I moved to New Castle 3 years ago, and I found Malik’s and decided to use the shop because of the amazing reviews. Malik is excellent, and his prices are very affordable! He is honest. I thought I needed a new hood latch but he told me it just needed cleaning! I will always take my car here for any and all repairs and oil changes. And he always calls to make sure the car is doing well a day or so later which is very nice.

On July 27, 2021 I came in for an oil change for a 2007 Dodge Caliber. I brought my own oil and filter. They charged me $35 for the service. So in all reality I paid $65 for an oil change for a 4 cylinder vehicle. I dont understand why theres reviews that they are affordable. Seems more like a robbery to me. First and also the last time Ill go there for any service!

Staff is friendly, everything is explained when repairs are made. Affordable! Customer service is best in the Industry. I even got a txt message to check how the repairs on my car. Most places you get work done and never hear from the shop. This place cares about the service customers get. I rarely do reviews, but this place is the best. The only place I will go.

Never disappointed my daughters car was loosing coolant she took it to auto shop near her job they told her she needed to replace a hose and it would cost $300 we took her car to Maliks he did diagnosis found no issue with the hose or coolant system. In fact Malik stated there was a new clamp on hose he tightened it and topped the coolant. I truly appreciate the honesty ands o glad i found this shop some months ago!

My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to N.Y. and our 2012 Chrysler Town and Country overheated on I 95 in Delaware on a Sunday. We were able to get to a hotel nearby and Monday morning found local Repair Shop Maliks Auto. Explained our problem and he said to bring the van over. Long story short he was understanding that we wanted to get home and even with his already heavy workload he replaced defective elec. cooling fan and fan relay and radiator cap. He thoroughly stressed tested it to make sure it was running smoothly and staying proper temperature. He not only was fair and professional with his work he texted us to make sure we got home safe. We used Malik Auto for the first time today. My son’s Honda was towed to the shop within an hour of contacting Malik Auto for assistance. We were greeted professionally and in a friendly manner upon entering the business. The owner and employees were all kind and courteous. This also includes the tow truck driver that was recommended by Malik. Within an hour of the car arriving we were contacted with the diagnostic issue and a quote for repair. The work was completed in full within a couple of hours. The cost of the repair matched the quote we were given by phone. The car is running well and the service we received exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this establishment and will be returning for future auto needs. 5 star and professional all around.

Instead of quoting me a price for an engine told me about a rebate/campaign that the manufacturer offered. Made sure that the car did not have any aftermarket parts & only charged me for the diagnostic fee. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I went to another dealership and they told me I needed a new engine and over $6000 worth of work. Malik diagnoses the car and fixed the problem for $600. It runs great. He is honest and professional.

Absolutely amazing service! I shopped around to get my brakes and rotors repaired and my biggest fear was paying an arm and a leg for my repairs. I found Maliks Auto Repair while looking to get my wifes Audi Q7 brakes done. They did a great job and about $300 less than the dealership and NTB was going to charge. I was very impressed so I had my VW GTI worked on as well. I had a few challenges with my GTI, last shop over tightened my lugs so not Makils fault, but the work was well done at a fair price. I will continue to use Maliks Auto Repair in the future for repairs and routine maintenance. Highly recommended.
