of the nails. Every nail is a different length!!! 100% do NOT recommend.

I had my nails filled in by chair 7. You could see every dremel file line. They dont talk to you and overcharge. I paint my own nails and realized the flawed nails...all 10..returned the next day. I spoke with the manager and received instant attitude blaming me for not polishing them right. Omg, seriously. They refiled them with a smoother bit. Gave me more attitude and ignored me. Im sure they had a great chat about me. Never again...Small people with big attitude

I just get my nails done today and it kook like when u put plastic over water so I wen back to get it fixed n they told me I cnt get it done again or change d color. So I had to pay to fix their mistakes. The lady at station 6 did it n ots seems to me she make all d mistakes coz there was 2 more person before me giving complaints about her. Just go elsewhere for gd customer service wit no mistakes

This is my second and last time getting my nails done here. The first time the work was very sloppy and my nails started chipping a little better than a week later. I told the lady when I got there that she coated my nails with dip powder was too thin and asked would she make it thicker. She told me it was my fault I hadnt been in for 3 weeks. It had only been 2 weeks and my nails started chipping before then. The rest of the time she had an attitude when I asked her to fix something or flat out refused to fix a nail that was too long. The lady that works at station 9 is rude and and lacking in customer service skills. I wont go back and I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going here over 3 years...never had any problems and if there is a slight issue, it’s handles professionally. I love the staff and the time they take to complete my service, whether it’s a fill...pedicure or eyebrows. I have referred a number of people and they love this place just as I do. I will continue to take my business here. Thanks to everyone there for the awesome service!

Id been coming here for 15 years. It used to be a decent place. New people are running it, they dont care about the customer at all. They sit around and talk in their native language not interacting with customers. Ive had a couple bad experiences but kept going back because it was close. Never again, rude, rushed, I was not happy with the last visit, went back the next day to have a color change on four nails. I walked out $52 Is what it cost me for gel fill and color. Never again. They are the worst

Most of the nail techs in this facility are so rude and unprofessional. They are always talking and chatting in their native language while working on customers. Can you imagine have your eyebrows waxed with the person practically in your face and carrying on a full blown conversation with someone? They seem to have their favorite clients which is fine but I believe everyone should be treated equally since we are paying same price for services rendered.I got a pedicure and had my full set removed and my fingernails painted . Pedicure took a few minutes, nothing was placed on my cuticles to soften it and to make for easy removal, when I questioned the one providing the service, he snapped at me and told me but he had cleaned it good and does not need to put anything on it, same guy removed my full set and painted it. There was a little bit of broken skin on my thump area I politely asked the guy if he can nip it of for me he said NO in the most rude way and said I need to get a manicure for that to be removed ! I was shocked! Mind you I have been going to this shop for many years! I am not going back I will find a new nail place to give my money to and have their service .

I came to the salon to have my eyebrows done. I was told to sit in the chair and wait. 30 minutes later, I’m still sitting there, than was asked to get up so someone else could sit down and get theirs done. Total and complete WASTE of time. Won’t be spending my money here in the future. They’re just RUDE, SLOW and LAZY.

Nail polish always peeling and left with bubbles 2 days after getting them done. Nail shapes just look crazy each time. I walked in an hour before closing and I just wanted my feet done. I was told to come back another day when there was 6 technicisns in the shop. They were actually in there doing each others nails too and just decided not to take any customers. I went to them for convenience and good pricing, but now I understand that you get what you pay for. I will pay the extra money somewhere else to get great service 😊

In all honesty, you get what you pay for. I decided to try them because I heard that they were a little cheaper. I got a gel refill and ended up paying $45. During the process the nail tech did not speak to me and I had to ask her several times to fix things and she’d get irritated. There were only 4 people working and they were rushing to finish. You can see the brush marks on my nails, they are different lengths and the lady got the gel polish all over my fingers. The only person I would recommend is the male that sits along the display wall. He is very professional, polite and apparently the only person that knows how to do a proper mani. But overall they are very mediocre

I got my eyebrows done here and the next day there was a bruise on my eyebrow. I am highly upset about this because this is totally unacceptable.

I went here for the first time and the nail tech stated that I needed a new set of acrylic nails. Coincidentally the girl sitting next to me stated that the nail tech said that she needed a new set as well, without reason. The next day I noticed that the gel polish started to ripple, and a few days after that it chipped. In less than a week the polish and acrylic had cracked and chipped. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon.

The nails arent even, she didnt fill it in correctly. She shaved of feeling my skin a bit! Also she didnt clean up the bottom nor put the manicure lotion on in the end. It was a bad visit, I was upset and I was getting my nails done for my quinceneara. Im never getting my nails done at sky nails ever again, Im taking my nail business to Omni nails, theyre better.

My experience at this place is horrible. I’m a disabled woman that got talked about the whole time as my hands and feet don’t stretch out all the way. The tech at seat 6 was extremely rude and disrespectful. She didn’t even want to put lotion on my hands after my manicure! I hope this place goes out business! Please do not go to this place!!!

Horrible service. I will never come there again didnt like my nails the guy was rushing my service and was very rude the whole entire time. Im very picking about my eyebrows so I asked the eyebrow mame to clean my eyebrows up and do not make them thin no plucking, no anything, just clean up and she didnt listen and still did it anyway and messed my eyebrows up. They are sneaky and rude talk about people in their language honestly I would never go there again.

Literally went to one other place and that was bc Sky was so busy and couldnt fit me in, needless to say I wish I had waited....I get nails, pedi, brows, all done...brought in designs from Pinterest and always a good result or I just allow them to do their own art design, very pleased and loyal customer!!

Ive been going to Sky Nails for several years. They always do a nice job on my nails.

I hate my pedicure that was done by this salon. They did my pedicure on a Friday and I was back on the next day to get it fixed because two came out, they fixed it and the next day two of my toes nails polish came off again, When I went back to get it fix, they told me theres nothing they can do about it. And the man who did my pedicure got up in my face insulting me and asking me to get out. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Im not sure they are familiar with the gel manicure process. The lady was not friendly, didnt remove my nail polish, instead filed it off, Im sure damaging my natural nail. I am left with crooked nails, gel polish on my fingers, the polish doesnt cover my entire nail and in some places, I can see the previous color where she didnt completely scrape it off. Some of the gel polish bonded my finger to the nail. I only stopped here bc I was in DE with time to kill but WILL NOT go back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
