Needed an oil change. I first called ANOTHER place, & they told me it would be a 3 hour wait.Looked on line, & found Painters Auto. They said we stay in our vehicle, just pull up, and our oil would be changed. Did that. Kenny was our professional oil change mechanic. He took care of us lickety-split! No waiting at all. Definitely will return. Also, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This is the worst mechanic in new castle I went to go get my oil changed down there and when I went to pick the car up the total was $93.27!! That’s ridiculous you can do it yourself for less than that. There’s also a much better mechanic down the road that would do an oil change for maybe $50 cause he’s fair and honest in what he does not like these bums here

Horrible ripped me off on an inspection. Failed me for a minor oil leak. Went to another more reputable mechanic got my inspection came in a week later and got my leak fixed for a quarter of what painters wanted to charge me.

Couple months ago I used them for an oil change very nice very respectful seemed very knowledgeable. I knew I was going to need breaks very soon came in dropped off my van. The first thing out of the owners mouth was do you need a ride home I thought it was pretty awesome that I didnt have to ask for a ride home he was just willing to take me home even though I did bring my own ride home. Im no perfect mechanic but I can work on my own vehicles I just choose not to do breaks. Thank you for the amazing work you guys did.

The entrance was a bit hidden, 1 door which is to the back of a painters shop. I had to call to confirm I could get the oil changed. Also, I wasnt advised my service level options or prices. I wasnt also told about the extra 17.99 fee for a special oil filter for my 2015 Fiat 500 Sport. Was about half hour to complete service. So, I paid 60.00 for the services. Luckily I wont be going back to this location.

Very good service during these difficult times. Practiced social distancing in a professional manor. Gave an excellent, easy to understand description of the work to be done at a fair priceprice.

Sadly this is not the Painters I knew and support. They used to be caring and reasonable. But unfortunately now it seems like they are more about the money. Only when I tried having my car towed from their shop to a more reasonable one did they come down on their over priced service. I was even charged $20 for them to put new windshield wipers on! What saddens me is theyve been doing this now to some of my friends who have also been supportive of them over the years. They charge dealerships prices without any of the amenities. Its sad when a company that was loved and supported by their community turns around and screws over those same people for their own gains.

Painters was awesome in service and care. I felt they were honest and clear about the repairs to my vehicle. The work needed on my vehicle was explained with true clarity. The best that you can ask from any service is honesty and a fair price. And thats what I got from their service.

This place is awesome! They are a family owned business. The mechanics take the time to explain everything to you. They take care of your vehicle like it is their own. If you need anything done to your vehicle this is the place to go! I wont go anywhere else.
