Colonial Laundry is a very clean laundromat!! As I was finishing my laundry, there was a gentleman scrubbing down each machine; top, bottom, inside, and out! It smelled so clean and was very nice to see so much care is given to the facility. I also loved the ease of Dexter Pay! Its a great app to use as an alternative way to pay rather than worrying about quarters!! Colonial Laundry is the place to go when needing a laundromat!

Very good experience with this clean, modern laundromat! I was impressed with the app that can be used to pay for the washers & dryers. (DexterPay) I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to use a laundromat.

Washers are pretty clean, but still always check before tossing your stuff in. Warm and hot water cost extra to wash in. Dryers only give 5 minutes per quarter, so budget accordingly! I wish there were more seats inside of the laundromat. Small parking lot - be careful and dont hem yourself in!

The machines and very nice and clean well. There are plenty change with machines both quarters or dollars. Theres no cigarettes allowed. Thats about it: the lowest priced machine are damaged, AC is not working; it is 85f, there is no water or drinks available, there is one bathroom but its not lock, venters had little soap or foods. Bring your own drinks and soap to enjoy it better.

Its good the only thing is not one works thereIf you need ask or help or old people need help its not one over there.its the only thing.

Very clean and well lit! One of the nicest laundrymats around. Washers and dryers seem well maintained with a good atmosphere within!

This is the best place I think in New Castle to wash your clothes.

Good variety of machines. Clean, but ac doesnt work so super hot. Also no chairs to sit while folding only benches around machines.

Great place to do laundry. A good variety of sizes for their washers, allowing for less money to be spent on smaller loads. Open 24 hours, and has a change machine for quarters and golden dollars. Cheap and efficient.

Worth it...quiet, quaint, working machines. The gentlemen that cleans is very polite, pofessional, n he makes sure if anything goes wrong with the machines to help u. Love this place!

Clean enough. Not super cheap, but its affordable. $2.50 - 9.50 to wash, the average size machine is $3.50 and fits a full tall hamper or two short ones. Drying costs about .75 to 1.50 depending on what your drying and how dry you want your laundry to be.Overall its a decent place and Ill be back again.

No problems here. Handicapped accessible. Non smoking. Very clean. Had a bathroom. Coin machines that all work except an older washer. Had baskets/carts. Has parking.

Spacious, clean facility with plenty of free parking. Numerous all new machines in various capacities to serve your every laundry need. The best clothes folding stations that I have ever seen! No more bending over a too-low table and getting a backache to boot. These stainless steel beauties are at just the right height to make folding your clothes a breeze. This place is Laundry Heaven!! I dont care if I ever get my own washing machine repaired. I love this place.

I have never seen a laundromat like this one. Nice, clean, front load, heavy duty washers and dryers. 4 different size washers to choose from. I called this the Taj Mahal of laundromats! I give kudos to the owners for a top notch business! Please like this review if you found it helpful.

Easy to use machines. Have a wide range of washers and a nice selection of dryers that cut dry time. Snack machine and washing essentials vending machine provides though can be pricey.

Very nice laundromat and they have newer washers and dryers that work great compared to the other laundromats here in new castle. If you have issues with anything for example, a couple of times the machines ate my money and didnt properly work, so I left my name and number on the maintenance door and they called me right away and gave me my money back! The only negative thing I can literally say about this place, is their bathroom doesnt have a soap dispenser so you cant wash your hands properly after using the restroom but I just use my laundry soap instead haha and since thats a minor negative thing I rated for an overall 5 stars!

The bathroom sink has not worked for at least a month. Very dirty, needs better care.

I dont like that they charge more for hot water. I think thats cheap. I also dont like that they have no tables to sit at. I have things to do that require a table and they only offer hard metal benches. I go to the other laundry mat for these reasons.

One if the nicer laundry Matt’s I have been to, they keep up the machines and keep the place clean and well managed.

This place is very clean and have a wide assortment of washer sizes different load sizes. It is how ever a little expensive. The dryer did not work well and we were not the only one with this problem.
