My fiance and I had a horrible experience here. Waited 3hrs for uneven and poorly done nails. Out 75 dollars for bad looking uneven bumpy nails. They Wouldnt refund or fix them, and when they werent happy about her being upset about it the MAN followed right on her heels angry when she was walking back out to me. If I hadnt have stopped him and made him go back to the sidewalk, not really sure what he was planning on doing. This most likely hasnt been everyones experience with them, but Ill tell ya our experience was awful and I will not and would not recommend this nail salon. Both employees or owners were yelling and being non professional. Im still in disbelief of what went down.

Decent place to get a pedicure done. The people were nice and the lady that did my pedi did a good job.

Even though there were multiple people ahead of me I still was waited on and taken care of! This is the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done. They are also beautiful!!!

I got a full set and a pedi on Friday they were super unclean and was using the same tools on me and my friend that was not sanitized then by Monday a nail had popped off like a press on now its tuesday 2 has lifted and 1 broke half and I paid 60.00. Im not happy

The best nail salon in New Castle

Charge me 97.00 dollars for this reg nails with one gel set color only its a rip off I even gave the guy 20 tip when one lady came in and got a pedicure and full set for 55 I dont recommend

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would: he was asleep when I arrived, and when I told him what I wanted done with my nails, he didn’t listen and did whatever the wanted. I wanted a wide coffin and he gave me a ballerina. When I told him I didn’t want my nails like that he threw a fit, and wouldn’t let me get a word in edge wise. He said I could have my non painted acrylics done for free, and leave — so I when I got up to leave the wife got in my space (no mask kind you) and tried to physically coax me back to the chair. He wouldn’t let me leave til he got a picture of my nails, or before he chopped them off willy nilly.Awful place. Awful service. Awful &, rude people. They will never get a penny from me again. Period.

In New castle, this is the best place for highschoolers. It is fairly cheep and for *good* outcomes on the nails. Students off New Castle High also get one free design on each hand! Ive been to Diva nails, spending almost 70 dollars on a set of acrylics, that were awful. Nail Design always gets my nail perfect, unlike its more expensive competitor diva!

Love this place! Only one I will go to in New Castle. Very nice people that run the place, always friendly and do my nails how I want. Love the color selection.

This place is literally so awful when doing nails and toes. I went and got my nails done and they arent on straight on and my maroon nails are almost pitch black. They didnt ask me what type I wanted my nails they just did whatever. Im so mad at this place im never going back. My cousin also went with me and the lady dropped her original nail polish and got her a new color and didnt even ask her if it was okay. Its a dark purple but it looks black. There is also a design on it and its orange but you can see It unless you look close. So I would not recommend going to this place nail experts is so much better!
