Could not get answers about a recall. Unable to make an appointment for the recall. Everyone was generally confused. Told an oil change would take 15 to 30 minutes. I was there 2 hours. Why make an appointment?

Bill from the service area is unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, provides zero communication with customers and is flat out rude. I will never return to this service center nor will I ever recommend them. I would give zero stars if possible.
