Donnie from acceptance insurance in new castle pa 16101 Elwood rd. is by far the best representative I have ever in life had the pleasure of doing business with..! He calls on holidays just to let me know payment is due early. If I ever have questions he he’s a great help. Just wanted to let y’all and him know he is greatly appreciated...!!!!

Phenomenal staff that go above and beyond, Im always impressed with the level of support and PATIENCE that they have for everyone. I havent had many good experiences with insurance companies, but I genuinely look forward to my monthly calls to Miss Jamie💛 She makes every step and new addition so easy and fluid. The insurance coverage is awful. Didnt find out until I hit a deer and wrecked my car and now im having to deal with the fall out. Will be switching as soon as i can.

I have found this insurance company excellent to work with. Fast easy quotes and many insurance options for me. They also give to the community!!!!

Worst insurance company ever. It has gotten worse since they first came out. It took me three days to make a payment, because my policy cancelled on a weekend. No one works the phones, the link they send you to pay, takes you to get a quote. Talked to three different representatives in two days. Each one had a different story. They claimed no supervisor was available to speak to, and that would require you to get a link to to the supervisors email. Local office, rude and ignorant staffing. Refused to take a payment, made me call 800 number to pay.
