I took my car to Sheridan Nissan for an oil change and maintenance to check a weird noise coming from car. I was very disappointed with service. The service person was not customer friendly. I told him I was there for a lifetime oil change and there was a weird noise coming from the front of my car. Right out of the gate, I was told they wouldnt have time to do anything other than an oil change. I asked if they could check so I would know what is going on. It turned out it was their opinion that major work had to be done and I needed to consider getting a new car. I was not given specifics about the cost of fixing the car nor was my questions around specifics answered. Also, I was told my oil was changed and to keep checking for a possible leak. My husband checked when I got home and the oil was black so they did not change it. He changed the oil and checked everyday for the past five days and no leak. I was told that my tag light and break light were out. There was no offer to replace them. My husband called Sheridan twice about this and did not get a call back. We went back there and got no answers because the manager and service person I worked with were not available. I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. It seems more focus was given to purchasing a new car instead of dealing with the problem at hand. I took my car elsewhere and being given the service I I expected from Sheridan. I bought two cars from you in the past. If this is how you treat your customers, that will be the last. Oh, by the way, I did get a complimentary car wash. Unfortunately, that doesnt help if the car is not serviced properly!
My Sales Representative was Pedro, he was friendly, knowledgeable,and very professional, he also had a warm disposition which is rare these days. The Clerk who processed my paperwork was very engaging, also Kyle in the sales office, good personality, professional and efficient. On Monday, I met Joe who was very helpful and professional.
Buying a new car from Sheridan was like a breeze. Great service, friendly salesman and quick process made this transaction so much easier than in the past. Let’s face it, buying a new car can be very stressful. I was extremely impressed with this buying experience.

I came in because my car was making a rattling sound when I was accelerating. I thought it was my transmission failing, but thankfully it was not. The Sheridan Nissan dealership helped diagnose the issue and treat it. I was in and out in less than an hour. Matthew and his team were very helpful in making this quick and painless for me. Terrible costumer service. Something was done to my car while in their care and I was penalized for it. They didn’t want to take ownership and tried to make me eat the cost of the repair . Manager was less than helpful and this isn’t the first time they have tried to swindle costumers, especially women. Use at your own risk

Everything was fine with the personnel. The reason I would not buy again o recommend nissan, it is because my car has given me various problems. I had have few new cars and this brand and model is the worst I have ever acquired.
I really enjoyed my experience at Sheridan Nissan. I took my car in for an oil change. Bill was great he called me with suggestions on what needed to be taken care of. I dropped my car off at 9:15 and it was ready for pick up before 12pm. I will be back for all of my service
My vehicle had water leaking inside the car from the dashboard and was told that they would contact the Water Doctors and have them remove all of the water from inside of the vehicle. When I got my vehicle back, there was still water in it. I made them aware and was told that they would contact the Water Doctors again so that they could remove the water. To date, no one has contacted me. That was about a month ago.
I worked with Pedro. He is a low pressure sales man at Sheridan Nissan. He worked hard to help me find the perfect car for me. I was skeptical at first then after I did tons of research, I found that the car I wanted was actually a car that he had already recommended. Really nice guy, and nice dealership. I plan to have my car serviced there as well.

First time taking my SUV to get serviced at Sheridan. It took 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation with appointment. I also encountered some other issues after being told it was ready. Service department just seems very disorganized.If it truly was going to take that long, they should be honest with the customer from the beginning. I was told it would take a hour at most.
Amazing service. So very happy, I received a phone call that morning reviewing the problem, I received texts of update (which is amazing, because I worked the whole time and couldnt be on my phone) and they were fast. I was able to get my car back and fixed the same day. Wonderful service!
I went in on a Saturday evening knowing exactly what I wanted. As soon as we walked in, everyone was very welcoming. I met with Garnet and he pulled the exact car I found online. He went over all the details of it with me and after test driving it, I knew it’s what I wanted. Garnet was very informative. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and everyone was very helpful. I felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. Garnet even called me a few days later to check in to make sure I was still happy. Would recommend!
I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls. Unfortunately a part that was needed to repair the recalls had to be ordered. That said it took a couple of days before the work was complete. I was set up with a service rental....for that I was grateful. My overall experience with Sheridan was positive.
Work with Pedro, pretty straight forward guy. Buy with confidence, finance person was good also and process was quick. Overall process was easy. Make sure you know what incentives Nissan is giving. Limited dealer fees. Would definitely use again A++++. Happy with my purchase and experience.

My experience was terrible had my car for two weeks took over 2300.00 from me and car still not fixed check engine light came on less then an hour after leaving dealership Car still riding ruff idling horrible going to get a different Machanic look at it . I’m actually going to file a complaint with their corporate office, the better business bureau and dispute with my credit card company I believe the did not perform the work and toll my money . Not to mention if failed inspection for the same exact codes that I brought it into dealership with on Aug 20th 2021 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHERIDAN NISSAN IN NEWCASTLE OR DOVER DELAWARE. Wanted to buy my wife a new car, so I looked at Sheridan Nissans inventory online (which was super convenient) and found a car she liked. Mike Bellina reached out to me regarding my query on a specific vehicle. For him to reach out on his day off showed his dedication to customer service. He stayed in contact and scheduled us to see the vehicle the very next day. When we arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. He gave us a tour of the dealership and had the paperwork ready for us, so we could be in and out. He is super personable and does not make you feel as if youre buying a car. He then handed us off to Joe in finance. Joe was just as good. They were both professional and friendly. The whole experience was awesome. When Im ready to get out of my current car, Ill be seeing Mike. I wi be bringing my other Nissan to Sheridan for service because of the super service I received from sales.

Ive been servicing my car since I purchased it from Sheridan Nissan 2015. I havent had a bad experience yet. The staff is professional. More importantly they dont charge you up for unnecessary expenses. My SUV still runs smoothly .👍
Hey had a great service buying my car but then a week later the clutch went on it. So i took it back got the car 2 weeks later was fix. I went to get my Extended warranty. They had to do a Service check to make sure it passed. (Which I dont know why because has to do a service check before they sell a car). But it failed so they gave me a rental for free. In The time span of a month I finally got my car back. Throughout the whole month nobody could tell me what was going on with my car I was very upset and disappointed. There was a man named Joe Omara. Even though it wasnt his section, he still tried his best to help me. If it wasnt for him they would of lost the the sale. Overall I will never buy a car from a dealership. I will stick with buying on line.

The actual work completed seemed to be done adequately as it always is, but the amount of time it took to complete was not acceptable. I’ve been bringing my leased Nissan Vehicles to Sheridan Nissan for the last 4-5 years so I know what is usual and customary. A scheduled oil change and the usual several point inspection of my vehicle should not take an hour and a half.

The best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Mike Bellina was phenomenal. We started the financing process over the phone so I didn’t have to drive an hour unnecessarily. Once approved, I went to Sheridan Nissan where I test drove the car, filled out the paper work and was on my way. Tiffani, the financing specialist was just as amazing and explained everything to us, made sure our questions were answered, etc. All in all, it was a seamless process and I wasn’t offered 12 cups of coffee while waiting endlessly like most other dealerships. I look forward to working with Sheridan Nissan again and I highly recommend Mike Bellina.

I went to but a new nissan rogue . For the most part the process was very stright forward. We looked at options that I wanted and we explored. After that 10mins to go over car I was trading in. Then saw the money man signed papers and was done just in a few hours . Quick process and Pedro was very friendly and think the finance guy I saw was Joe and he explained everything in good detail about warranty and whats not covered and is not covered etc.

Service was done but the problem could not be corrected because the system was responding correctly. They could not duplicate the car stopping while backing up or going forward, which I had problems with them both. I have taken the car back twice in April and was told that the system was replaced the first time but it stopped again. The first time my car was being checked out 11 days. I got it back and 3-4 days later the same thing happened. They had it another 8 days this time and said that they could not duplicate the problem. So now Ive had it for one day but no problem so far.
Sheridan Nissan has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Have never had a good experience there. Yesterday I had service done including new windshield wipers. An hour after I got home, I went out and it was raining out. Used new wipers and there was something flapping around which wasn’t good. Went all the way back and they never even apologized, just said, “this isn’t my fault”. Replaced wipers with different ones. Wasted more time there than necessary. Purchased my first and last Nissan from Sheridan.

We were not looking for a Nissan Titan but the combination of the vehicle presentation, Mikes product knowledge and Sheridans great price point made this purchase a no-brainer. This was hands down the best car buying experience and weve bought many cars new, used and certified pre-owned over the last 40 years. Buying this vehicle was far from our first rodeo! Service was just ok. The advisor quoted me one price & tried to charge me another & called it “labor”. I also asked for a quote for tires which they recommended for the next visit & I didn’t get it. The service manager how was gone for the day is great, which is the reason I went, but I probably won’t be returning
The customer service is always superb. I’ve been a customer for years and the service is always consistently good, from the time you drop off, to the time you pick up your vehicle. The job is always done right the first time. The service advisors are all great and David Murphy was wonderful: on my last visit! Also Donna at the pick up desk is wonderful as well :-)

I feel that customer service needs some tweaks. Oil change and tire rotation were done in the time promised but I asked them to put a screw in my license plate and the response was “ I’ll see if I can find one”. When I got home I had no license plate! Calling is difficult when you have to leave a message because I don’t think the service department answers their phones. When they called me back they said come back and we will try to locate your plate. They found my plate but then I had to make another trip back to get it. They were not very apologetic for my inconvenience. Hopefully they were just having a bad day and service is not like this on a daily basis.
This location is by far the best to reserve a vehicle. Everyone is very professional and helpful. When, I went to the location a young man by the name of George waited on me. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and knowledgeable about every one of the vehicles at that location. Kudos to enterprise for hiring him and for having a great team.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was having trouble with my AC not blowing cold, and after going to a small family owned shop I was told that whom ever owned the car before me had a non-nissan brand compressor put in, but that wasnt the issue. They said their suspicion was that it was something computer related or there was an issue with my ac control unit (the buttons inside my car that turn it in). They didn’t have the technology to diagnose any further, and instructed I go to the dealership since they would have anything you can think of. So, I paid for 4+ hours of diagnostics and tests with no results, but i understood that they did what they could. Well, I come to Sheridan Nissan for my AC diagnostic appointment, and give them the paperwork from the previous shop which explains all the tests they did, what they found, and what their suspicions are. The man at the desk photocopies the papers and puts it in my file with them. A few hours later I get a call from the service technician and its abundantly clear that all he did was take one look at the AC compressor, saw that it wasn’t a stock Nissan brand, and called it a day. He he has to change the compressor before going any further, gives me a $1000 dollar estimate to ONLY change out the compressor, before he will even begin to diagnose the actual issue. Everything he found was already in the paperwork that I provided before the appointment and that was placed in the file. So I paid an additional $200 for absolutely no new information, and no work at all, and even after expressing my frustrations they were no help. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This is why people hate dealerships.. I am never going back here.
